My brother Plouton, or my father Typhon. They make those sorts of calls, and full disclosure, they usually decline them. As for the IA directly, that’s a load of people. Probably involves an appointment at some agency somewhere.

I guess it depends on what you think is real or fake. The second history didn't happen, but when the world is kissed by the absurd, anything can happen.

Consider the top to be our world and history. The bottom is a fake world and its history.
*Runs a laser pointer along the top of the bottom set of lines to the intersection, where a stick figure stands with an exclamation point above it*
But here, the fake briefly touches the real world and history. And even though the fake stuff never happened, it can still mess with our world and future! And that—
*Releases the string, causing the projector screen to roll up into the darkness of the ceiling*
Is where the absurd lives.
