Blizzard Entertainment supports the tyrannical government of China. Blizzard Entertainment ends the careers of those who dare dissent against their chinese overlords. And they're not the only ones...

In other news, Republicans in Oregon have laid siege to the state capital, shutting down the democratic process. They have the support of right-wing militia groups who have shot at police before.

Bio

I've been on and off this website for six years now. Right now I've only barely got time for one RP, and even then I mess that up. Trying to be more consistent and online more often, because I really do enjoy online roleplaying. Hopefully, one day I'll be able to write as much as I used too. Until then, I shall brood gloomily in the shadows.

Life goes on! Hobbies change and so do schedules. I hate ghosts, so I'm trying to put myself to rest as best I can with a status and bio officially marking my departure. If I'm going to do any writing, it's going to be working on that book I always wanted to finish.

Yeah, I think so too.

And, by PvE, i meant stuff like, talking to different characters and exploring, finding "treasure". not just killing giant ants

Hooooray

it's ok

no problemo
What a title, eh? I had a hard time being eloquent.

I've been playing a lot of Fallout: New Vegas recently, and had a sudden idea I really wanted to work upon.

I've already written a lot of it up, and if people are willing, I'll totally GM for it, too.

Okay, so, it's set in the same universe as Fallout: New Vegas. I've just used it as a base, you don't really need to know anything beyond what I will explain in the introduction.

The idea is this:

New Vegas is a city built in the wastelands of the Mojave Desert, constructed to resemble the Las Vegas of today. The New California Republic, or NCR, are interested in expanding eastward and annexing the New Vegas area. However, they face issues, primarily in the form of the Toxic Five, a group of essentially insane criminals who have taken charge of a large criminal gang and are uniting it in a way that is causing the NCR worry.

However, the NCR cannot afford to pull the majority of their troops back to deal with the Toxic Five, as they are also fighting a war with another faction equally powerful. So, they set out the call for bounty hunters, or even small criminal gangs, to kill the Toxic Five with promise of reward.

So, five players will take control of a member of the Toxic Five, and be in control of a fifth of the corresponding manpower of their faction. They'll coordinate PvE attacks and stuff like that, attempting to expand their influence.

However, they will be opposed by...pretty much everyone else. The NCR contractors, rival gangs, and the irradiated monsters of the wastelands.

All the lore that you'll need to know will be in the intro like I said, you don't need to have played ANY Fallout games to participate.

The PvP will be managed by me. I won't be participating in the RP besides being the GM, so essentially only controlling the "E" part of PvE. I'll also try and decide the outcome of certain PvP situations if things get a little silly, as some PvP encounters will probably get convoluted. I'll just try to make sure nobody catches a bullet in their teeth and spits it back, killing their enemy.

The hunters of the Toxic Five will also have some PvE stuff to do, as well. Each group can PM me to set up ambushes or something, to make it more of a surprise, and more exciting when they suddenly get ambushed in the middle of a PvE thing.

So, there it is.
Just checking to see if anyone likes my dumb idea.

Team please

Mako smirked as the naked one literally prodded at the shark, "Hmmm or better yet I could just have a snack now..." Mako reached out to any water sources nearby and at a moments notice he was ready to summon it as a super heated weapon, "Maybe you'd like to be next on the menu then? you human trash." His eyes began to turn black as wild insanity gripped the boy, "It doesn't matter who you are or what your powers are human," The word human came out like an insult from behind his teeth that were starting to show again, his words came out mixed with a deep unearthly growl, his eyes now black as the pits of hell, "You need to learn the ground rules. Rule one...You fuck with me and I'll kill you...I'm not the guy you want to test your stupid little attitude on."

Maverick didn't respond to the Presence's call, but took notice on the information. She glanced upwards as suddenly, a multitude of sprinklers were turning her unzipped hoodie a darker shade of blue and her exposed tank top an unpleasant grey.

"We can handle these guys without making a widow, Mako." She said, grimly. Eight guards armored in Kevlar and armed with pistols burst through a nearby set of doors. They immediately began shouting for surrender, but they were blindsided by Maverick who had sprinted off to flank them. She assumed her teammates would come to assist her as she did so, as they also had vested interest in taking these guys out. As she quickly approached, a guard reeled on her and attempted to level a handgun at her chest. Maverick ducked under the gun and quickly grabbed the man by the wrist, kinetically charging her hands to twist the gun out of his hands, and converted his standing momentum into jumping momentum, throwing him over her shoulder by his arm and slamming him into the ground. He grunted, and before another guard could open fire, she rolled herself over the guard and flipped him and herself upwards, using the stunned man as a human shield.

Now she had her gun pointed at another guard, and neither of them wanted to shoot. Maverick, however, had the advantage of the guard not knowing how insane she was. She glanced over at her approaching teammates. Now her clothes were soaked in water, and as she shuffled her sneakers squeaked against the wet floor.
