Still open, I assume? If so, got a nurse incoming.
Going down with Yasu's all good! I'm sure OwO will tell us later what would've happened if we stayed in the stinky room with the finger of death. Cause I do need my curiosity sated.

Relieved that they got their next move sorted out, Fellwing let out a breath of relief. The worst outcome would have been to sit around arguing until they were too late to save anyone anyhow. She even dared flash a small, easy-to-miss smile as Skobeloff's searched for an exit. "It's... a little complicated, but I do hope you aren't afraid of water." She tried to keep amusement out of her cordial tone, even as she turned to give Echo a knowing look.

The others were quick to follow her inside, and quicker yet to venture further in. Well, Niid was, at least, offering not a word in passing before disappearing behind the heavy set of doors. Yasu was much better company, as she had been throughout the ride to their destination. Emma enjoyed her company, the way she seemed to know a lot - even about subjects that she really, really shouldn't. Especially about subjects she really, really shouldn't.

Now, Emma giggled at her suggestion. "We could, I suppose!" she reached out a hand to the nothingness besides her, a myriad of glowing eyes manifesting into being beneath her palm. She petted the vaguely canine-shaped shadow as if it were a pup. "But where would the fun in that be? Come! To the right, you said?"

Emma reached a hand to grab Yasu's own, and whether she managed it or not, up the stairs they went.

-

Corpses were not on the list of things Emma expected to find upstairs, though in hindsight they probably should've been. Certainly not the first time in their order of business. She bowed slightly as if to offer her condolences to the recently departed, then waltzed further in, carefully hopping over the sprawled mess. "Thank goodness they don't smell! Oh, but something here does. Quite awful."

Emma covered her mouth and nose with a handkerchief and walked further in. When she couldn't spot anything that might've done the men in at first glance, her attention was stolen by the reels, and whatever content they might hold. Well! They were exploring, yes? So perhaps she'd be permitted a little detour. So, with a hum, she picked up a reel at random and approached the projector with intent - only to find her gaze following its light down the room below. The sight below mesmerized her, and for a moment all she could do was watch the performers; the ringleader with awe, the clowns with amusement. Oh, she loved theatre! Or circus, as it were.

"Yasu!" she gasped, gesturing with her hand. "Come look. How lovely."

She might have, for just a moment, forgotten about their actual job (again).
Gotcha, gonna have her look down and observe for now then, she can use her summons from up there too if need be, aye.

Gf's birthday today so spent the day with her, but will get that post up in the morning.

Edit: Nvm was missing so little that could sneak the rest in, so have a quick post.
Nadijah

"Ugh..."

Nadijah supposed she was in luck the damn roof was so low; if she'd tumbled down from one of the towers back home, she'd hurt far more than her ass and her pride. As things were, the latter seemed to be the most bruised of all. At least no one was around to witn--

The sound of footsteps alerted her to someone's presence, and immediately the warrior shifted in her horribly uncomfortable lying position to reach for a blade. Shit. Someone'd heard her. Of course someone'd heard her, she must've woken up half the damn neighbourhood - and the cucco she startled the other half.

Nadijah could see someone at the edge of her falling - and now effectively hiding - place, though she wasn't sure how much they could see of her. The darkness was her oldest ally.

As the stranger spoke, she realized he was a voe. Ugh. Figures.

"If you know what's best for you, you won't," Nadijah hissed in answer, trying to shift so that she could get herself out of the damn barrel. Her legs were up in the air, parallel with her head, and all moving did was shake the entire container. Her back was stuck. "Do I look like I need help, voe?!" Another round of wiggling, leading to more barrel shaking. If the stranger were to look into the barrel properly however, they would see the tall, redheaded woman was quite literally armed to the teeth, holding onto a scimitar even as she tried to make her escape from the confines of the barrel.

"Don't you-- dare answer that."
So almost done with my post, just a quick question re: how to end it.

Emma would've definitely followed Yasu up the stairs (or rather, tried to drag her along, even), so I can react to the stuff in the projector room if I decide to yeet her there, but should I end the post upstairs or is the hope that we'll all end up in the theater asap? Also, would we see down to the theater from the projector room/the hallway/the balcony? Might have her peek down there while Yasu's doing projector room stuff.

Fellwing should have known Kyte wasn't that easily dissuaded - and neither was Skobeloff, for that matter. "If you insist," she looked to Kyte and Stargaze both, worry crisscrossing with sympathy. "You do owe it to her, I suppose." What better way to make up for the fact that he stood by and let Stargaze be hurt, than to not repeat the same mistake? Still, Fellwing couldn't help but be skeptical of the drake's usefulness.

She could not agree to Skobeloff's suggestion as easily, though. "I... I just... if it turns out we're too late because we took a detour..." then she'd failed her job as a Seer. She'd seen, but not acted; the gravest mistake she could make. "The place I saw, it's on the way. What if we take a look, and decide on a course of action based on what we find? If they do seem to be hanging on well enough for us to get reinforcements, by all means, we should. But if they require immediate assistance, we stay, and we..."

They what? She still wasn't sure how to actually defeat the thing.

"We help," she decided, nodding. "Would that be alright, Skobe?"
Sorry for the wait, posting tomorrow now that I'm back on my feet.
