Izaya's appearance can be described as rather dashing with his fairly tanned skin. His hair is snow white, medium-length, and naturally messy. Some say his body is chiseled to perfection despite his lithe appearance with clothes on. Working out at a young age increased his growth which caused him to grow taller. As a result he is relatively tall compared to many other shinobi his age standing at 6‘2“.

【Personality】
Izaya is headstrong, impulsive and is easily excited, he is known for his flashy entrances and is for most of the time the center of attention. He is a very proud individual and has great confidence in his powers and abilities. He is not arrogant by nature and will show his opponent a degree of respect, even complimenting them of their strength if they are strong enough to fight against him. Despite his impulsive and excited nature, he is very down to earth and is not the type of person to look down on people.

He is also known for his passions, as he puts a lot time and hard work into something he enjoys or believes in, such as training and developing his skills. Izaya is also known for his temper which can sometimes cause misunderstandings. Because he doesn’t listen to the situation first hand he sometimes ends up making a mistake but once he calms down or is aware of the full situation he will try to apologize in his own way.

【History】
A child born during a time of combat, Izaya’s birth was shrouded in complication. His parents were traitors to Konoha and attempted to escape the moment they had been discovered. Unfortunately that would be the same day the mother would go into labor. Izaya’s father was killed promptly as he provided time for the child to be born and his grandmother was forced to kill the mother after she had given birth to preserve the Yasei name. From that day forward Izaya’s life would be forged by his grandmother, Masaki, and his aunt, Momoi.

Izaya, even as a youngster, was easily excited by combat. He was not like his mother, who was a pacifist most of her life but, he instead enjoyed learning about the clan’s abilities and garnering a lust to fight like his aunt at times. Too bad the young kid was naturally stubborn wanting to fight his own way with no one to tell him how to do it. This state of mind did not help once he started in the academy but it did garner him two people that would forever change him.

Aroshima and Sheena were attracted to Izaya like bees to honey. Aro would become his greatest friends, displaying a fondness for Taijutsu that inspired Izaya to focus on the same combat style whilst Sheena sparked a zest for life. They even stood by him when his grandmother passed away to provide him with comfort. Not much else shined brighter then his new friends until after graduation.

The genin life was one filled with hard-work but not one that Izaya could not handle. He, alongside Sheena, progressed well despite their teacher being progressive in Ninjutsu instead of Taijutsu like Izaya preferred. The Chunin Exams came around a month after Izaya’s 16th birthday. Everything changed that day, a day filled overwhelming sadness. Izaya and his team scoured the Forest Death until they met their match. The first part of the exam took the lives of Sheena and the third member. Izaya was crushed beyond belief but thanks to Sheena’s last jutsu, he was able to fend off the attacking ninja.

Izaya made it through the first exam whilst carrying Sheena’s dead body all the way. She would be buried in a manner fitting of a woman he loved. The exams continued as normal and the young grief stricken boy composed himself in a way befitting one seeking to become chunin. The exams brought forth a rare form for Izaya that helped him progress to Chunin status.

A funeral for Sheena passed a few days after and life seemed to slow down all around Izaya. He knew not what to do. It was lack of strength that caused Sheena’s death. Fortunately Izaya would meet a man that would train him to progress his taijutsu and skills, Katsuko Moto. For three years Izaya trained with Katsuko to elevate himself beyond his current standard. He was determined to change and grow. After three years with the ensuing conflicts between the Confederate and Red Sages, Izaya is ready to protect those he cares no matter the side he chooses.

Izaya's family one of complexity. From traitors to Confederate Loyalists, his family has spiraled between the lines. For Izaya, the only one that really matters is Momoi.

Masaki Yasei | Grandmother | 79, Konohagakure, Former Head of Clan that blossomed the Yasei Productions due to her business savvy. Due to his parent’s traitorous actions and tarnishing the of the Yasei name, Masaki did her best to keep Izaya from the path that her daughter took. She passed away due to heart complications leaving the clan in Momoi’s incapable hands.

