Crown saw a girl's face seem to look hurt or annoyed by his greeting. While some of the others greeted him back and gave him various handshakes, the girl walked away to get food. He never met her before and she definitely caught his attention. So he followed he to where she was going to sit, in as least creepy way as possible. "I don't think she cares for anything, but food right now." Crown joked as he sat down in a empty seat near Liam and Elaine. He addressed her first.

"Sorry about earlier, It looked like I pissed you off, somehow. Well here, hopefully this will make up for it.". Crown tore out one of the basic sunflowers that are used all around the school for decoration. He crushed the flower and wrapped his other hand around the stem. With just a couple of quick turns, it had changed. He opened both hands and presented a Blue Rose to Elaine. "Watch the thorns. They got me a few times while making it. " Crown warned her with a genuine smile to his gift. He used to do that all the time back home with the ladies. They always liked that one.

Crown placed the Rose in front of her and looked to Liam. "What's up man, it looks like you've seen a ghost.."

Eh, I guess ill need to get to editing. Sorry even having the description I cant really picture it properly in my head. Also I have no Idea what a "Social" is. To google!

The Academy: A School for Metahumans [Closed]

Crown woke up like any other day. Alone and tired, but he expected such. Only 4 hours tonight. It happens almost every night when he is at his computer. Trying to escape this place in any way possible. He didn't actually want to escape, well he did but wasn't going to actively pursue this idea. He was already in a world of trouble for his case, hopefully the worst they could do is keep him here for the rest of his life. Maybe even let him take off his gloves whenever he wanted. Those damn gloves! Crown looked down at them with anger. The school's way of keeping his power's contained. For the most part. He had about five minutes to get them back on whenever they left him. He wasn't sure how, but they would know if he took them off for too long and if someone else had them. He learned that the hard way when he tried giving them to a freshmen.

Crown kicked his rolling chair across the room just thinking about how caged he really was, but it didn't make him fell any better. With a sigh he grabbed his backpack and slung it across one of his shoulders, leaving his room for the first day of the new semester. Thank God he was able to check in alone and with a lot less scrutiny. He had on his usual getup, minus his leather jacket instead keeping just a plain white shirt. Too hot for all that and too bright to go without shades! Gym was where he seemed to be heading for the "Social". He had a total of seven minutes to get there. Needless to say, he booked it as fast as possible, moving anyone in his way. There had seem to be even more people then last semester. Maybe their accepting anything that could be considered "Special". Maybe someone who can juggle four balls instead of three.

Beating the bell by just two minutes, Crown stumbled into the Gym panting and already sweating a little. He caught his breath and picked up his head looking at the rest of the students there. "Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen!" Crown called out to all his peers. He sounded a little sarcastic, but anyone who knew him could never tell.

Shame for Cas. Are we sending her on a kamikaze run/killing her off? Oh and the rear docking gate is still open for 8-ball to fly through.

The magnetic field barrier allows for ships to leave and enter the Monroe without having to constantly open and close the gate and allow people to walk around the hangar without having to worry about having a space suit on. Sorry, should've mentioned that in ooc after my last post.

Edit: Now confused after rereading posts lol. Did 8-Ball remotely activate the ground team's ship?

He's with them, but he is using a remote link to control the ship. Why have the limitations of reaction in a human body when you can actually BE the ship.

Skills:
Eran is versed with most things that involves his mech and combat tactics of mechs. He's more of a jack of trades when dealt with most things that would come his way. A little skilled in all, but a expert at none.
Appearance:
Eran is a short tanned man. About 5'8" with short black hair and eyes to match. The only noticeable feature on him is the scar that travel's from his lip down to his trimmed beard. That and that unsettling yellow smiley face on his neck.
Personality:
A firm but fare man. Eran has high discipline and follows a code of "Honor" that sets him apart from most modern day fighters. That's not to say he is a killjoy and unpleasant to be around. Eran has a good sense of humor, mostly dark due to his time in service. He also is usually what he refers to as "disappointing optimist", letting others see how good they have it, even when they don't.
History:
At the age of 19 Eran Toast joined signed up to be one of the new units the UN designed. The unit was an experiment to use HFVs on the ground. He was a apart of the "Ground Shakers" 1st HFV division. After 4 years of service and some education, he was accepted into the OSDT to fly a space bound HFV. Lucky enough for him it was similar to his older model.

