So I just finished playing ReCore for the Xbox One. It was pretty good though not without it's problems. Now I've got a craving for a roleplay not really based on the game but heavily inspired. Then again you probably figured that out by looking at the title. Anyway here's the plat idea I have.
The year is 2087 and Earth is hit with a deadly virus that's killing people by the thousands. Each time they feel they're on the verge of a vaccine the virus mutates and becomes more immune. To ensure the survival of the human race mankind decides to find other planets to live on. Lead by Dr. Roman Gerald and his designed Soulbots he has managed to find two planets in which he named Elysium and Terra. The job was suppose to be simple. A team of humans along with their Soulbots would be sent down to the planets to start building a new home for the humans. However these planets were not yet ready for humans to live on let alone work on. That's where the Soulbots came in. They would on these planets and make them habitable for humans while the humans were in cryosleep. Things were going at first for both planets.
However a turn for the worse happened on Elysium. The Soulbots for some reason began to go rouge and eventually destroyed the ships that were sent to Elysium. They assumed all the humans on the Elysium project were killed of including Dr. Gerald's daughter who was the head lead of the Elysium project. With their ships gone they decided to abandon Elysium and focus on Terra. They assume that the Soulbots had no way of getting off the planet so there was no need to bother with it. What they didn't know what that most of the humans survived and were now stuck on Elysium which before going rouge the Soulbots did make it habitable for human life. However the Soulbots to over the surface of Elysium so the human had no choice to to make homes in underground caves. By 2107 Earth had been abandoned and humans were now living on the planet Terra completely forgetting about both Earth and Elysium.
Over three hundred years had passed since the abandonment of Elysium and the rouge Soulbots lead by Felix have turned Elysium into a mechanical desert wasteland and plan on trying to get off the planet in order to take over Terra as well as wipe out the human race. Humans still populate the land but not that many. One of the humans behind the project managed to survive in cryosleep this entire time. That of course being Dr. Gerald's daughter. She's now the only one who knows how to shut down the Soulbot system on the planet. Only problem is that she's still in cryosleep, her ship undiscovered.....that is until two explorers uncover it.
This is what I have so far. We can brainstorm some other ideas for the plot if anyone is interested. Basically I'm looking for someone to play the girl. Also you don't have to have played the game in order to do this roleplay. So if anyone is interested PM me or reply here.
