Um, kind of tired at the moment, so I'll post with Mio in the morning. I think I have a decent idea of what I'm going to do with her at least, ehe.
Rachel - Still convinced this is just part of the show

Much like Nepeta, Rachel found herself getting closer to Yuuka than she probably should have given her previous experience. She found herself genuinely curious as to whether or not something odd would happen when the green-haired woman touched the glowing crack, despite the fact that as far as she was concerned, it was just part of the museum's gimmick. Lights hidden in the walls at strategic points to make it look like things were glowing ominously.

And then...the strange ball of teeth and fluff leapt out, giggling. Ignoring Yuuka's request for her to step back, Rachel reacted the way any sane person would in this situation. By staring and laughing at the ridiculous looking...whatever it was meant to be. Of all the possible things could come out of the creepy looking glowing cracks...skeletal hands, spiders and centipedes, blood...No, the museum staff had decided Furbies were the right answer. Then again, probably best to go with something that wouldn't traumatise children too much.
Oh dear...

Also, I'll try to get a post up with my characters later today. I've gotta meet someone for lunch though, so I can't really work on it now, ehe.
I'm pretty sure the carnage is well away from the front of the museum. The only reason OOO managed to get there in one post is because of the Cheetah Medal's super speed.

Also, really glad Rachel's nowhere near any of the parts of the museum the squid just ran through.
Hmm...I'm not sure how well that would work to be honest. Although I might just be misinterpreting what you mean. Could you please elaborate?
Rookies would be fine.
Foundation X, the Merchants of Death, have set their sights on something within Tokyo. A group of the Foundation's operatives have set themselves up somewhere in the city, in search of a hidden entrance to the headquarters of a group allegedly based in the area codenamed "Organisation Y". The Foundation has taken a strong interest in this organisation's work, believing that the technology being created there could greatly assist with their goals. However, while finding an entrance and infiltrating "Organisation Y"'s headquarters is their final goal, there is something else the Foundation's operatives are to do...

Wreak havoc in the name of SCIENCE! Equipped with assorted powers and gear the Foundation has acquired through their studies into Core Medals, Cosmic Energy, Gaia Memories and who knows what else, they are causing chaos and destruction throughout the area. This is in part to try to coax out a reaction from their target, but also to field test improvements made to some old acquisitions. Of course, this is something the leader of this expedition has charged them with, rather than an order from the Foundation itself.

While Tokyo is not without its own Riders, the Foundation expedition seems to have little respect for the way most villains do battle. Routinely sending out multiple monsters to multiple locations. As a result, the city's defenders have found themselves stretched to breaking point and the city is suffering heavily from it.

Throughout Japan, Kamen Riders have received letters requesting their assistance in dealing with these attacks. The messages have no details about who the sender is, simply requesting the Riders' presence in Tokyo, accompanied by photographs of monsters that specific Rider had defeated, once again alive and well in Tokyo.

While some declined the invitation for a number of different reasons, others headed to Tokyo, ready to do battle with the Foundation operatives. Some of the Riders answering the call to arms are happy to simply protect the citizens, defeat the villains and return to their homes, others intend on tracking down the mysterious source of the letters or at the very least, learning why these monsters were back and what exactly they were after in Tokyo.

So, long story short, monsters are wrecking Tokyo, Riders are called in to help, awesomeness, hilarity and/or cheesiness ensues. Anyone interested?

As far as character creation goes, canon characters and original characters (with either canon or original power sets) are allowed. However, for the sake of balance, Kabuto Riders won't be able to use Clock Up and canon Riders won't have access to their super modes from the start.

Villain characters are allowed and in fact, encouraged, just try to keep the power levels reasonable for what they are. Also, while I'm fine with evil Rider characters, they should not make up the majority of the evil forces.

Good point, she should probably be thinking more along the lines of insanity than just not being reasonable.
Rachel - With Yuuka and Nepeta

As the troll girl called out for help, Rachel began searching the area for something to distract the green-haired woman. She wasn't entirely sure what she was looking for, but there had to be something, right? Displays? She said she'd already seen them. People? Not exactly helpful in the situation. Strange glowing red cracks? Probably no-

"...Wait, what?" The brunette thought. She removed her glasses and quickly wiped them off, in case the lights in the building were reflecting weirdly off of a smudge on the lenses or something before moving in for a closer look..

Nope. It was still there. Weird. It had to be part of the museum's gimmick, she reasoned. Still...it couldn't hurt to at least try.

"Um, Yuuka? There's something here you might want to take a look at..." She called.
Um, okay, two things I really can't accept in this profile. The first is the way the djinni work. It's...things don't work that way in this setting, sorry. They wouldn't be able to interact with the human world from the other world.

Secondly, the Qur'an being a djinn's spellbook just feels really off to me. I'm not a religious person, but I still find that kind of uncomfortable.
Also, sorry I haven't posted in the RP. I'm having a bit of trouble deciding what Alex should be doing.
