Sorry for the double post, but I'm kind of considering replacing my character (or at least reworking a couple of things, since she doesn't seem to be working out) and I figured I should probably check if this is still going before I write anything up.
I'm still waiting for things to progress a bit, since I don't think there's anything I can really contribute right now.
Honestly, I don't see myself posting any time soon. Just haven't been able to get motivated to and not even sure what I'd post anyway. So basically...probably just going to say Rachel's at the bar not doing anything of any importance until I feel like I can post again and people probably shouldn't interact with her until then.
Rachel nodded and raced back to the Dandeliner. Taking to the sky, she quickly found her way over to the fight...Only to realise that there seemed to be at least 7 or 8...maybe closer to a dozen people fighting what looked to be a teenager and small animal. While Rachel wasn't opposed to fighting with a numbers advantage, she knew there was a point where the advantage turned into a guarantee of friendly fire if she actually tried anything.

The bike pulled a 180, heading back to the bar. Upon arriving, Rachel returned the Dandeliner to its Lockseed and headed inside. She took a seat at the bar and tried to get the bartender's attention. As she waited, she glanced around, taking in the general atmosphere of the place, even if it did seem rather...quiet at the moment.
It wasn't that Rachel didn't think saving the old man's daughter was important. Although with so many people rushing that way already, it didn't seem quite as urgent as it might have otherwise. It wasn't that she didn't want to be far, far away from "the Jesus of bird-kicking" here. However, the reason Rachel was stepping away from her Dandeliner instead of speeding ahead of the people who had raced off in the direction the elderly projectile had come from was related to that.

"Did they really think leaving FLORIDA MAN alone here to make sure this guy's okay was a good idea? HE'S EATING A BLOODY BEER BOTTLE FOR...whatever." Rachel thought, taking a deep breath and doing her best to ignore the super"hero"'s latest exclamation.

Sighing, she closed the Lockseed on the front of her belt, dismissing her armour, and headed over to the old man.

"Um, are you okay, sir?" She asked. "Um, I mean...I'm not sure what exactly the situation there was, but...do you need any medical attention? I think I heard someone in the bar shouting about free drinks if you need something to help you calm down. Maybe a lift home?"

Okay, given how he'd arrived here, asking the old guy if he wanted a ride home on a flying vehicle might not be the best thing Rachel could've suggested, but it's the thought that counts. Right?
Got it, spend the next 5 pages killing it repeatedly.
As the old man sailed across the sky, Rachel pulled out a pair of Lockseeds. She unlocked the larger of the two before tossing it out into the street. The padlock enlarged and folded out, eventually transforming into its jetbike form. She walked over to the vehicle, before turning back to face Anno. She wanted to help?

"Um, well...uh, just...be careful and make sure you don't do anything too dangerous, okay?" Rachel wasn't sure what dangerous things the other girl would do, exactly, but telling her to be cautious when confronting someone who was flinging old men across the city seemed reasonable enough. Besides, telling her to be careful seemed better than telling her to stay out of things. While Rachel had yet to run into such problems, she knew of way too many TV shows or movies (things her travels told her may actually be based on true events) where someone who was meant to be safely away from the action followed the heroes and distracted them at a critical moment.

With that out of the way, she opened the second Lockseed.

Grape!

At that moment, what seemed to be a large circular zipper appeared over the brunette's head, opening up to reveal what seemed to be a strange grape-themed object. With a movement which had certainly not been carefully planned and practiced for several days, her left hand, holding the lock shot out to her side, before slowly arcing around in front of her torso. From here the Lockseed was quickly brought down and slotted into the front of her belt before being sliced with the Driver's knife attachment.

Lock on! Hai! Grape Arms! Dragon, Fire! Bang! Bang! Bang!

The "grapes" suddenly smashed down on Rachel's head. Her normal clothes were suddenly replaced with a green and gold suit before the grapes opened up, folding down to form the rest of her armour. Reasoning that the enhanced abilities of her Rider form might help catch the old guy, Rachel got on her Dandeliner, ready to move out.

However, before she could race off to the man's rescue, a strangely dressed individual exited the bar, shouted something and set off to...presumably save him. If a flying senior wasn't enough to confuse Rachel, this new "superhero" was. She stopped in her tracks, in part because if it turned out this guy had the "save the old man" situation under control, it would make more sense to go after whoever was responsible for this in the first place...and in part because she needed a few moments to fully process what had just happened.
4 outside, but otherwise, that sounds about right.
Well, things had gotten eventful rather quickly. The girl she was trying to help out got knocked over by a blonde newcomer running out of the bar...And the other brunette seemed to be apologising for getting run into, which seemed kind of backwards. Not that Rachel's response would've been much better in the circumstances.

"..."Peaches"? Really?" Rachel thought to herself, offering a hand to help the shorter girl back to her feet. Granted, she hadn't actually gotten around to learning the other girl's name yet either, but still! Giving someone you just met (if running into them as you fled a bar counted as meeting them) a nickname like that seemed really embarrassing.

"Um, is ev-" Rachel began to ask, curious as to what caused the blonde's quick exit. However she cut herself off as another person exited the bar. This one was wearing what looked to to be a nice coat...and some kind of power fist. And she seemed to have some business with the blonde. Something about some place Rachel had never heard of.

"Right...shutting up."
Well, the explanation Rachel had given apparently didn't come off as completely crazy, so that was a plus. On the other, it seemed to have made the other girl's panic worse. Good work...As Anno pulled out the necklace, Rachel tilted her head slightly. She adjusted her glasses, before taking a closer look at it.

"Hmm...um, can't say I do...sorry..." She said, frowning. "Um, i-in any case, do you want to head inside? I mean, this is probably a lot to take in, so sitting down for a bit might not be a bad idea?"
