I think that using the OP of the IC would be a good place to put a mission board.

Elise stood quaintly outside of the guild hall, in front of the pillar that supported the main gate. She looked up and saw a cloaked woman enter and face the guild hall. She sighed deeply and turned the corner, looking straight at the large building. She briskly entered and sat down at the bar, asking for a small cup of ale. Elise brushed her untidy hair out of her face while she examined her surroundings. As usual, the guild hall was rowdy. A smile creeped up on her face, because it was just what she had loved about the place.

Elise looked over and saw Bert shuffling cards... Was it Bert? She wasn't sure, she hadn't had too much of a strong relationship with any of the people in the guild, but she'd seen him speaking with others sometimes. Elise decided to move a bit closer to him, she spoke clearly. "Nothing good on the mission board?"

Bio:
Elise had been born in Magnolia, growing up she wanted to be in Fairy Tail. It was one of her biggest and most wild dreams, and even though they accepted a wide variety of people, she was always told that they would never accept her, but she never let that get her down. Elise always had an ego, she thought that there was no way she'd not be allowed in. She would walk in and be accepted in on the spot.
When Elise turned 17, she decided that was the time she'd finally walk in and ask to join. At this point, she'd been using requip magic for years now. She had only had her pistols and sniper rifle though, the shotgun she gained when she was 20. As she had thought, they accepted her near on the spot, which mostly built her ego.

Neva laughed at the "bugging her" comment. Neva knew surely if this chick wanted her gone she would have made her go.
"My name is Neva." she paused and then said. "I enjoy things that are cold, and not just like drinks. My being is based on being cold, I harness cryokinesis for power." she blew on her palm, and the glass next to her frosted over.

The cold aura Neva provided seeped around the coffee shop, "I kind of like it." she said, a smirk growing on her face.
Neva spoke once more, "So, what interests you? All I know about you so far is that you have an excessive use of your anger and that your name is Ev." she laughed to herself for a second and added "Not that the prior is a bad thing."

isn't chaotic neutral just completely unreliable and chaotic? Like you never know what they'll do because they just do whatever they want?

Neva is pretty villainous tbh although she wouldn't actively seek people out and kill them.
