What a lovely start off. In a bar which is probably not the most enjoyable place for a mute person to be, and a fight breaks out. Least she gets to jump up and break both off in a cat's ass.

Added some details for Vin's Vigil Light armor.

Just realized this... but Vin probably has the least substantial armor in the entire group. Which is kinda ironic given where she wants to fight.

Sounds fine! Access is usually unrestricted as long as you respect the tribes customs and wishes!

@FoxFire You mentioned that the witch visited other tribes. Would there be a possibility that Vin's tribe had an encounter with her, or would the landscape they inhabit produce too much of a danger for her to visit? With the bone crushing rains and junk.
