Hearing the teacher's words, heads into the locker room first, dropping off what books he had for later. Coming out, he looked around the gym at the cone configuration, and started out running in a basic speed, not flash here, but no snails' pace either. Making the simple loop around the gym twice, Scott pulled up, sweating like crazy but done, he looked up at the clock ,then back to the teacher.
"18 minutes, 42 seconds, and five pounds lighter."
Scott then goes over to the weight sets in one corner, looking at the assorted sizes. Finding one set of 50, a couple 20's and a 10, he sets up for a 200 lbs lift...and can't get it off the standards. Dropping the 20;s from both sides, tries again....still nothing. Finally back to just the two 50's, he's finally able to lift and do 10 reps, before finishing. finally reaching the last station on situps and pushups, Scott buzzes through the situps quickly, rolling off 30 in about five minutes, before stopping then tries to do some pushups...his arms shake, and manages 3 before falling flat on the mat.
