Bio

Hello fellow Guild Members! My name is WhenBooksFly101.....but you can call me Books for short. :) I'm a 16 year old girl with average looks; green eyes, long brown hair, glasses.....I'm kind of blind without them.

I'm a lover of dragons, horses, Fantasy novels, dinosaurs, video games, and archery. When I'm not writing books or roleplaying, I'm out practicing with my recurve or working with my dear equines.

Some of the Roleplays I am involved in.....most are elsewhere but some nowhere as good as these on here.

Guild:

To Live as Dragons (A Feral Dragon Roleplay) {made by me! So go check it out!}

Werewolf Roleplay - OPEN

Animal Instincts (Recruiting!)

The Wolves of Red Lake: Season One (Main Cast full Secondary Cast is still accepting)

Elsewhere in the internet:

Dragon Rider rp
Wild horse rp
Warrior cats rp
Gifted School rp (Super power X-men university type stuffs.)
Divergent rp

All I think are awesome, :3 the two Dragon rp's being my favorite.

Also! If you guys ever want to invite me into an rp posse, here's the kind of rp I'd LOVE to join!

Halo rp either Spartan or Covenant sided
Jurassic Park/World rp
Dragon rp either feral or with riders
Horse rp
And yes......zombies.... :3 I'm up for fighting some walkers.

So I hope I come across as at least an Interesting person! These Roleplays
Are my escape from life......and I try to be as professional as I can be. (I'll try my best on my little iPad screen!)

Lol anyways. Have fun out there on the virtual rp pool that is the guild. Go ahead and pluck one from its waters; you might stumble across something really interesting. :)

Vashti had begun to run; her back leg popping with every stride as she rounded the corner of the building. Glancing over her shoulder she kept watch to see if the man in the glass followed her, only barely hearing the thud of feet against earth. Turning, she came face to face with the barrel of a gun.

Brown eyes going wide she slid to a stop on her hindquarters; hair bristling over her shoulders and gaze rising to see a tall man glaring down at her. At his command to stop she lifted her lips in a low growl, but when he demanded she lay down.....to submit to him....she realized just who she was dealing with. An Ulfric.

Growl suddenly dying in her chest Vashti took a step back and was surprised to feel her tail pressed tight against her underbelly. Her ears followed example and lay flat against her skull, before she made a small whining sound.

It was agony, putting herself to the ground in front of the man and submitting to him. But he demanded it of her as an Ulfric should.....and she had to obey if she valued her life.

Laying there, staring at snow she made a small noise, "Vashti......is my name...."

She made no mention of her pack, nor why she had been there. Her pack meant nothing now.....and part of her didn't even know why she came to investigate this place.

Going silent, aside from the occasional whine, Vashti dared to look up at the man.
Alex blinked and looked up to see a third hybrid walking towards them; long furry arms showing he was undoubtedly a sloth.
Letting out a sigh she shrugged, "Thank you....although I'm not quite sure I feel as welcome in this place as I should be."

Flicking her tail she shrugged, "That feeling comes when someone ties you up and ships you in the back of a truck."

Eventually, a weak smile came to her lips and she crossed her arms, "I'm Alex.....
Oh, you found the cesspool of nonsense. It's amazing how such a thing could be created within just a few hours. Nature is brilliant. :3
Alex smiled and nodded, "Luckily I know the basics.....1-10.....and some letters.....but mother never got very far with me."

She shrugged, "Somehow I don't see an education helping me any.....so it doesn't matter."

Flicking her tail she turned her gaze to the manor ahead. It seemed huge; with countless rooms and halls to explore. She remembered what kinds of furniture were in a home and wondered curiously just what a person did with such things.....some called them a minor luxury; to own a bed to sleep upon and have running water close at hand.

