Call of Duty is overrated.

when did this become an unpopular opinion
The difference is what their end goal is. Most anarchists or left libertarians are socialist or Marxists who doubt the ability of a authoritarian vanguard government to represent the proletariat. An-caps subscribe to the extreme form of economic liberalism in which capitalism is presented as divine. The two won't get along. Can't blame the left libertarians that an caps don't understand their own ideology.
I have no idea where @Vilageidiotx gets his signature gifs from and it infuriates me because I must be missing out on a shitton of weird awesomeness.

I guessing you "dont agree with everything with stefan molyneux says, but find him an intelligent and charming man".

I doubt a left libertarian is going to have much good to say about an an-cap. Actually, I am pretty sure nobody but An-caps have anything good to say about An-caps. Even a lot of right-wing libertarians look at the an-caps as something of a crazy uncle who says embarrassing shit in public.

Also I got 9.85 on left. Suck it, @ACPM. I'm the most left of all the leftists here so far.

woop, weirdtales is here, now this thread back the fuck on track.

If you're still doing this -9.5, -5.08

I'm currently reading around democratic confederalism, currently an Anarcho-Syndicalist with Marxist tendencies

I always find it to be a shakey argument when people appeal to the whole 'human nature' angle, given that that is not at all ironclad, or even well defined, by actual experts in the field. It's very much up in the air at the moment.

It didn't seem to be human nature for the 200,000 or so years before we started farming.

Could've been. I can imagine a circumstance where Glug kills Ug, causing the Ug family to convince the rest of the tribe they need to murder the entire Glug family.
I don't think the problem people have is as simple as the shootings are happening, or why they are happening. I mean, obviously those are problems, but specific to America I think the problem that caused this issue to escalate to cop sniping is the assumption that our justice system cannot handle it when a cop does something wrong. I don't think people would react as extremely as they do if they knew, or even could assume, that a cop who shoots a guy who it turns out he had no reasonable reason to shoot will end up being punished with more then some vacation time. It's why those arguments you see on the internet every time this happens, that "Why does BLM not focus on black on black shootings?" is impertinent for the reason that our legal system handles those cases, but it fails to handle the cop shootings.

As for the media focusing on black causes, yeh, that isn't ideal. But the news just as much as anything else on television is required to tell a good story to get viewers, and repeating the cops vs minorities story is sure to grab attention. Besides, if they expanded to talk about every time a cop did something wrong, they wouldn't have much time for any other news. Didn't they cover the time the cop tazed that little old lady though? I thought I saw that on the news.

I think it would be wiser to adjust the buffs in a way that makes the PoW division of power stay put. I'm afraid if everybody started at a relatively even point the entire paradigm would shift out of what PoW has and become something similar to the real world. You could give the northern European countries a nerfs in the form of "Scars of the Great War" or something like that. Likewise, give America "Isolationism." and Russian half-states "The Chaos." And likewise, you'd need to buff the Spanish and Chinese economies to make sure they can pull off. At the same time you'd probably want to be able to develop those countries too, so I guess a mix of both with a mind to make sure the AI produces something sorta like what we've produced?

Probably not even in the RP's life-time.

This is true but HoI4 allows you to pretty much decide to have a revolution or coup in your country that replaces the government to the type you like, so might as well allow that function for the mod. I don't think the AI takes those options on purpose (I only fucked up the beginning of two games though so I dunno), so assuming the AI won't take those fastforward options a tiny KMT option might not be a bad idea. It'd be interesting at least.

I was talking about a trend in modern politics, not giving you an abridged version of Braudel. And of course it's human nature, anything humans do is human nature, it's not unfair to expect the scripted responses of our leaders to aspire to better. Whether it's practical in a democracy with the media we have is another question I guess. But we can still be mad at parts of the whole fucked equation.

And I gave a scripted response to the scripted response.

Bam. No free will in forum conversations or something.
