Sorry I took so long. Here's the OOC.

Stephanie Dola: After giving it a bit of thought, I don't think this power works. I know I wasn't as clear about this in the OP as I should've been, but the "cargo" the powers/gear are meant to be part of is meant to be things gathered to use against the villains. And I really can't see them using something that seems to involve more or less destroying the person receiving the ability. In the sense that, if I'm reading this correctly, her mind's basically overwritten with Yidrika's.

Malmshodes: Telekinesis is fine, so long as he can't effortlessly pick people up and throw them around without them being able to fight back. Based on what Wookieepedia says about the sorts of powers that Alter Environment includes and it not needing much in the way of concentration or energy, I'm not really comfortable with that one. Healing's fine. The lightsaber's fine, so long as you're okay with it not just effortlessly cutting through everything.

Moonman: I can't accept a Lantern Ring, sorry. The problem is that from what I understand, Green Lanterns' powers are far too versatile, since they can create basically anything they can think of.

And finally, as far as the arcs people have posted go, I've added an extra field to the sheet which I'd like people to add. Since I'm not necessarily familiar enough with some works to tell how they'd end up after whatever change is mentioned.
I'm going to visit family for a couple of days and they don't have a reliable internet connection, so, I'm probably not going to be around until Tuesday. OOC will probably go up then.
Walter opens fire on enemy, the enemy ninja weaves and bobs through the hail of bullets before stabbing him square in the chest. Walter only sighs and shoves the pistol into the ninja's head, blowing the surprised ninja's brains out.

There's half the point. While, yes, I was taking into account enemies who would easily dodge/parry bullets, I was also referring to the monsters/supervillains who can simply shrug off bullets with no real problem.

Of course, if your fine with him being undead and having some sort of magical power, then sure, I'll throw that in.

As I said in my last post, "each character should only have 1 power set, at least to start with." You've already got too many.

Rosette: Honestly, I still don't feel comfortable with it. Sorry. The problem with your line of thinking is...a lot of villains with insane regenerative abilities or super strong defences aren't generally inclined to put a lot of effort into dodging. After all, unless you've found whatever weak point they have, they're going to be fine. So why bother?

Stephanie: I see, I'm going to need a bit more time to think about it.

Malmshodes: Going to need to think about this one too.
Stephanie Dola: Sorry, but I can't accept that powerset. As I said in the first post, the powers should be based on things from existing works.

Malmshodes: Looks good so far.

Rosette Christopher: Even with the limit on how long they can be used, Mystic Eyes of Death Perception are kind of a problem.

Scarifar: Accepted.

Skepic: I'm not really sure what to say about a character who just uses normal guns. In part because in a lot of situations, you'd probably get further just sneezing at the villains but more importantly, because there's no real reason for them to be there.

As far as the rest goes...it seems kind of...lacking in context. Like I said with Stephanie's profile, the powers should be from existing works. Also, each character should only have 1 power set, at least to start with.
@Card Captor: He looks good. My only issue is, since the characters are meant to be from Earth, the grey hair seems a little odd. ^^;
LaXnyd: I see. Well, with that change, he's accepted.

Psyga: Accepted!

Professor Wyvern: I'm sorry, but I can't accept this character. As I said with Psyga's arc idea, post-Saiyan saga DBZ stuff is probably a bit much in terms of raw power (assuming this character's meant to be around Captain Ginyu's level). And on top of that, the Body Change technique is...not something I'd be willing to accept, regardless of how strong/weak the character is.

Vaultboy: That looks better. I have a question about its limitations though. If people end up fighting against a giant robot/ship full of enemies/other large multi-part metal thing, would its ability affect the entire thing?

IncredibleBee: Looks good to me. Accepted.
LaXnyd: I have to admit that even if it doesn't work, I am a bit concerned about that power. On one hand, if it were to become active at some point for whatever reason, it sounds like it would be ridiculously overpowered. On the other, if it doesn't, your character's not going to have much to do in any action scenes.

malmshodes: Indeed it is.
Vita: Accepted!

Psyga: Looks good for the most part. My only issue is that people shouldn't just have found their powers/gear in their backstories.

And the arc idea itself looks good (DBZ seems like the kind of thing where main characters dying isn't as big of an issue), although I have to wonder how much the PCs could do in post-Saiyan saga DBZ.

Clanjos: Accepted!

Vaultboy: He looks good for the most part, although I'm going to have to reject that power. If I'm reading it correctly, it's...kind of problematic. I get that he doesn't have any offensive ability on his own, but it kind of breaks the challenge of any "boss fight" or "protect x" scenario.

Also, speaking of Stands, one thing I forgot to mention is that, for the sake of fairness, any "can only be seen by people with x power" situations will include all forms of power.

I'm not really familiar with either of the series' those arcs are for, but from the sounds of it, the Macross one seems to fall on the irreparable side. Feel free to correct me if I'm misinterpreting things there. The other one seems interesting, although I suppose it'd depend on when the PCs are showing up.
Vita and Vaultboy: I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with! ^_^

Revan: Pretty much. Although honestly, the members and goals aren't necessarily going to be the same as they were in ToQGer, so it's not like people are going to need to be familiar with that show to get what's going on here.

Rin: Looks good to me, she's accepted!

