Everyone except me and Hoopa's avatar, I believe.
Wells was woken by the sound of the parade outside. He quickly decided to wait in his hotel room, hoping that it would make him seem more mysterious and turn him into more of a star. He told Fluke to wake him up in time for the tournament, before he jumped into his bed and closed his eyes. That was when he realized the importance of being well-rested; or the importance of excusing his laziness. Fluke decided to look at the parade, hoping to see cosplayers dressed like him. Then he took a look at the clock, as he watched a long minute go by. After another one, he decided to take a closer look at the parade. He would certainly be back here in time to wake Wells.

Although Fluke's attempt to leave the hotel room was quite loud, Wells was quite difficult to wake when he was asleep. Afterwards, Fluke snuck out of the hotel, and started walking among the dozens of cosplayers in the float. It didn't take long before Fluke understood that nobody would cosplay as him. He stealthily moved through the parade, deciding to slowly walk next to the float of Suicune.
Our friends @Dawnscroll and @Thebastardbrasta both seem to be slightly in the state of not living. :<

I just find it difficult to include my character. Because everybody else make the drama, Wells ends up hanging around while they chat vigorously.
Wells let his hand fall to his side, before looking at the destructive avatar again.

"You sensed my deceit? Because I hoped that I could stop your fight before it got too destructive. However, I was lucky enough to never need to fight you at all. I assume that the woman who punched you in your stomach has got what she wanted? I fear that your rivalry might flare up some day in the future."

Wells thought of what to do next. He noticed that several fellow avatars had left, giving him a few moments on his own.

"What would you like to do next?"

he asked the avatar mostly dressed in white. He thought that the lord of the sea would prefer blue.
I'd like to raise the point that I'm fairly god damn sure that Rayquaza would be able to differentiate Kyogre and Lugia with incredible ease; as he does serve as the peace keeper between Kyogre and Groudon; and can sense when they get out of hand - so yeah, I'm confused on this move as well.

Wells couldn't sense that Rebecca was Groudon...
Lugia might be ocean themed, but it isn't a water type. It's Psychic/Flying. Plus, his outfit is totally wrong for Kyogre. Colours flipped the wrong way, too much white not enough blue.

Does Wells know that?
Wells doesn't really know that much about Pokemon, and he was too distracted by the chaos to really hear what Lucas was saying. And they're both high-tier ocean-related water-type Pokemon, so it could be an easy misunderstanding.
Moments after Wells' failed attempt to get attention, another avatar broke down the door and smacked Porygon into the "extremely hot" girl's dinner. The mighty sauce spilled off her plate, and onto the mayor's tongue. His limitless force of will meant that he remained calm, even as his face turned redder by the second. A new avatar, judging by the way that he sat next to the other ones, moved the Porygon next to Justine. The "extremely hot" girl started moving out of the restaurant, throwing a mighty punch into the vandalist avatar's stomach. The new avatar wore blue and white clothes. And the "extremely hot" woman somehow seemed to be his rival... just like Groudon and Kyogre! Meaning that all three of them had already met...

The Kyogre that smashed the doors into the establishment seemed like he wanted a fight. That had to be the reason behind his dramatic entrance; he wanted to quickly inform Groudon that she would get smashed. Wells decided to indulge him - and give him a bit of a surprise gift. So, Wells feigned relaxation, as he prepared to shake his hand.

"Now, now... it seems like yet another rude entrance today! People have no manners... so, it behooves me to be the better man. Mistakes cannot be undone, but they can be forgiven. And I'm certain that this fellow won't make the same error again."

Welsl outstretched his hand, looking at it to hide the sparks in his eyes. Fluke stopped creating sparks in his hands, as he concentrated on preparing to unleash his inner energy. Wells hoped that "Kyogre" wanted to greet the final member of his legendary trio.
@Ardent DawnYay Skittles :D
By the way, did you fix the door? Because Wells appears to have gotten through them.

I thought Hope was stil outside, and that the doors were open...
Wells eventually decided to walk to the Ritzy Raichu after finishing his pizza. Bloated from a big meal, and ready to apologize, he was quite upset when he heard a confident stranger (Tantalus) talk aloud. It was obvious that he talked to someone thoughtless like Germaine, and far more importanly, giving him competition. After he mentioned that "civility still exists somewhere withing these walls", Wells felt goaded into taking the center stage again. When he saw Hope for the first time, he barely believed his eyes. Someone dressed like that had to be an avatar! Someone who wouldn't mind fighting him. He could see that Fluke made sparks fly between his digits, meaning that he sensed a foul mood. And was ready to fight with him.

Wels quickly hatched a plan, although he could do with planning for a few more scenarios. He cleared his throat, and imagined a script in his mind saying exactly what the patrons of the Ritzy Raichu might want to hear, as he walked near the new avatar.

"Excuse me, fellow avatars. (Wells was silent for about 5-6 seconds) Earlier today, I let my hot head nearly cause a fight, and I've acted in a more than insensitive way to several of you. Seeing someone else do it, made my own mistakes all the more obvious. Seeing that I'm not the only attention-hungry idiot around here is a bit of a relief. And, at least I didn't try to provoke avatars during their dinner! I apologize to those that I offended earlier today, and I hope that we'll be able to live our new lives without brash idiots in our future. Ultimately, there was a reason we were chosen to be avatars. It is my hope that my three mistakes today will be my last. And I apologize that they happened to begin with."

Wells waited to hear the response from all the avatars, as he walked away, appearing regretful.