Momoi Yasei | Aunt | 31, Konohagakure, Clan Head of the Yasei and one of the main manufacturers of the Confederate Weapons/Armor/Supplies. She has watched over Izaya ever since he was a baby, giving him much of his personality. She’s also known to drink...often. Miss Tits of Steel as she’s known.

Karai Yasei | Sister | 25, Kumogakure, Coordinates and watches over the Yasei Productions in Kumo for the Confederate. She does not bond well with Izaya and believes he will stay a nobody.
Aroshima Sarutobi | Best Friend | 18, Konhagakure, A Chunin and Izaya’s best friend, Aro has stood by Izaya’s side countless times and continues to act as rival to push each other farther down the path of the ninja.

Katsuko Moto | Sensai | 26, Konohagakure, An exceptional jounin, Katsuko has spent over three years training and helping Izaya increase his taijutsu skills. Despite being only 7 years older Katsuko is the only man alive that Izaya looks up to.

Sheena Aburame | Deceased Ex-Girlfriend | Would be 18 by now, Sheena was the love of Izaya’s life all the way from his Academy days. Her unfortunate passing is what brought Izaya to Katsuko and helped him progress into a better ninja.

【Dreams and fears】
Izaya only carries one hope for the future and that is to one day attain a family of his own and love a child unlike how his parents were never able to. Though he does carry the one fear that he'll never become as strong he needs to be to protect his friends and family.

Focusing on strength, Izaya has reached an abnormal level of strength and endurance hidden by his lithe frame. Like his name-sake, Izaya fights mainly using his fists and several different styles of grapples, holds, and slams. Many believe Izaya to be a wild, uncontrolled beast but he has moments of focused clarity that exhibit a tactical mind-set. Whilst speed is average at best, if not below, Izaya possesses superb reactions to strike opponents who would attempt to blitz him. Lastly Izaya has a excellent sense of hearing.

Taijutsu is a form of combat that Izaya was born for, completely disregarding Genjutsu and only using the ninjutsu associated with his Kekkai Genkai to increase his lethality in Taijutsu. Katsuko has helped bring his student, Izaya, to a level of expert in Taijutsu. Izaya never uses an explicit style but one of his own to keep himself unpredictable in close combat.

The Steel Release (鋼遁 Kōton) is an Advanced Chakra Natures that involves bending the users chakra into a physical shape around their body to enhance their own characteristics. There is also another form of Steel Release which Izaya uses, where when using the Steel Release: Molecular Recomposition technique, he can manipulate pre-existing metal with iron as one of the components and use the metal in a variety of ways.

The most common form of the Steel Release was the ability to coat one's self in a somewhat malleable shell of metal that could be applied as an almost impenetrable armour or forged into weapons for various kinds of purposes. While being a impressive Defense, it is without say that Steel release is about to provide a wide range of offensive capabilities when in combat.

For Izaya Yasei: He has taken to learning the Impervious Armor at a level beyond most.When using this ability across his entire body, Izaya is immobile and practically invulnerable except for against Fire and Lightning though less damage all around. This requires constant chakra and can strain the body. Instead Izaya has focused on using the Impervious Armor on just certain parts of his body, specifically his arms. It takes a very small amount of chakra to keep active but leaves the rest of his body open for attack. Obviously Izaya's strength, and striking power is increased in this manner.

Strengths:
In General, Izaya’s Steel release is able to:

1. Increase or Generate steel.
2. Shape, compress and/or otherwise manipulate all steel via contact.
3. Efficacy Manipulation including hardness and/or sharpness.
4. Polish steel.
5. Repair steel objects.
6. Ferro kinetic constructs using steel: walls and armour.
7. Metal Attacks using steel.

Weaknesses:
However with Perks and benefits, also comes with the Weaknesses.

1. Limited to manipulating only from already existing sources, he can create steel on himself.
2. Distance and the amount of matter depends of the strength and skill of Izaya’s strength and stamina.

