Hope you're ok :)
Lord Elrond watched Saeril in silence. His lips slightly pursed. Listening to her explain why she indeed wanted to be Yavanna's guardian. He as much as suspected, that Yavanna...and Arwen would be in danger from Sauron's wrath. So her explanation made sense. But at the same time; he was reluctant naming Saeril Yavanna's guardian. It was a huge job. And he didn't make decisions like this lightly. "I do appreciate you woving to keep my youngest daughter safe, and whilst I have nothing against you looking out for her. Naming someone Yavanna's guardian is a massive privilege....please take no offence, when I say I need a little while to think it over before I give you my decision." he told Saeril honestly. Even though he knew of how close they were; that Saeril wanted to and could protect his little gem. He still needed to think about it, rather than rush into giving her an answer right away. For he would take a while to think about it, were it anyone else asking him that same question. Elrond wouldn't give that title just to anyone. No matter who they were.

Yavanna had a rather relaxing bath in her chambers. Soaking in the warm water. Her muscles seemed to relax. As they wrapped around her tender, aching muscles. It was nice to relax a little bit. In the comfort of her own home and let the worries almost wash away. If only for a few moments; as some things just always creeped back into her mind. After her bath; feeling refreshed and once dried. Yavanna got changed into one of her dresses. It had been a while, since she wore one. Instead of the combat outfit. One of Yavanna's servants that came to check up on her, helped her tighten the dress up. Before proceeding to style her hair; which was washed and clear of dirt and grime. Once Yavanna's hair was done. She looked like a new person and was ready.

Walking out of her Chambers; after dismissing her servant. Yavanna walked through the familiar coriders of home. Before venturing out into the Gardens to get some fresh air. Many servants and guards she had passed; bowed to her, or greeted her with warm smiles and greetings. Everyone was happy to see the Princess was home. For however long. Yavanna greeted everyone with warm smiles. As she wondered down to the Gardens. One of the guards escorted her;to keep an eye on her from a far-whilst she wondered the grounds of Rivendell Gardens.

It wasn't long walking through the familiar pathways of the Garden. That Yavanna spotted a familiar red-haired elf talking to one of the Guards that were patrolling near by. "Tauriel?" Yavanna called out, softly. The surprise evident on her face.

Hearing her name, the red-haired female turned around. Her face lit up with a smile. "Yavanna...how good to see you." she said with a warm smile. As the two females came closer to each other. Tauriel embraced Yavanna in a soft hug. Returning the hug, as Yavanna was glad to see another familiar face.
Lord Elrond didn't fully know just how close Yavanna and Saeril had become until now. To see that motherly love Saeril held for her and the need to protect her. As she asked to become his daughter's guardian; he looked a little bit surprised. Not half expecting that question. It was a huge...massive task to be a guardian. Let alone to one of the most treasured people of Middle-Earth; especially his youngest daughter. "May I ask, why you desire to be Yavanna's Guardian?" Lord Elrond couldn't help but wonder what her reasons behind it were. He didn't allow people to be guardians of his children that easily. "Whilst you want to be her Guardian, she might not see you in a totally good light when she learns the truth, despite that title." Lord Elrond cautioned. Wanting Saeril to know, that it might not help if Saeril was named her guardian before the truth was exposed. "It might prove difficult and a hard time for you, should things not go in a favorable way."
Lord Elrond smiled softly, as Saeril expressed her fondness of his youngest daughter. "Thank you, our little Yavanna had always been a gem." he said. Everyone had always loved Yavanna, even since she was little she always seemed to brighten up everyone's lives with her bubbliness. He nodded his head, as she expressed her condolences on the loss of his wife. "She always had trust issues, because of that situation with her brothers...it's gotten bit better with time. It might take her some time, to come to terms with your past." he told her honestly. Almost preparing Saeril in case Yavanna would be hurt, upset and angry. Which he would not blame her daughter for being; as she hated being lied to. "I do appreciate you wanting to be honest with her. And so you should be...even with young Kili." he encouraged. "Lies, are never good. It can break bonds between people who are close." He had seen it happen with his own children. Before Celebrian had dissapeared, his four children were inseperable. Now only his daughters remained close, as anything. Feeling at odds with the two eldest-his boys.
Lord Elrond could see that Saeril was contemplating things over. He rose a slight eyebrow at her words. "Are you refereeing to my sons?...They certainly didn't make things easy on Yavanna, since my wife went missing." Elrond couldn't help but sigh in sadness. Lord Elrond wasn't sure how much she knew, about Yavanna's brothers and the situation at hand. "I can't promise, that Yavanna won't be angry or upset. It might take her a while to see, you were just trying to protect her from your darker self." He knew his daughter's reaction could be bad, but hopefully Yavanna might come to understand one day, why Saeril never said anything before. As she came to a conclusion, he nodded. "Then we all shall tell them, when the time comes." he agreed.
Lord Elrond could see her hesitation in telling Kili and Yavanna the truth about her past. He knew how much his daughter had hated lies; so this would not be a good mark in Saeril's books, if it upsets his daughter. "Yes, they will have to know." he said in agreement. "It's up to you, if you'll like to say the truth yourself at the meeting...or myself or Gandalf can explain it ourselves." he offered for her.
Lord Elrond pursed his lips deep in thought as he listened to Saeril explain her situation a little bit more. "I promised my daughter, Yavanna I'll do my best to help you. I shall keep my word." he told Saeril. "Me and my best healers, can try and temporary block your mind from Sauron, ease away the pain as best as we can. But the headaches might return...I can't give a time on how long, it'll be before they return." he told Saeril honestly. He wasn't sure, how much he could do to help her; especially if Sauron was getting stronger.

"I summoned people, all over Middle Earth to meet here in a few days time. There will be a council meeting regarding the Ring of Power. The ring is now in Possession of Frodo Baggins; Bilbo's Nephew. The course of action will be discussed. I would like you to sit on the council, given your experience..." Lord Elrond was careful of how he phrased his words. But he knew Saerils council would prove useful. That's why he wanted her present.
Kili looked at his god-mother. A little unsure if things were alright. But seeing her reassuring nod. He gave her a light smile; before he and Yavanna left. Leaving Saeril alone in the presence of Lord Elrond; to talk alone. As Yavanna and Kili made their way through the castle; an elven servant found them in the halls and by Yavanna's request. Escorted Kili to a guest bedroom, and made sure that a bath was waiting for them both. So they could freshen themselves up.

Yavanna had given Saeril a little smile before they left. Once she made sure, Kili was alright in company in one of her most trusted Servants. Yavanna had made her way to her own chambers to freshen up.

Lord Elrond waited till his daughter and Kili had left. "Yavanna tells me, you keep getting headaches that keep getting worse?" he asked, with a slight raised eyebrow. Wondering how bad her headaches were getting. "And something about the Dark Lord Sauron rising, which I have to say is true. Even the rest of us have our fears, he's coming back and growing stronger."
Hope you'll feel better
Lord Elrond bowed his head to the elder she-elf and young Dwarf that greeted him. "Saeril, Kili." he greeted them. Hearing her words, he just nodded. "My daughter already took the liberty of telling me a little about what's going on. Perhaps we should talk in Private."he told Saeril. If Kili and Yavanna did not know the truth, it'd be better Saeril and him have words alone first. Before anything would come out that might upset the two young one's.

Kili bowed his head in respect to Elrond. "Your Majesty."