Sighing she crossed her arms. Would be nice to know what the humans planned with them and what kind of tests they were whipping up......made her want to find a guard and shake him up a bit....get some answers.
But.....Alex knew aggravating the security and the facility's owners like that would only bring her and the other hybrids harm. Violence wasn't the key right now.
It was at the sound of a sharp tap, that Vashti's attention was drawn to the glass doors behind her. Turning her snarl intensitfied and she whirled to face the glass, but who she saw inside made her blink.
Head raising she made a small sound of surprise and she tilted her head to one side; all expression of hostility gone in the one moment her curiosity won over. Was that a cookie in the man's mouth?

At the thought of food her stomach protested from the long days of traveling, unable to hunt because of the stiffness in her leg. Man...any food sounded good right about now....human meals or prey.

Although, staring at the figure in the glass Vashti also saw the aggression in his eyes. Even dim behind the door she heard his threatening snarl.
Going rigid she shook the surprised look on her face and growled. She had wolves on both sides now.

Canines bared and nose wrinkled Vashti began to sidestep; heading for the side of the building. Past that wall was open space and eventually the forests. She could at least gain a better hold out there and face her foes head on.

Truth be told she didn't want to leave.....it had been months since she could get this close to a pack. Maybe she could reason with them...rather than fight and spill more blood upon the ground then their needed to be.

Snorting Vashti kept her brown eyes fixed on the man in the glass, before turning and darting along the building's wall. Her gait was broken with the occasional limp but she ran swiftly.

@TheBrightestEyes (That's alright.)

Alex smiles, chuckling lightly at the two with her.
Glancing up at the trailer not far away she sighed, then turned back to the boys, "Mind showing me the way inside? I haven't been in a building for quite some time...."

She could wait to see 'Jerric' later......right now....she admitted she was starting to get a little hungry.
Vashti was gazing with interested eyes at the dim room inside, the shadows of furniture and the light of a fireplace in the corner. It was a very nice place......

Suddenly, she heard the short yet unmistakable sound of a huffing wolf; the deep threatening rumble of threat. Crap.....she hadn't heard them coming.

Body going stiff the hair along Vashti's shoulders bristled and the skin of her muzzle curled upwards. She turned, ever so slowly, towards the sound of the hostile bark and saw a wolf in the distance. Her lips lifted and her canines bared in a low snarl, before she turned to fully face it.

Shoulders rolling foreword and ears pinning against her skull Vashti hesitated. She didn't want to hurt anyone.....she was intruding upon their land after all......but she was prepared to defend herself.

Throat still rumbling with a defensive growl Vashti stared at the opposing wolf. She weighed the options and pondered her strategy.....but noticed a change in her new acquaintance's stance.
It was as if this wolf wasn't as confident as it tried leading her to believe. Vashti could smell the underlying worry.

At this she raised her head, lips lowering slightly but her growl remaining strong.
Some time passed, and Vashti stood frozen on the tree line.
Brown eyes flashing over every section of the house she made a small whine and shifted. She wanted to get closer......to investigate.

Glancing around one last time she made a small snort. It wasn't a very safe plan.....but since when did she live by the rules of safety?

Hearing the most distant of voices, located on the other side of the house, Vashti's ears pricked foreword and she stood up. lured by the sound her muzzle began to quiver, then she moved. There was no stopping her now.

Without giving a second thought Vashti's foreleg reached out into the clan snow, followed by the other. It wasn't long before she stood completely free of the trees, then gradually, she picked up the pace and slinked over the clearing separating the house from the forest. Her eyes fixed on the building's closest wall; filled with curiosity and an underlying tinge of excitement. Her heart pumped in her chest and her body went rigid.

Stealthily the she-wolf reached the far wall of the 'manor', pressing against the wood and glancing around to check for any danger. Once confident of her safety, Vashti edged foreword along the wall towards a sliding glass door. She hesitated at it's corner, before inching foreword and peeking in through the glass.
Rala chuckled, eyelids low, "I see."
She had gotten over her fear of the storms long ago.....but only because she had been trapped in one. After sitting in an open plain for nearly three hours against the wind and rain, she had overcome her childhood fear. That was only a few months after she had left her mother's den.

Looking up she glanced over at the golden male. He had not told them their name....but she waited patiently. He seemed like the older wiser type who preferred to keep to himself.