Description:
After weaving the needed hand signals, the user manipulates pre-existing metal around them to form a complex drill that overs their arm from elbow to finger and a short distance beyond. The drill has different parts that spin at different speeds and in different revolutions. This enables the drill to deal progressive and severe damage upon impact, mostly starting with piercing. This technique is a great assassination and execution technique. It can also break an opponent's guard. The drill can be left not spinning to use as a simple spear. The only downside is that the drill is rather heavy even for Izaya.

Description:
After forming the needed hand signs, the user coats their arm in metal and creates a piston-like attachment around it. Depending on the chakra level of the user and the hardness and durability of the metal, this technique has a variety of uses. When used as a taijutsu measure, the user can punch the opponent with the end of the piston and use their chakra to force a second mechanism into the piston and hit the target with a second, harder impact. Also, if the user hits the ground with the piston, the second blow and cause a miniquake that can result in damage to the surrounding area. This is a basic defensive technique of the Yasei clan, and is one of the few ninjutsu in their arsenal that can be used without hand signals. After channeling chakra into their hand, the user blocks the strike of a bladed or metal weapon, such as a shuriken, kunai, or sword. The chakra not only absorbs much of the weapons impact, but it also injects itself into the attacking object. The chakra then disrupts the iron atoms within the blade of the weapon and severely weakens them chemically, similar to rusting. The blade then either turns black and breaks away in pieces, melts, or shatters on impact depending on the amount of chakra injected and the percentage of iron atoms within the metal. It is best to use this technique with some armor, as the attacking weapon can still deal damage. Also, precise timing is needed to block the attack, or the weapon can have full effect if the timing is off.

This technique is rather simple as he can take a dagger, kunai, shuriken or some other small, sharp object and infuse it with his Steel-type chakra, coating the item with the steel. Usually he can throw at least 15 feet with this long weapon and sometimes 25 feet when using his Steel Release armor(s). At the most he can create two at a time and they can sometimes be used for close range combat in a similar use to a bo staff.

That last one would then render the weaknesses of things being heavy null? I mean, the weaknesses of a couple of jutsu are clearly that he's slowed down because of said steel. Sooooo?

No. Let's say he's placed underwater due to a jutsu or something. He's already weighed down by, let's say, the drill but water already makes you slower. Now a heavy drill + Water = Slower then a snail. Its basically making the force of the water irrelevant to the drill's weight. He can only shift the weight.......

He was not like his mother, who was a pacifist most of her life but, he instead enjoyed learning about the clan’s abilities and garnering a lust to fight like his aunt at times. Too bad the young kid was naturally stubborn wanting to fight his own way with no one to tell him how to do it. This state of mind did not help once he started in the academy but it did garner him two people that would forever change him.

Aroshima and Sheena were attracted to Izaya like bees to honey. Aro would become his greatest friends, displaying a fondness for Taijutsu that inspired Izaya to focus on the same combat style whilst Sheena sparked a zest for life. They even stood by him when his grandmother passed away to provide him with comfort. Not much else shined brighter then his new friends until after graduation.

Everything changed that day, a day filled overwhelming sadness. Izaya and his team scoured the Forest Death until they met their match. The first part of the exam took the lives of Sheena and the third member. Izaya was crushed beyond belief but thanks to Sheena’s last jutsu, he was able to fend off the attacking ninja.

Izaya made it through the first exam whilst carrying Sheena’s dead body all the way. She would be buried in a manner fitting of a woman he loved. 1. Increase or Generate steel. How do you generate/increase steel? Either it needs to come from the body or it needs to somehow be fueled by something, i.e iron and flux. Obviously comes from his body or a metallic substance with the components to create steel he is in contact with.

So either that uses chakra to shape it into a liquid-like state, but it'll never be liquid without heat. Use his chakra to heat the steel to liquefy though that's all he can do heat-wise. Though liquefy can go if you want.

But how do you increase the speed of a steel object? Sounds like wind release. So make it so. This has no basis in.. well, anything. Same goes for density. I'll drop speed since wind is not a nature he is skilled in. I'll drop density too.
4. Polish steel. So you can polish your grandma's steel beams? It'll shine brighter your white ass.

