Thankfully, he wasn't the last one. A few more people came in after him;
rainbow face and smoker girl. He waited in silence as time ticked by, messing with his mask by turning it off and on again as well as the rest of his costume.
After what seemed like ages, but was probably only ten or fifteen minutes, "The Rat" spoke. As he did so, Neon looked around. He saw that the young girl who he'd defended earlier hadn't arrived yet. He was wondering what could have taken her so long, when she burst into the room out of breath.
Neon heard Free's sad tone, but then realized he was messing with her. He gave a smirk. He nodded his head in astonishment that the girl (Skyscraper was it?) had arrived with broken gear. His head again turned back as Free gave that same false tone that turned out to be in a joking matter. He gave a smirk and a sigh, in disbelief that he had made it into RatPack. He watched as Free took off his mask, and drew in a small breath.
His blue eyes were beautiful, and they went well with his hair. Neon then watched as another walked in, and was introduced to them. And then it was time for introductions.
Even though Free said they didn't have to take their masks off, Neon still did as well as throwing back his hood. His face was quite feminine for a guy, and he wouldn't be surprised if questions were asked.
"Hey. So if it isn't already obvious by my mask, I'm Neon," he said, as he ruffled his blonde hair and smirked.
