@Tangletail A desert God could literally incorporate anything inspired form... a desert. There are no "right" or "wrong" themes.

I like the idea of drawing Egyptian influence, majorly because it's unique from drawing influence from the same-ol' Greek and Roman. Though the Ancient Egyptians didn't have it too rough out there. They were right by the Nile.

Good luck with your God, NBP!

Del Sombra was actually Lovecraftian inspired. With her Moniker being from Latin languages :P.
@Karkinos I had an idea about the first Desert being a result of my Deity (should really think of a name for'em) claiming it as his home, and all of the trees and plants, eventually turned to sand, only the most durable of creatures and plants survived. So yeah, that sounds cool to me.

I'm actually really excited now, I can see my Desert god being not very well loved by the other two earth-themed gods.

Sombra will love him :3. It's a giant liter box.
Also I don't believe earth is taken, which is mostly a desert or baren rock.
@NachoBachoPacho Hey, either way, I'm sure you'd be able to differentiate between your character and mine. It'd feel weird for it to be up to me, another player, to disapprove of another character anyhow.

Glad you liked my idea! Here's another I thought of why developed Nnmerra's powers: One of her abilities includes being able to enhance the quality of soil and indirectly provide nutrients and life to plant matter by doing so. What if your desert-based God could do the opposite and instead sucked nutrients from the landscape?

The desert has life as well.

The desert is less about nutrients, and more about hardy creatures.

It'd be more about Survival, Adaptation, Determination, and heat.

I'd personally try to base it off of something from Egypt. Ra is pretty much Iup, the god of the sun. And Anubis is the Guardian of the harvest and the dead.

However, there are a few other elements that you can borrow from them.

This is probably just me but, I can't really see a god of secrets and riddles making that.

Yep, I'm not including it then X3. It will just be a City of Sphinxes, with designated restricted areas to visitors. Maybe Parts of the library would be open? Depends on whether or not Del Sombra can get help from Dormammus.

Also, I am thinking of making a hero after I finish those regions.

Reeva "the Cleeva". A Sergal hero chosen by Del Sombra after clearing one of her dungeons. She had a history of being a soldier during the wars, and wanted to retire and have a family. An arrow to the womb put an end to that thought.

She got the name "Cleeva" for her tendency of violently bisecting her opponents with her great sword. Though she detests the moniker, as it lables her a barbarian.

To those who played DnD... and know just how terrifying this fucker is.

EDIT: Though it might not be a thing.
I would have submitted Pecher's Valley as a region, if I hadn't 86'd the piss and shit out of it.

Just call it deadman's valley. It's probably loaded with the full alphabet of hepatitis and six different kinds of plagues. Followed by brain eatting maggots, Giant mantis, and a particular fungus that causes heads to violently explode.
But "Dungeon Master" sounds so fitting!

I construct dungeons! I protect secrets! And I see what goes on in a mortal's dungeon *wink*

Nahargu'ul gives Iuppiter hundred of pounds of gold purely so he can ask Sombra one question:

"Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?"

You'd get a puzzled look from her "..................................................................?"

Made two regions, thoughts?
