Omen
Ceramus Homeworld

An ill fate awaits for the next two worlds in the vicinity of Omen.

On a giant spire structure towering above the dark green clouds of the world, multitudes of Qourux mage soldiers marched in a circle, waiting for the transports to drop down from the skies. Chants of an incoherent language roared across the surroundings, the deep, evil-like voices seeming like it would bring fear to spectators who happen to stumble upon the scene, but again, the Ceramus lives upon inhospitable environments so that would be unlikely.

After a few minutes of waiting, a bright blue-green light flashed behind the clouds, then descended three fairly large ships from above. The lights on their FTL thrusters faded, and a long ramp unfurled from the sides of the ships. It only took one and a half minutes for them to load onto the ship, and just as quickly, the vessels lifted up from the ground and into the skies, then to the voids of space.

The Commander was a mere Commander; he was no leader or a president or a king. He was only a Commander who was chosen by the people to guide them in the wars to come. Around him were more commanders, three of them. Inside the Spire, one of the Omen's military bases, they looked up as the three ships lifted to their way to the designated worlds. After they have disappeared above the clouds, the commander faced the other commanders, as if there would be something to talk about.

"Chros and Ndos. As our reconnaissance ships have observed, these two worlds have the activity of sentience in the other planets bordering their star systems. Magical ability of an unknown type has been observed nearby (Equestrian contact impending). Now, we have a question."

Simultaneously, the Commanders spoke.

"Would this discovery be a product of our current Age, or would they serve to be the ones that would end it?"

This answer would be left unanswered until the time comes that the occurrence itself would answer.

Meanwhile, Chros and Ndos face their fate, bombarded by the intense Thzeer radiation upon which the life of the Qourux depends on. Bright green flashes litter these planets, destroying the life on their surfaces.

Current Status:
6 worlds (excluding Chros and Ndos, still in procedure of terraforming)
260 ships (excluding 300 fighters incapable of FTL and quite weak)

Arcane in Faustian Magic is defined as the using pure magical energy. Its basically anything to do with pure magical energy without converting it into other forms for spells.

...well damn, it is the same.

Anyway, what i meant is that my race can only utilize pure magic and not earth, water, fire or blahblah magic, which provides some disadvantages to them.
Definitions of arcane also differs from race to race.

"Fertilization" process of Qourux colonization by Thzeer bombing
Ceramus

Species:

Qourux

As beings whose homeworld were originally bombarded with radiation from a supermassive black hole (which their solar system used to orbit) prior to its transfer to the current universe, they have high resistance to it-- and has become so much of a life necessity that whether there would be oxygen or sulfur or whatever gas necessary for living in other species, they can live without them for as long as the radiation, to be more specific, Thzeer radiation that once only existed in their universe which they are threatening to spread to other worlds for colonization.

Due to the nature and intention of their creator, the Qourux possess magic, with arcane, solid telekinesis and psychic communication powers of a higher level than the Faustian species, but none on other elements such as fire, water and et cetera. Still, the former mentioned skills are less than the Triarian level. More abilities may be explained in the wiki

Average IQ: 721.
Population Count: 9 billion.
Life Expectancy: 9 GC (Galactic Center) orbits (1720 human years)
Known Diseases:
V'ikv Syndrome, prolonged exposure to oxygen environments, incurable and fatal causing bleeding (blood glows green)
Khyr, congenital defect causing lack of magical ability, curable through arcane spells

Government
Psychic Collective.

No defined leaders, no defined hiearchy. Only a common will governs over the Ceramus, and all decisive actions by the Ceramus are made by all of the species. Those who, in the rare case, divert from that will are deemed as heretics from the Qourux and thus exterminated.

Military and Military Technology

A Ceramus warship drifts in the voids of space, in the new dimension to call home.

While the Ceramus's military is relatively advanced compared to the current era's average, it is to say inferior compared to the technology pre-Universal war. Most of these are magic based, and with the exception of FTL, ship maneuvering is mainly by telekinesis.

Arcane Weaponry
Beams and orbs of mysterious energy are the primary weapons of the Ceramus. The strength varies, ranging from a concussive gunshot to a railgun's hit, with further strengths still in research. This depends on the apparatus used to channel the shots. Staves are the primary hand weapons, commonly instantly kills a soldier in full 2014 standard armor, and still able to wear down quickly troops. Larger weapons are more commonly used for space warfare.

