Why does saying "I love you" have to have so many romantic connotations? There are so many people I love in a way seperate from anything romantic. <3

Bio

A thing that will die after eating rat poison

But really, a guy that likes to RP. Not too keen on sharing personal info in my bio, but after I get to know you, I may open up a bit more in regards to certain things.

I have been roleplaying for most of my life, but forum RP is newer to me than tabletop. I wanted something to do to kill time without putting wayyyy too many hours into Dark Souls 3.

I love music, historical fencing and re enactment, making shit, and just being cool with people. Talk any of these things with me, and you'll be cool with me. I have very strong thoughts on sandwiches. Ask if you dare.

Here's a list of cool people from this site that are just cool people that I enjoy talking with, and a quote from each of them. In no particular order, here they are:

@Goldeagle1221
"What the shit?"

@TheGrundlesnart
"Don't quote me."

@MissCapnCrunch
"Rodent is a little shit, I want to beat him up but in the most loving way"

@Rultaos
"If you're feeling unimportant, always remember that every protagonist was an NPC before their most important story began"

@iTem
"haha yeah"

@Sirkaithethird
"I'm just running an aux through my amp, Playing Van Halen at 05:50"

And that's that. There's not much else I feel like saying. Here's a list of bands I like (to be made soon)

Your Dorm Floor
All of you

Last night was fucking crazy, all of you agree. Those who didn't know what happened upstairs were told. Some of you may have disagreements about certain things, but it was fucking crazy.

Alex was brought downstairs, and has just woken up, dried blood through his hair and all over his clothes.

Ylva had no more episodes during the night.

Apart from conversation, nothing happened for the rest of the too-long night. Now the sun has long-since risen, and you dorm inhabitants are rousing, ready to find out what is going on.

Alright boys and girls, here is where you get to take initiative and pursue whatever you feel the need to pursue. You each have 5 points. these may be spent to attempt an action that you may have to roll for. Stuff like finding info in a library, beating up some mofo, investigating something, or somesuch. You don't need to spend them to make a coffee or something. Unless it's a really bloody good coffee that reveals the secrets of the universe. I recommend chasing leads from scene 1. Look in places you may not otherwise.

The way you spend these points will either shed light or cast a very deep and spacious shadow over the way your character perceives reality.

Spend them wisely.
The request certainly broke the focus that Monika was fostering for a moment. Not long enough to ruin this batch, but it was noticeable. She finished collecting these vapours carefully, before turning to Annabeth. Her hand went to the note in her pocket.
"Yes, I think I'd like that," she said slowly, "only I'm not a healer. I can heal, but It's not my specialty at all."

She thought it'd be best to let them know early. After all, everything she did to help Skurr was hurreidly researched from the extensive library that Georges had fostered.
She added an oil to the liquid sitting in a small vial, and a slight fizzing could be heard. As she handed it to Skurr, more vapour rose from the vial.
"Inhale some of this. Not all of it, mind you."
Augie was rocking back in his seat and tapping his pen on his thigh to the beat of whatever song he had stuck in his head. Everyone else was zoning out, and anyone else may have said he also had, but the way he saw it, he had zoned into his own thoughts. Credit must be given where it's due. Some of these thoughts were of lyrics and rhythms, some were of memes, some of the washing he forgot to hang out, and some were of the homecoming dance. Or, rather, homecoming "everybody cool either sits awkwardly or disappears and does their own thing, because it's really just free time that could be spent better than dancing", he thought.

And the conversation he had with Alice. He was thinking about that, too, but he didn't want to admit that to himself. Nor hid he want to admit that he didn't want to admit that to himself.

It was when Bernie piped up that he was startled, train of thought crashing. He found out for the hundredth time why people tell you not to swing on your chair, but caught himself before he hurt himself. He only looked like an idiot.

After righting himself and pretending that nothing had happened, he said "Better yet, let the arts students paint the walls. It'd look way better than a uniform coat, cost less, and maybe it'd get us known for something other than football."

Wall paint was overrated.
Hey guys, sorry for the late and short post, life has torn me a new one this week a bit, so I've been super uninspired. Best to just push through though, ay?
A look of mild surprise snapped onto Monika's face when Annabeth brought up her Master, but she was flattered nonetheless. She nodded politely, but before she could reply, Skurr opened his door, inviting them all inside. Monika walked inside, stooping a little for the low door.

After the others had followed her inside, she sat Skurr down and began to examine his wound, allowing the other two the time to put forward their proposition.
Shortly after knocking, Monika was approached by two other women, who called out greetings. The one in front, who was the one calling out, seemed familiar in the way that nags at you - where she'd seen her before was right on the tip of her thoughts. Behind her was a tall, graceful looking woman who didn't say much, and as such seemed more Monika's speed.

"Good day. Yes, I'm here to see Skurr. I have a medicine here that should help his body heal." She said, gesturing to the bag by her side. "What are you here to see him for?"

He code is fairly simple. There's three pairs of figures which represent red, green, and blue. So the first two figures are red, the next two are green, and the last two are blue

Then it has value in this order
0123456789abcdef

So something like ff0000 is pure bright red :)
The stale air of the lab shone with the last rays of light dancing in through the window. The desk was laden with the type of "junk" you might find at a market set up to sell trinkets.

Monika had fallen asleep at study again. Her head rested on a book with a red leather cover and expensive vellum pages. It was open to a page detailing the many uses of the dandelion flower.

A whistle. A bang.

She sprung up in her seat, sleepily alert. The kettle she had set earlier had just reached boiling temperature, which it really wasn't meant to do considering what she had put in there.

She raced over to it, lifting the kettle to pour it into the nearby vessel.

"FUCK!" She shouted as she dropped the kettle. It was still hot, who would have thought?
She sighed in defeat and pain as it clattered to the ground and spilled everywhere. It wouldn't damage anything, not after being boiled, but it'd be annoying to clean up, and, if she left it to dry out, it'd leave a dangerous salt.

So she cleaned it up, treated her hands, and got the ingredients for a new batch ready. The brewing would have to wait though, as she had a delivery to make.

As she was walking she considered the speedy recovery Skurr had made. He was still in a bad way, but no longer delirious or in life-threatening stages of infection.

She still couldn't tell whether it was the healing she had been providing, or the man's fitness that had kept him alive. It wasn't worth considering the healing the priests had been providing. Monika knew that prayer did nothing but reassure the mind.

She was glad that the priests had been accepting of her talents enough to hire her to heal Skurr though. In this week she had learned more about healing than she had in the last month, purely due to the frantic study it took to attempt to dull the symptoms.

It was as she reached Skurr's door that she remembered the note, and the peculiar paper it was written on. That would need attention later.

"Your medicine, Skurr," she called, knocking on the door.

Most Axes are constructed using an eye, so there should be steel on every side of the axe. If you strike with the steel on the rear side, it'll hit hard, as it will be carrying the same amount of momentum
I'd also like to let it be known that I'd be keen for Monika to join a group. I couldn't see her leading one, but she would appreciate help with looking for Georges, I'm sure

@ArkmageddonCat

Yeah, totally could do. If you turn it around and strike with the back of the axe, you won't damage the edge, too!
