Ah I see. I scanned too much and didn't grasp the story. I'll rethink it now that I understand.
I'm interested. I'm thinking of a ghost ninja that possesses those of his family sharing his ninja arts through his family line. Normally he remains dormant just giving slight knowledge of fundamental skills.

That is until the latest one that inherited the spirit which allows his soul to resonate and allows the young man to use the deeper and advanced ninja techniques that border on magic of legends.

How does that sound?

When entering the building and taking notice of all the fellow students filing in, Vincent quickly created a portal to his side and stepped through and appeared next to the very first seat. He quickly sat down and created a smaller portal as he reached his arm through and blindly felt around. The air was cold but it wasn't surprising since his hands were inside his refrigerator as he grabbed a small bottle of water and pulled it through the rift and started drinking it as the portal closed.

Vincent peeked around looking at his fellow students seeing many of them in the middle of conversations about uninteresting things. Some wore smiles on their faces and carried their feelings on their sleeves, while others seemed somewhat reserved. Vincent continued to watch his students and any random faculty members that he got his eyes on. He had already showed his quirk so the was no secret to what he could do. He saw it as a way of giving himself a handicap in case there were any future falling outs with any of them. Vincent was rather shameless and didn't care what he had to do to win, but he decided that he would never be an easy target again and decided to learn what he could about his fellow students and be extremely careful where he would place his trust.

Vincent was up at 5 am. He spent yesterday getting a map of the school and the city it was in. It was supposed to help him speed up the process of getting to the academy early enough so he could get the lay of the land. Sadly he really shouldn't have gone to bed at 2am. He was beyond exhausted and his hunger was telling him he had to make a big enough meal or else his stomach would be rumbling the entire day. He created his "entrance" next to the bed as he rolled through the portal and rolled out on the floor. Luckily he kept the place clean, but sadly he kept it clean simply so he could do this sort of thing.

It was 5:50 a.m. when Vincent left his house through a portal as he was chewing on the last strip of bacon.

"Now let's figure this out",he exhaled deeply as he looked down from a small mountain that gave him a great visual of the city. The cold air rushed over him making him shiver and forcing his mind to wake up. It also caused him to gobble down the bacon before it got too cold. He savored the warmth as he scanned the map and surveyed the city below him. ""I really should have gone to the school before hand so that I could just rift there. But i couldn't be bothered." Vincent sighed once more as he disliked this part of himself, but also knew it would take some miracle to break this cycle.

6:05 am -
Though in reality it wasn't a very long time to cross the distance that Vincent had it felt like eternity due to him having to find decent high ground so he could port further away. It didn't help that he had to port back to his house and grab the binoculars. It almost took 10 seconds.

6:07 am -
Vincent had finally reached the Academy grounds, but unlike the other student he had actually rifted from behind. He decided to walk around so that his memory can take in the locations better. If he ported too much he wouldn't remember the location enough to allow him to accurately and precisely create the destination points.

The grounds were huge and he hadn't even a fifth of it. It was getting close to ceremony time so he rifted to the roof and in seeing his fellow students making their way he pulled out his binoculars and found a decent location in front of the main gate as he created and linked his portals. Vincent stepped through and followed behind his fellow students as he headed in the direction as everyone else as if he was some kind of sheep.

7:30 am....
I Don't want to step on anyone's toes. But in the manga wasn't there more than one class? There were two separate hero classes plus a sidekick class right? Can't remember if it was sidekick or support, in just remember the tinkering girl

I only say this because I hate turning people down personally

I edited it. Got rid of the pocket dimension entirely. It was just an add on to the tunneling ability.

Question. Would it be too much to have 4 portals? I was mostly thinking of multiple enemies but if that is too much then I'll simply adapt to it. Not like I can't fight many with just 2.

I hope he isn't too overpowered.
I was wondering about the ability to Enslave others. I was thinking of Branding through touch. And through touch I am able to exert my will over the object, animal or person. I can turn anyone into a spy, assassin, or soldier. When it comes to objects it allows me to control them as if through telekinesis. I figure against someone named God King the powers have to be quite strong.

If enslaving isn't possible then perhaps Creating and Manipulating poison?

I hope this guy is alright
