The highest, most decisive experience is to be alone with one's own self. You must be alone to find out what supports you, when you find that you can not support yourself.

The core of an individual is the mystery of life, which dies when it is 'grasped'. That is also why symbols want to keep their secrets.

Bio

The Harbinger of Ferocity

Agent of the Wild, Aspect of the Ferine
Nature, red in tooth and claw.

"There is, indeed, no single quality of the cat that man could not emulate to his advantage."
- Carl Van Vechten

I am, at my core, a personification and manifestation of those things whose blood and hearts run red with the ferocity of the animal world. It is this which convicts and controls my works, my writing, my being; the force and guidance in which I gain wisdom from. It is what inspires me as a creator and weaver of words, the very thing I admire as an author.

My leanings, savage as they are, are of the feline sort as there exists no greater lineage of beasts whom can be drawn from. No others captivate and motivate my talent and skill as the greatest of cats do.

I needn't any further encouragement, although if I might be so honest, I would be delighted to pick off the stragglers. Do let me know when it comes to that. As it stands currently I have a sneaking suspicion that I will have observed that moment when it eventually comes. Until then, both factions seemingly have a new competitor too in default white; I am certain this news would be of interest to the relevant parties if they were not already aware. Do enjoy.
There is still room for a maximum of three more players to partake in the self-determining story. All actions and events, unless time passes, are decided by the players through their choices, which in turn shapes the entire world of the game. Effectively, the players drive the narrative, and thus whatever they wish to see begins to manifest more.

Chapter I
"With great trouble in the depths of your heart, you decide not to, for the time being at least, delve into the dark undergrowth. A jungle as this could contain any manner of threat from the tearing, gnashing fangs of carnivores to the sickening and insidious venom of any manner of dreadful insect, particular in this place under the guise of darkness. If it were any consolation to this understanding, as the fire at sea died down, more of the stars above revealed themselves and through your bearings, you are of reasonable confidence dawn was not terribly far removed. Some more hours of suffering, wandering of the beachhead, and first light would surely be upon you. However, this turn of fates so too made it more difficult to read once more and thus your opportunity to leaf through the mysterious book you clung to, clutched fast to your chest, would need so too wait."

"For now you returned to combing the beach, fingers prying at the vanilla-tinged leather, tacky mouth thirsting for water. A lesser man might have surrendered to the urge to sip from the sea but the tales of lost sailors ages past forewarned this outcome only spelt doom. So you busied your thoughts with praying that more goods might find themselves ashore. Which in turn was answered with a compass-like pull..."
It matters not at this point in exercise, thanks in part to many years of conditioning and physical refinement, but there is one truth that does not escape me; I still detest running. It is not as though I resent it as much as I had in the past for being difficult, rather that it has become an issue for being time consuming in proportion to the frustration it evokes. The only answer to covering more ground in a shorter span of time is to move faster but this comes at the cost of endurance and vice versa.
No need to worry at least from my lot, the question has been answered. Time can be granted in such a case as needed, the Dungeon Master is only minorly, utterly responsible for the game so I can make concessions at times. Humor aside, here is to hoping we do not receive a number of uninvited guests to the non-encounter.
“But for the cat I have entertained a particular respect and affection ever since the earliest days of my infancy. In its flawless grace and superior self-sufficiency I have seen a symbol of the perfect beauty and bland impersonality of the universe itself, objectively considered, and in its air of silent mystery there resides for me all the wonder and fascination of the unknown.”
H.P. Lovecraft
This says a great deal about my existence in that I hadn't any idea what a "warhead" was in the context above, requiring me to read into the matter. As expected with the implied content, apparently these are candies popular with children that are known for their exceptionally sour taste. This now makes all the more sense.
Who is it now we are awaiting to hear from? It has been a fair bit since combat has effectively ended.
If you think I'll sit around as the world goes by,
You're thinkin' like a fool cause it's a case of do or die,
Out there is a fortune waitin' to be had,
You think I'll let it go you're mad,
You've got another thing comin',
You got another thing comin'
You've Got Another Thing Comin'

There are times I read the rulebooks or review optimal strategies for games I will never have the opportunity to realistically play at a table.