This requires constant chakra and can strain the body. Instead Izaya has focused on using the Impervious Armor on just certain parts of his body, specifically his arms. It takes a very small amount of chakra to keep active but leaves the rest of his body open for attack. Obviously Izaya's strength, and striking power is increased in this manner.

Strengths:
In General, Izaya’s Steel release is able to:

2. Shape, compress and/or otherwise manipulate all steel via contact.
3. Efficacy Manipulation including hardness and/or sharpness.
4. Polish steel.

6. Ferro kinetic constructs using steel: walls and armour.

Weaknesses:

1. Limited to manipulating only from already existing sources, he can create steel on himself.
2. Distance and the amount of matter depends of the strength and skill of Izaya’s strength and stamina.
3. Iron is affected by everything that normal steel would be. (Although Izaya is perfectly able to use their power to return the metal in its original shape and/or controlling it even under these forces)
4. Melt under extreme heat (Fire Release or Lava Release).
5. Turn brittle and shatter under extreme cold via Ice Release.
6. Can be rusted by Water Release after a substantial period of time.
7. Extremely vulnerable to Lightning Release. However Izaya is able to sponge a bit of Electric, but not all of it.

Description:
After weaving the needed hand signals, the user manipulates pre-existing metal around them to form a complex drill that overs their arm from elbow to finger and a short distance beyond. The drill has different parts that spin at different speeds and in different revolutions. This enables the drill to deal progressive and severe damage upon impact, mostly starting with piercing. This technique is a great assassination and execution technique. It can also break an opponent's guard. The drill can be left not spinning to use as a simple spear. The only downside is that the drill is rather heavy even for Izaya.

Description:
After forming the needed hand signs, the user coats their arm in metal and creates a piston-like attachment around it. Depending on the chakra level of the user and the hardness and durability of the metal, this technique has a variety of uses. When used as a taijutsu measure, the user can punch the opponent with the end of the piston and use their chakra to force a second mechanism into the piston and hit the target with a second, harder impact. Also, if the user hits the ground with the piston, the second blow and cause a miniquake that can result in damage to the surrounding area. However, the piston is usually very heavy, so caution and precise timing must be used when utilizing it.

Description:
This is a basic defensive technique of the Yasei clan, and is one of the few ninjutsu in their arsenal that can be used without hand signals. After channeling chakra into their hand, the user blocks the strike of a bladed or metal weapon, such as a shuriken, kunai, or sword. The chakra not only absorbs much of the weapons impact, but it also injects itself into the attacking object. The chakra then disrupts the iron atoms within the blade of the weapon and severely weakens them chemically, similar to rusting. The blade then either turns black and breaks away in pieces, melts, or shatters on impact depending on the amount of chakra injected and the percentage of iron atoms within the metal. It is best to use this technique with some armor, as the attacking weapon can still deal damage. Also, precise timing is needed to block the attack, or the weapon can have full effect if the timing is off.

By either first using the Steel Release: Impervious Armor technique or covering his forearms in his Steel Release, he can manipulate this area of his body to create blades. These blades come out from either side of his wrists from the left and right areas and curve into half-moon like shapes. They are about 5-inch long single bladed weapons that are highly durable and can serve to block attacks and either used as slashing or stabbing type weapons.

With Izaya’s Steel Release he can concentrate his steel-infused chakra towards each finger tip which turns the nails ebony black. These nails then take on a slightly curved, pointed end resembling claws that can cut through stone and weak metals and are highly durable. Though they eventually can dent, shatter, or break after continuous wear and tear and is often used for close combat.

Description:
Izaya’s only long range technique. This technique is rather simple as he can take a dagger, kunai, shuriken or some other small, sharp object and infuse it with his Steel-type chakra, coating the item with the steel. But the steel also extends outward to create the shaft of the spear in which he can throw.

Usually he can throw at least 15 feet with this long weapon and sometimes 25 feet when using his Steel Release armor(s). At the most he can create two at a time and they can sometimes be used for close range combat in a similar use to a bo staff.
