"i was trying to kick some other person that had refused to pay me and wound up here" stephen comments evenly as he scratches his head, the man looking a fair bit lanky and weak, though the force of the kick rex had recieved suggested otherwise to the latter. After a bit of looking around from between the two he hops up and back a bit, landing on a bit of rubble some distance from the fight, though still within watching distance as he seems remarkably immune to the effects of the chaos storm.

even as rex charges his attack with a small song playing in the back of his head denoting as much, he finds a rather forceful drop kick being leveled at the side of his head, roy actually able to see a fairly tanned man appearing suddenly at head height to the rather large undead with an equally large axe, the tail of his coat fluttering in the wind a bit as the undead is launched a fair ways. Roy's able to recognize the man's power as a negative psycher or antimage fairly quickly, though the man doesn't seem to know it himself as he looks around with a confused look, saying evenly "wait a minute... you're not rick... what's going on?"

That was the original plan. and he mimics it, he doesn't fully steal it until he actually practices with it

i can understand the nano-machines thing needing me to be an android, but i don't really understand why he can't have the steal thing. it's him just sort of copycatting a move rather than actually archiving that shit...

1.this is 200 years after the origonal characters are dead....
2. most of your moves are border line android, so I can't allow the second two moves unless slightly altered
3. This is optional, but I would really enjoy it if you added a last name or stayed with the dragon ball style of naming people after grains and nut style dishes.
4. the transformation isn't really a transformation, but it's funny so you've won me over on that.
5. We already have a character who has an A.I. in their character, so I'd rather not, but again, optional
6. How did they do that anyway?

1. i know, i thought you meant the distant relatives. his father's the Previous acting president of cube corps' robotics division (oked with tiny) and the mother's unknown
2. the second to last move is semi-android... cyborg... thing... so he's sort of a cyborg if you wanted to count the nanomachines as that, but i could also have his regen be ki based if you wish just to remove the nanomachines. The last one is actually a natural talent with ki allowing him to see how moves are done and replicate them to an extent, but it's always imperfect until practiced to the point he can do it naturally

5. The ai's the copied conciousness of android 18, not an actual ai... she's actually in there... though, for all intents and purposes, her original body is dead, this is a copy which can be debated as being the same thing.

Personality: Slacker, is innately strong enough that he tends to think through things rather than brute forcing them, but if he comes up against a wall or his friends are in trouble he gets motivated pretty quick. Surprisingly straight forward, difficult to anger, and rarely fights seriously

Abilities/technique:

Ki cutter: a giant axe or scythe generated from ki for a singular attack at a time which can have devestating effects and massive collateral damage, but can be deflected by producing a strong enough aura

Snatch: Upon making physical contact with an opponent, Kamina can syphon ki from them at a fairly slow rate, but that part doesn't actually have to be connected to him to do so, making leaving teeth in people an effective strategy

Nanomachines, son: has higher regeneration factors due to nanomachines, they don't actually work as armor despite the name of the ability though...

Steal: if he sees someone using a technique, he can replicate it imperfectly unless practiced

Transformations:

63 flavors of done: should someone have the misfortune of enraging Kamina to the point that he begins to fight seriously, he will begin to produce a massive and shaped aura, putting a multiplicative factor on his ki abilities and vastly increasing speed, though strength remains about the same. Is involuntary and can only be performed when incredibly pissed

Master: Android 18's conciousness downloaded onto a supercomputer and then copied onto a holo drone (think a ghost from destiny except even more bitchy)
Other: Very easy to spot in a crowd...
