Hime was rather plain looking in her past life. She had typical brown eyes and hair, her face would blend into any crowd. She didn't really have an defining features.
However, in her new life she has been reborn with a symmetrical face that would have trouble blending into even the prettiest people. Her bright, glowling golden blonde hair with naturally styled pin curls sharply contrast her previous dull brown and attracts attention of many. She has big dollish amber eyes with greenish blue hues, softening her appearance further. Her only qualms with her new appearance are her lacking assets and short stature, that and the horn protruding from her head.
Her Qilin form is a a bit of a contrast, it's rather large, around the size of a draft horse. Her coat of dragon-like scales is an elegant and reflective black, a dark yet colorful mist seems to surround her hooves. A thicker version of the mist makes up her tail and mane. A long and sharp horn that curves back sticks out from the pole of her face.

Personality: Hime is a natural extrovert, she can talk for hours and rarely gets nervous when meeting new people. She is a very emotional person and gets attached quickly. She isnt very used to compliments or physical affection, as she was a plain jane in her past life and her wife died early on. She prioritizes loyalty above all else, and will rarely ever forgive someone who betrays her trust. She's a free spirit who both figuratively and literally moves with the wind. She is exceedingly reckless and shows little very little self preservation abilities, her wife from her first life would even call her a kamikaze because of this. As she gets used to her new body however, she becomes more and more narcissistic.
Biography: Hime led a boring life up until college. Her looks were plain, her grades were average and her parents where rarely home. She had quite a few friends, but always wanted something more. Some sort of thrill that her simple life couldn't fulfill. She however learned of storm chasing, and was quickly intrigued. She set her goal on this and began chasing her dreams just as she someday would the storms. She met her soon-to-be wife in her last year of college, they hit it off and were already dating within 3 months of meeting eachother. They both graduated quickly, and her soon-to-be wife went on to become a chemist while Hime chased thrills as a storm chaser.
Things were going great for them until Hime's 26th birthday, which marked the day when her soon-to-be wife proposed. Of course she accepted, but not even a month after they got married in the US there were problems at work which resulted in an explosion. She couldn't be saved and passed only a few hours after the incident. Hime didn't know until a week later, when she returned from her latest mission. Ever since, she refrained from getting involved in any relationships. She stayed chasing the storms, picking up friends here and there. While the thrill seeker in her was satisfied, her wife's death and her lack of being there left a whole in her heart that still hasnt been filled. Her hobbies were few and far between, but she quite enjoyed reading light novels in her free time. Her favorite was called "Monmusu Yuri Field", a series by Asumi Kanakawa. She planned to go on one last chase, before retirement. It was one of the few times she every chased a hurricane. She was too inexperienced, and was caught up with no chance to escape.

Qilin are said to not walk on grass for fear of harming a single blade, because of this she has the natural ability to walk on air.
Ye' Shall Do No Harm
Qilin are known not to harm anyone, and to instead bring peace and prosperity. While Hime herself doesn't follow this mentality, her body naturally rejects any form of meat. She reacts to it almost like how one would if they have allergies, her throat closed up and she has to throw it up else she'll be weakened for quite some time.
Violence is the refuge of the incompetent
She brings a natural aura of prosperity and Serenity to those around her. People who are angry nearby are naturally calmed and it provides a special defense against mental debuffs to those within 5 feet of her.
Defense is the best offense
Her Qilin form has scales covering her body, the natural defense from said scales is rather strong. It can defend her from atleast a few strikes from a decent sword blow. Of course it still hurts like a bitch.
A Storm is a brewin'
Hime can manipulate the weather in the nearby area to her will via her horn, and while she can have it affect a large area it drains her and she will suffer from a rebound for multiple days after. She can't summon a hurricane or anything, but can create rather tense environments, she can even make mini tornadoes.
A simple mask
Hime has the ability to switch between forms, her Qilin form and her humanoid form. While the switch to her human form is instant, while her switch to Qilin form takes up to 10 minutes. Also. Magical clothes cause we dont like nudity here.
Skills: She has a degree in biology and is actually a rather good filmmaker. She is also quite knowledgable about storms.
