Some reminders:
1. Please forgive me as i have not yet fully understood the extent of technology or numbers in the current time.
2. I tried to make my fleet count as low as possible without making the entire species too much of being at risk. This is what made my app take so long aside from my gaming sessions. While my idea seems interesting, it is surprisingly difficult to balance and such there is a possibility that i would need to work on another app with a different idea.
3. I will do rework on it by both Keyguy, Duck and Darkwolf's ideas, but feel free to suggest more in the meantime.

Perhaps you guys are taking size TOO much into hand. While in many cases, age equals wisdom, I know many old people who are utter fools. The same can go with big giant warships. A ship that size needs very, very extensive support and technology to keep the gravity of the ship itself stable and to keep it from falling in on itself.

Really, once you reach a certain point. making bigger ships gets too costly, since [in proportion to other, smaller ships] there will be less space for everything, and more space used up for support of the ship.

Really, you'd just have to blow a couple reactors inside the ship [which can't be too far from the hull, since the ship is so big, meaning that there would HAVE to be reactors near the hull to release heat and such, which also makes it traceable due to the massive energy requirements, meaning more heat coming out of small regions].

In other words, these big ships are not actually invincible. Come in with a little ship, send a sublight antimatter missile through the heat release into the reactor, and it should, at the very least, cause a millisecond's worth of electrical unstability, which could very well cause something to short out with the sudden recovery, and make part of the ship collapse in on itself. With the whole something-in-motion-stays-in-motion-unless-an-outside-force-acts-upon-it, this could very well cause the entire ship's demise. While there would certainly be operational pieces the size of regular ships here and there, the effectiveness would more than likely be completely wiped out.

Also, sorry for the absence. My internet received pooped on its own software, and I had to hunt through thousands of shiny little disks for the right one to reinstall it.

Oh, and I believe Cripplers were becoming outdated when compared to the up-and-coming Draconian magnetic ring-guns. By those, I meant the ones that Rogue originally called railguns, but they really were just rings with electromagnets that were activated in sequence to launch stuff. They had a better rate of fire [Cripplers fired, then had to cool down/recharge, so powerful damage, at medium range with a very slow rate of fire, though they often had so many it didn't matter], could fire farther, had a more diversity in payload, and kinetic damage is always great.

Also, something for Keyguy to know. Supreme shields are powerful; just about any laser that tries to break it will fail. HOWEVER, powerful kinetic weapons such as a railgun, a big railgun, with at least a 10-ton round, should pass straight through it with the following effects:
A) The shield weakens
B) Nothing else.
But, the armor is also powerful, so it'd take several rounds in less than 10 minutes to completely break through it. HOWEVER, for the second time, the point of the entire Super Supreme ship rotating is that it takes about 10 minutes to repair a minor hull breach. The armor self-heals, because of what are, more or less, nanite armor. When it breaks, it begins to flow back into shape, and more are produced and pumped out elsewhere at the hull. You could fire, break the hull a bit, and then it'd be out of range due to the size/rotation, and you'd have to wait for it to fully turn in order to take a shot at it again, in which it may very well be back to normal, despite several compartments being decmopressurized.

If population is a issue make them like the Geth, where there are multiple AIs on one ship and there's massive servers that store millions of AIs.

If I had applied with the Collective and given them 100,000 ships it would have been denied. I am not interested in his size so much as his ships individual power, which is basically being godlike AND has about 200 times more ships than anyone else.

That is a good idea for an app. That pretty much guarantees an acceptance by me, because Orson Scott Card is just that great of a writer. I don't agree with him on a huge pile of matters, but when it comes to sci-fi writing, he is unsurpassed. Can't wait to see the app!

Well, read "Speaker For the Dead", and use that race as a base. It's very unique, and will pose interesting challenges to spaceflight, and to cultural and language trouble. After all, those who contributed greatly will either have to kill and gut their Piggy friend, or their Piggy friend must do so to them - with no painkillers. While alive.

In other news I did some massive updating to the wiki. Factions that did not live to see the universal war were moved to the right section on the main page with notes on there pages that they got destroyed. New factions have been added to the factions listing.

I have made my race still an artificial Draconian-made one, but now biological. Their origins would be from a Draconian secret experiment on creating entire species with Equestrian Pegasus cells (gathered from dead soldiers) as base templates, so they may have an affiliation for the Equestrians.

Few thing things to say if you do do that

1.They wouldn't have any magic what so ever, Faust is not letting anything Draconian in origin get there hands on magic unless she really trusts them.
2. Because a majority of Pegasus's flight ability relies on there magic, if this race had wings from a Pegasus they be restricted to short leaps and dashing with there wings.

Stick those two things and Im fine with you doing that, otherwise no.
