So, just to clarify what potentially may be a skewed opinion on my part: can humans / whatever other species that may have evolved (though in my case, humans) actually live on the surface of the aforementioned ice planet? Or is it restricted to more conventionally habitable areas within the planet? Like under liquid oceans and in huge, underground caves and the like?

@Dead Cruiser I hope so too, naturally! You don't find a lot of RPs nowadays that tend to stick it to the end, but that is precisely what I intend for this. We started off with good pace, and that pace is going to continue.
