Name: Won't-Back-Down
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Race: Argonian
Appearance: Job: Imperial Legate
Skills: Won't-Back-Down is a born soldier. Fighting comes natural to him, and he favours the use of large weapons such as war hammers and battle axes. He has a strong constitution that allows him to wear heavy armour for long periods of time. He is poor with a bow, and finds it equally difficult at being discreet. He does not have any patience for magic, but respects and fears its power.
Personality: Won't-Back-Down is stubborn to a fault. He will fight to the bitter end and beyond. He has a high opinion of himself and shows great pride in his rank within the Legion. He has little patience for racism, having faced it for most of his life and is not afraid to call bigots out. From his soldiers he expects no less than one hundred percent. Laziness and failure is punished, while success and strength is respected. Despite being viewed as a hardass, he is quick to smile and joke with people below his rank.
History: Won't-Back-Down has the pride of being spat upon by Ulfric Stormcloak himself. He was an unblooded boy when the rebel Jarl raised his flags in rebellion against the Empire, and Won't-Back-Down was the only Argonian who despised the blatant racism on his people enough to finally take up arms against the Nords.
The rebellion was squashed with the Argonian seeing much of combat and war. Bards wrote tragedies of war and death, but for Won't-Back-Down it was an exhilarating rush. There was a fire in his heart that craved violence, and with it came a desire to ride his horse into a sea of men and crash down upon them to bash some heads in. The Argonian became famous for his love of combat and his stubborn nature, and was dubbed 'Won't-Back-Down', he took the name with pride.
Years passed, and the Argonian climbed the ranks within the legion. He worked twice as hard as any Imperial or Nord to obtain the rank of Legate. When the Thalmor attacked Leyawiin, Won't-Back-Down took his first ever defeat on the battlefield and retreated to Bravil. He has yet to forgive himself for his failure. The time and resources he wasted trying to repel the attack was disastrous.
