But frankly, at the risk of sounding harsh, that's like you pushing your own ideals and beliefs onto someone just because you're uncomfortable with the situation, regardless of how pure your intentions may be. If you plan to do so then I hope you're willing to bear the consequences yourself, as I'm willing to deal with the consequences of my own actions.

The only real consequences are positive, if I could convince you. If you go somewhere where your belief's become just as valid as anybody else's, Existence is the right place. But that doesn't mean that there aren't people out there who want to help you with theirs.

I doubt it, since most other reasons rely on context and affiliation to determine if it's "good".
I think self defense is the only one that could be considered relatively good outside of some niche situations, so it's more like an exception to the rule.

How I plan to live my life and how you plan to live yours are two completely different things with different consequences. I'm just trying my best to midigate the potential consequences of my own. Besides, this is one of the kinder things I've thought up, and they'll probably be able to move on after they've grieved.
