Once I began calming down, Gaz began explaining why we were here." Granny, Cyn, I'm here to get my cash converted, I need a lot of it transferred over into credits, if this goes well, then a number of my "co-workers" will become repeat customers." He removed a bundle of cash from the briefcase and slid it across the table to the Drider. Once the bills reached one of Cyn's lowest hands she held the stack of money up and tossed it up and down in her chitin covered hand, Gaz kept a serious look on his face before saying." The money is obviously stolen, but before I brought it here I made sure no tracers, dye packs, or specially made tracker bills were inside of the bundles."
The Drider looking a little bit more relieved, began flicking her thumb through the bills examining them closely with her six eyes before the entire set of bills exploded into red paint and covered her face in the red ink. Gaz and the old woman broke out in laughter at the spider woman's predicament, and laughed even harder as she tried her hardest to rub the red ink out of her eyes." I thought you said there weren't any Dye packs you Jackass!" She shrieked.
" Yeah, none of the bank's dye packs." Gaz told her in between laughs." I may have ruined a thousand dollars, but damn was it worth it for the laugh." As soon as Gaz winded down and took a breath, he asked the tall drider woman how much would it be to process everything." One thousand Dolans for every hundred thousand you have damn it!" She slammed a fist down onto the marble table.
Then surprising me completely, Gaz just dumped all of the money down onto their dining room table and left the case onto the table before walking back into the kitchen saying." Good luck counting it all Cyn." I slowly followed out back behind him awkwardly leaving the old lady and the drider lady. When I caught up with Gaz, he was already on the bike and starting it up, I hopped back into the sidecar, I had to ask why did he do that to Cyn and just leave the way he did." Eh, I spiced up Cynthia's day and gave them something to talk about for once." He told me before asking a question.
" Hey, are you hungry?" He asked." I'm hungry and I'm willing to pay for everything."
" I'm hungry, but I'm not looking for a burger or fries."
He looked over to me leaning on the handlebars of the motorcycle." How'd you know I wanted to mess with Ven?" he asked, I looked at one of my nails before answering him with." Call it Myr intuition Gaz, let's just go to a small little shop."
After agreeing he started up the bike and we began riding around to look for a convenient store in the area and in a short amount of time we found one that Gaz parked up next to, before I walked in I felt something off about the place, there wasn't anyone in the store, and the clerk was hard to spot with a hot dog machine next to them. The moment Gaz walked right by me into the store I followed behind him and I stopped in the middle of the store and I saw it.
There was a group of Alien people lined up against the back refrigerators with their hands up, and I spotted a thin cat girl sitting in front of a Goo woman on the counter with a gun in her face." You're gonna download all credits you made into this credit chit, or I'm gonna blast your gooey ass all over the-" The Kaithrit woman stopped herself once she noticed that appeared, leaping off the table, she fired a couple shots at us, I dove down a small aisle filled with chips and other assorted candies before the mouthy cat girl yelled out a couple names." Butch, Mitch, I need help in here!"
I swore under my breath as a door somewhere in the store slammed open with heavy footsteps come into the room, suddenly I heard a couple grunts and not thinking I stood up and looked over the aisle on my toes, what I saw as Gaz kicking the cat woman's gun out of her hand before kicking her in the head. Then in the split second I spotted a big bull man with a pistol and ducked when he fired a shot off, I began moving down the aisle while he began shooting through the chips and candies trying to hit me with a lucky shot.
The moment I stepped out the end of the aisle, I came face to face with a large red and black panda man bigger than me, in one of his hands he held an old break action shotgun, he swung his large, heavy arm at me and time seemed to slow down, I put a hand up catching his wrist and throwing his fat fuzzy arm back before delivering a punch to his face, then delivered my chitin covered foot to his face knocking him out. Then, before I could catch a breath, the bull man yelled at me." You ant bitch!"
I ducked down another small aisle as crackers and discount noodles exploded into tiny shrapnel, I moved slowly on the floor before I heard the bull's hooves step on bags of snacks on the other side."Gaz, gimme a hand here!"
" Got my hands full with the pussy up here!" He told me before a loud meow filled the air and he yelled out in pain. The second I saw the bull's hand gun and large hand, I grabbed his wrist and pulled him over with all my strength and in the same motion I threw him into a nearby coffee machine head first, while he laid head first smashed into the coffee machine, I decided to grab the pot and pour some of it out on him." I never was a real coffee person." I told him as he groaned in pain.
I kicked away his gun before I began heading back to Gaz who was standing over a knocked out cat woman, I sighed." Thanks for letting me do all the work."
He just shrugged before telling me." Well, you had it covered from what I sa-" He stopped himself mid sentence before we both picked up on the sound coming from the back room in the store. In just a couple seconds a human emerged from the back door with the sound of a toilet flushing being the sound we heard, seeing his cohorts taken down, the human took a ausar hostage and put a gun to his head." Stay back! I'll blow this fucking dog's brains out I swear I will!" He yelled.
Not wanting the hostage to die, I froze up not knowing what to do, then Gaz acted on his own, pulling out a hammer pistol from the back of his pants, and aimed it at the last robber." Go ahead, shoot him." Gaz told the guy." I don't fucking know the fucking dude and I don't care if he dies. But just know this Mr. Blonde, civilians or hostages are an asset once you lose them, they're gone and the police has a reason to kill you."
Like some kind of movie Gaz pulled back on the hammer cocking the gun before telling him." Even if they do catch you luckily, they will keep you in prison till the end of days. So go ahead and kill him, either way you'll be giving me a better shot Vincent." The Ausar began thrashing in the robber's arms berating Gaz, taking the chance he fired and shot the gun out of the robber's hand before hitting the other human in the shoulder and shooting a couple beers in the refrigerator behind the two.
My only reaction the sight was just,"Whoa," I was surprised that Gaz could shoot as well as he did there, he looked over to the gooey Rahn clerk and told her." Mybad, about the fridge, put it on their tabs." He shoved his gun back into his hoodie and asked me." Ash you get any snacks? Or we heading out?"
