Nonetheless, hello there; for those interested in reading a tiny bit about me.
I was born upon Pi day, some years ago; rest assured I'm over the age required to legally drink, enlist, that sort of thing, even if I've done absolutely none of it in person.
At heart I'm fairly weird and generally just don't fit in; if I bring up the topic of subs, you'd be hard-pressed to accurately guess if I'm talking about Subway, submarines, or submissives. All three are great, so.
Big fan of military-centric stuff, big fan of BDSM/romance-centric, big fan of fantastical things. I like grounding everything in more or less realistic ideas and concepts, so if I'm making something, naming something, worldbuilding, all of the above, there's a decent chance there's some half-assed research baked into it. That being said, pretty much everything I do is strictly fictional; I'm not sure why but I just kind of hate doing roleplay in settings that truly existed. Alternate Earth, Fictional Fantasy Land #80,085, or a hundred to ten thousand years in the future is preferable.
I write advanced literate, and have been roleplaying for about ten years now, perhaps a little less. One of my biggest adorations is simply OOC chatter about all of the above. Even if my posts themselves are rather slow; you can always draw me into a discussion about possible scenes, worldbuilding, culture, what-have-you.
Anyways, uh, I suppose that'll do it. A bit unguided and rambly, but I'm sure that's par for the course in this.