Bombardment
Thzeer bombs are by far the most common choice for bombarding planets, mainly due to it being also terraforming, or "fertilizing", for the Qourux. Generally, these bombs range from 30 - 300 megatons, but ones that cover entire planets are still experimental. Thzeer radiation is generally deadly to other species, and gives off a faint green glow in large amounts. Because of this, most Ceramus worlds have green atmospheres. Irradiated growing crystals from the Homeworld are the core parts of these weapons.

Fleets
The relative newness of the Qourux race has led the Ceramus to have a mere amount of 250 ships. While this is a (possible) major weakness for the empire, the individual strength of the ships help to back this up. Most can withstand a crash, and are decently armed, although the Ceramus might still need to take great care when facing larger enemies.

Others
In case of peaceful contact with other species, the Ceramus has prepared suits internally irradiated by Thzeer yet contained on the outside. This enables personal talks to occur, therefore often eliminating the need to have a prepared diplomatic environment.

History
Ignorance is cause; arrogance is effect; doom's deliverance is destiny.

Originally the newest creation of the Goddess Retsukuu Yomo in her dimension (now calmed by being able to have her own universe), the Quorux came into being several millenia ago, left by the being to develop their own selves unlike other races that have known Her presence. As expected by her, they were technologically evolving quickly, developing their own tools and building structures and eventually a single community, like most other races. Of course, there were wars between themselves, but after centuries went by, the Quorux eventually unified, and came into form the Ceramus.

As the other universe's final stages of the Cataclysm came by, a dimensional hole that linked between the two universes ripped open near the homeworld and swallowed it, transferring the entire race to the other. Thankfully, the Ceramus were only yet to reach a full space age, so no colonies were lost in the process. When their space age came and the need to colonize further worlds arose, their nature of war arose again, befalling upon three planets, two empty and one occupied the radiation from which their life feeds on. Although they would kill sentient beings in the process, their intention is not to slaughter for amusement or punishment, but rather to expand.

If this ever gets accepted, please do a favor for me and post a wiki article about this. Simply copying parts of this app would do.

And sorry if it's short for you, i need to rush to catch up on the current events of the RP.
Although then, i have more considered to put them as extradimensional beings as the latest creations made by [REDACTED], which were cast out from their own universe by a inter-dimensional hole that appeared during the fading years of the Cataclysm.

There goes. Work begins.
So many limitations that Duck is putting on their own race.

This is why we can't have nice things, but if you found a way to create a descendant Equestrian race with still different ideals and altered, but still Faustian magic (which someone should find a way), that would be nice. Even removing the Draconian origin and more of the evolutionary kind would be great also.

There's already many races based off humankind, so if there would be also for the Equestrians, there goes.
I have made my race still an artificial Draconian-made one, but now biological. Their origins would be from a Draconian secret experiment on creating entire species with Equestrian Pegasus cells (gathered from dead soldiers) as base templates, so they may have an affiliation for the Equestrians.
Mini writing exercise: "Your character stands in front of a locked door and needs to get inside. What would they do?"

Dendus
It was strange enough that he was getting to go in on a locked door, but was was more unusual is that for extremely unidentifiable reasons, Dendus felt the need to get inside. He knows it's a dumb idea, but it's hard to resist that urge and turn the slab of wood that's blocking the way to the room. Now what would be the best thing to do in this kind of situation? Would it be to smash that door with all his limbs?

Nah.

Knock?

Nah, there aren't any people inside.

Walk away?

Perhaps, but still nah.

Use a card to pick the lock?

Maybe...

Alrighty then.

Dendus remembered that he had an old ID from a previous part-time job in his leather wallet in the pocket. Without further delay, he grabbed the leather, took out the card, and slipped it on the tiny space between the doorknob and the wall's side, touching the metal piece that held the door in place to the wall. Although the door seemed to be ornery and refused to unlock, just as Dendus was about to give up the wooden slab finally turned, opening and revealing the room inside.
The idea for the Scein has been entirely abandoned due to lack of feasibility.

Instead, i'll be creating a somewhat more generic race.
Some reminders:
1. Please forgive me as i have not yet fully understood the extent of technology or numbers in the current time.
2. I tried to make my fleet count as low as possible without making the entire species too much of being at risk. This is what made my app take so long aside from my gaming sessions. While my idea seems interesting, it is surprisingly difficult to balance and such there is a possibility that i would need to work on another app with a different idea.
3. I will do rework on it by both Keyguy, Duck and Darkwolf's ideas, but feel free to suggest more in the meantime.
