someone might want to initiate an RP simulating the urban life of white-collar workers as a tutorial of getting an employment

Bio

Hi I'm Vey, love to write and do casual to advanced RP.
Mature enough for adult topics and also a bilingual of Indonesian and English.

I live around UTC+7 with no DST zone, that would be around 10-14 hours difference with y'all folks around the US.
I'll be spending my time for creative writing and immediate responses around 8-11 PM local time, except for weekends in which I would likely press the refresh button expecting replies in real time, lol.

this sounds interesting, I'd like to try
is the light female reserved already?

Deal, my characters can't do magic
@Vampiretwilight

Sure, my Sigismund has a fatal weakness for a character in romance-themed RP: he's lacking skill in romance. It's implied in his bio and I might reveal it in his IC.
the thing is that magic systems would usually have its base on lore and worldbuilding

I want to keep this supposed to be "Free RP" as simple as it might seem; there's already a complex system called "human psychology" underlying any dialogues and character actions, also "classical physics" to make any interactions with the environment reasonable enough

your characters bleed if they're stabbed, they fall down when they're pushed on a cliff, they might want to get angry if they're insulted and happy when they're praised

let's say that any characters charms mine with their magic, shouldn't my character have a chance to avoid it? How? Dice throwing? Familiarity with the lore?
since most players here are eager to have magic system, I want my character and his Gallatrian retinues to have special ability called Agnosticism, their lack of belief toward mythologies affected their mind so much that any magic would have no effect on them
Character sheet

Appearance:

Name: Sigismund Alrich Merving

Age: 20

Bio:
The people of Gallatria was not only well-known for their fine winemaking and artistry. The high number of its population combined with their proud military tradition had been putting them into constant warfare with their neighbors. Though the ancestors of their leaders had never aspired for unification of their realms or even expansion, the lords of the Merving clan had a different idea. Beginning from a humble principality, the realm of Merving had been growing for several generations that its rule now encompassed the whole lands of Gallatrian-speaking people. Sigismund's great-great-grandfather was merely a Marquis of Mervmarch, but now the young prince had been appointed as a potential inheritor of a far greater title, the High-King of Gallatria.

The tales of his brave ancestors had inspired Sigismund to do better. Having so little interest in trivialities of life, the prince surrounded himself with veteran generals, martial artists, senior treasurers, and retired diplomats. Eager to learn from them, he committed himself to become their apprentice. The current High King had been concerned with the ambition and sternness of his son. He was surprised that the elderly Steward of Mervmarch had been delegating his duties to the prince for years in which somehow he had been able to conduct it very well. Sigismund was eager to prove to his father that he was ready to become the lord of the land and requested a demesne for himself to rule.

Instead of granting his son a demesne, the King decided to ease his son from military and political matters. The King insisted that his son would take another couple of years to study and appreciate the subject of arts of the prince's liking. The King also demanded his son to take a woman as his consort. Only then, the King would grant his son a personal domain to rule. Obviously, Sigismund was quick to notice of the news from the neighboring Kingdom of Apura, brought to himself by his own Spymaster.

Sigismund realized that the other kingdoms would take advantage of this situation. In his vision, the realm of Apura looked like a banquet being prepared for a feast. Gallatria had to take a portion, as significant as it is necessary. Yet, care must be taken for it to only pay the least cost if any violent scramble should ever happen.

Role: A Prince

Other: Expect similarity with any characters from Frank Herbert's Dune

I'm going to apply as one of the prince, is it still available?
bump
The sorceress found the nature of her quest being anomalous, she had just found a gate of multiverse in which various tales and endings would befall her fate. Many were unfinished, though she was trying to look for a complete one.

Such a weird bump, it was.