Name: Rachel Kay
Age: 24
Appearance: Similar to this, except she generally wears jeans and an Iron Maiden or Kamen Rider-based T-shirt rather than a tracksuit. She's roughly 5'6" tall.
Powers/Equipment: Rachel acquires a modified Pokegear and a small case containing a set of cards bearing images of assorted Pokemon. By scanning one of the cards in the slot on the bottom of the Pokegear, she is able to change into one of the following forms:
  • Farfetch'd: Rachel gains the Wild Duck Pokemon's leek-based combat skills, as well as the razor sharp vegetable required to use them. While she isn't capable of flying, she can jump far higher than should be humanly possible and is capable of gliding short distances. In addition, due to the Keen Eye ability, her eyesight is enhanced in this form, enabling her to pick up on smaller details and spot things from long distances. Her outfit in this form is basically this, albeit with a leek instead of a sword.
  • Litwick: With the Candle Pokemon's power, Rachel becomes immune to fire-based attacks, which just cause the flame on her head to increase in size and power up her own fire attacks, in addition she is able to conjure blasts of fire of varying intensities, as well as beams, balls and rings of dark energy, she also gains the ability to shrink herself down, becoming harder to hit. In this form, Rachel wears a white dress, which hangs past her ankles, her hair hangs in front of her face, covering one eye and a purple flame burns on top of her head.
  • Sylveon: The Intertwining Pokemon's Pixilate ability infuses Rachel's attacks with, for lack of a better term, fairy magic, boosting the strength of those not already based around this power. In this form, Rachel gains the power to channel the power of the moon to create a destructive beam, conjure star-shaped projectiles that home in on their target, release a flash of light to blind opponents for a short time and focus all of her strength into a single physical strike, which causes insane amounts of damage if it connects, but leaves her completely exhausted afterwards, making it a last resort. This form's appearance changes are...a bit more severe than the others.
  • Cosplay Pikachu: Using the Mouse Pokemon's card, Rachel gains the power to manipulate electricity in a variety of ways, while becoming immune to it herself. In addition, depending on what "costume" she's wearing, she gains the ability to make her fists harder than steel, summon icicles to rain down, create an electrical current in the surrounding area to power up electrical attacks, drain energy by kissing or perform wrestling moves. In this form, Rachel gains Pikachu's ears and tail, as well as a costume similar to one of its different forms. The costume can be changed through the use of a card depicting all 5 variations of Cosplay Pikachu.
  • Heracross: While using the Single Horn Pokemon's card, Rachel gains improved fighting skills, as well as the ability to fire bullet or needle-like projectiles by punching at the air. This form gives Rachel a suit of armour similar to this.
  • Froakie: Rachel gains several ninja-esque abilities while using the Bubble Frog Pokemon's card, allowing her to substitute herself for a decoy or pull smoke bombs from her jacket's pockets. In addition, she can project blasts of water and has her swimming abilities enhanced. While using this form, Rachel's glasses turn into pince-nez and she wears a dark blue skirt and lighter blue jacket with a fluffy collar resembling Froakie's bubbles.

Personality: Rachel is shy around people she doesn't know. However once she feels comfortable around someone, she becomes more cheerful and energetic, if a bit snarky at times. She is a fan of assorted manga and anime, mostly slice of life or action series, as well as assorted tokusatsu series. She also enjoys music, mostly metal (generally more of the heavy or power varieties) and rock, as well as cooking.
Brief Backstory: There isn't really much to say. Rachel has had a boring, ordinary life for the most part. She coasted through school without any real effort, getting decent grades in the process. She spent some time in university, studying to become a teacher, but is currently taking a break to see more of the world.
Other:
Everyone knows some stories of good versus evil. Whether they're costumed hero teams against monsters, elves versus orcs, superheroes and villains or even normal humans, one thing remains consistent through the majority of these tales: Good triumphs over evil in the end.

However, what if something happened differently to give the villains an advantage? What if the hero's Deus ex Machina power-up didn't arrive; or the villain's treacherous advisor was dealt with before he could backstab his boss; maybe someone slapped the engineer that suggested a big ol' self-destruct button back during the planning stages?

A mysterious group known as the Shadow Line has taken it upon themselves to answer this. Travelling the multiverse, they do what they can to change assorted worlds to help evil triumph. Their methods vary from world to world, though they aim to be at least somewhat subtle most of the time. After all, they've already got ONE bunch of "heroes" after them...better not to add to that.

During a chase between these two groups, the Shadow Line's Darkliner fumbled a "Line Change" in an attempt to lose its pursuer. This brought both of them to our Earth, over a small island resort, where a blast from the Darkliner damaged the pursuing Rainbow Line train, causing some of its cargo, an assortment of items from around the multiverse, to fall to the ground below. That is where you come in.

Basically, this RP will follow a group of people from Earth (original characters and self-inserts/author avatars are both fine) travelling through the multiverse and repairing various worlds, which have been derailed by the main villains, the Shadow Line. Ideally, there will be a balance of both combat and downtime for characters to interact. While I'm not completely opposed to player controlled villains, I will say that I'm going to be fairly picky with them, to avoid clashes with the intended tone of the RP. Speaking of which, I'm going for a lighter tone with this. While villains should be threatening, try to avoid pointlessly bloody or dark backstories for them...Or for anyone else, really.

Finally, while I have some world ideas, I would like other people to suggest/run arcs too. I'm including a sheet for world ideas, as well as the character sheet. Ideally, the world should still be intact (sorry, 90% of DBZ villains), the main characters should still be alive (it's not like villains haven't decided prison/slavery/exile/needlessly complex death traps are valid ways to deal with their nemeses before) and whatever's changed to swing things in the villains' favour shouldn't seem TOO out of place with the world.

Character Sheet:

Name:
Age:
Appearance: Written descriptions and pictures are both fine.
Powers/Equipment: Whatever power or gear your character picked up, as well as any relevant things they happened to be carrying. Powers/gear should at least be based on something from a fictional setting, though some things can be changed around.
Personality:
Brief Backstory:

Arc Sheet:

World: What show/book/movie/etc is the arc set in?
What Changed?: What changed that made the villains win/has the villains close to winning?
What's it like now?: What the world's like when the heroes arrive.