He took a liking to the new concept and has never had so much time in his life. He wishes that the OSDT and it's personnel weren't so...formal. Maybe it's just him due to the "Characters" that were in his last unit.

History:
GS-Mk2 is the child of the much older G-Mk1, a Mech only used as ground support. It's frame and cockpit have stayed the same, only adding features that would allow the Mech to survive spacial confrontations. It's design can easily tell its age by its boxy design of the first HFVs created. The Purpose was to keep a fast small sized Mech that can be used as a EWAR platform. Its weapons systems only useful on weaker Mechs or critical parts of Mechs.

Standing at 6 meters.

-Long Range Sensor
-Electronic Counter Measures(ECM)(Disengage lock on, disrupt radars, change targets, Sensor Dampener, Communication jammer)
-Target Painter(Allowing tracking turrets and Missiles to more easily hit its target.)

50mm Autocannon(x1) Magazine fed
550mm Missile Launcher(x1)
Weaknesses:
GS-mk2 has fast speed compared to the average mech, but is also comparably fragile. Not much armor has been added due to the Mech's role and the speed it uses as it's defense. It also has a chance of screwing up it's own systems if too many Targets have been selected for its ECMs.

I also was unsure about the powers for my char, hoping not to make it OP. So I just winged it with some moderation. I'd like to add more to it, but then it seems like too much. Although I feel as if your char isn't a psychic you've already been outclassed(haha get it).

Jon "Crown" Barron

"Don't lift with your ego"

Appearance: Crown is just above 5'9" weighing in at 170lbs. He is tanned with black hair and eyes to match. He usually seen wearing his black leather jacket, jeans, and the same old brown boots. To reinforce his "cool guy" look, he always wears his shades and headphones whenever permitted or whenever he can easily get away with it.

Personality: Crown doesn't like large crowds and likes a small amount of friends. He is a bit of a loner, due to him thinking most of the people in the school are a threat. While he doesn't consider himself one, leaving others to notice his arrogance. While having a good sense of humor, he is also very prideful in anything his doing. Taking embarrassment of himself or others who don't deserve it to heart, easily standing up for others no matter the cost to him. His most apparent trait is him having a strong rebellious side and a strong will for his own personal freedom.

History:
Jon Crown was born in the small town of Hampton in Utah. His power's were first realized by his parents when he was just three, where he used it to grow his mother a rose out in the middle of the beach. While his parent's were amazed, they knew the fear and hate people would have for their gifted son. They banned him from using his powers and he followed there rules in the open, but always secretly using them and honing his skills. As a child he did amazing feats that saved people's life and lively hood. His most proud feat was creating a whole new forest so that local lumberjacks can continue their jobs in Hampton. While his abilities proved to be magnificent, it came at a great cost. Leaving Thirteen year old Crown in a three month coma.

After this event, Crown began to further his training of his abilities finding out the true strength that was given to him. While his parent's tried to continue to keep him from using them and even punished him whenever they caught him, Crown never gave up his use. Eventually this lead to him causing trouble with them and eventually using his powers to defend himself. While it was an act of self defense, Crown left the robber a bloody and mutilated mess. It didn't take long for investigators to learn of his powers and sentencing him to ECAY.

Metahuman Classification: Potentially Dangerous Elemetlist.

• Herbal Clay: If presented the proper amount of plant life, Crown can create a light brown clay that can mold into anything he can imagine. He can also use it medically to bond open wounds to completely create functioning simple organs and limbs, but not life itself. Nothing past a piece of his finger or a makeshift bandage has ever been completed by him. The side effects to himself are predicted to possibly be fatal.
• Forest Craft: Trees grow on any surface, easily creating anything from a beautiful Rose bush to a dense forest anywhere he chooses(plants will begin to decay quickly if not placed on a suitable surface). Requires Crown's blood to make contact with a Plant catalyst. More blood creates denser and larger plant life. This power allows him to also manipulate plants.
• *Restricted Ability* Thousand Branches: Large sharp wooden spikes erect from his body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a sword or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches growth can be triggered remotely. The branch growth can skewer anything from the inside out. The wooden structure have no effect on Crown's body when the power is at play. This can also form a structure around any body part giving him reach and strength. Each use of this power drains a certain amount of blood drawn from Crown.
• *Restricted Ability* Root Control: Bringing out controllable underground roots of varying sizes to fit various situations. He can also use a large scale version, bringing out massive roots over a larger area that tangle around each other. This seems to be the only ability that does not cause Crown to have Anemic fatigue.
