Sound is actually an excellent choice. Cant wait to see what you manage. Your characters are in Lime.

Also just to let everyone know, you are not ristrcited to your alchemic spec you can use any form of alchemy other than a select few.

Also to those whose characters are finalized and acceoted they can post whwn ever they wish. The Asylums are off their guard in the bunker hence perfect for an ambush. The last post whoch I detailed important has all the subject matter. Details of the mission, who sent the mission etc. Now I will post a list of the Asylums who are to be killed and you can take your pick.
I am sorry reaper. I saw your characters, everything is A okay. =) welcome on S.S madness.

Casting alchemy through weapons would be like, say you engrave a sigil on a bullet and fire it through a sniper. You cover a large distance and accurately dmack that bullet where you want, upon contact the sigil ignites amd boom.

However the weapon in no way makes the alchemic output stronger by channeling.

You see the norm of weapons in amro is so that asylums dont focus too much on alchemy. Thats why they have anti alchemy and their technology is a 100 years advance. So they have plasma technology and many others.
Just a few additions. Weapon augmentation is not allowed. Ot any form of augmentation or deaugmentation. The reason being that is a chrono level power and as such is ristrcited to a chrono.

Also I can allow a fifth generation Asylum. It is not uncommon for Asylums to get married and have kids who are then trained as Asylums. However it is rare to have a family line last so long in a.m.r.o, but lets see how you handle it.

Also tigre, Maiden mentioned the fact that she will be leaving rpg for a bit as such her characters will not be killed. They will be placed in a commatose state, you are welcome to induce that state.
Sigils can be placed in a dormant state, As I said you can craft up to three at a time and as such all three can be pre-crafted and saved for the right time to use. However prolonged storage of sigils can put a toll on a person. But a day wouldn't be all that hard for an Asylum. =)

EDIT: Oh and did everyone read my important post. The one where I outlined how everyone will be introduced into CA. It is useful as it will help everyone understand what is to come, not to mention entertaining as you all can plan out accordingly.
Also Limey, there are a few things that will probably cause you to edit your character. One Asylums only get paired once. As I mentioned an Asylum is linked with their partner, their sanity is one. This is done so as to lower the insannadiction effect. However if one Asylum were to die, the link severs and the bulk of stress results in the other Asylum going insane. As such Asylums are paired once.

Also a father daughter Asylum team up seems very difficult. As the Asylum's sanity is linked the age gap needs to be taken into consideration. The older the Asylum the greater the drain on his sanity, as such it is unlikely a large age gap will occur between Asylums. 5 to 6 years at max, would be the limit. Any more and both the teams would be in danger.
Also everyone, here is the summary of the events (as Ryv already pointed out) that have transpired so far. Now Chrono Asylum is an RP that is laced with intricate details that meld together at future points hence understanding what has happened before is imperative if you wish to enjoy the story and lore.

A.M.R.O is no longer the only one of its kind as slowly several other organizations are taking root in an attempt to share the monopoly that A.M.R.O has acquired in Alchemy and its sheer influence. However A.M.R.O will not stand for any rogue activity that is unpredictable or wreckless.

The story starts with the Gemellie eradicating a meeting of one such deranged organization known as the Forsaken Kings, individuals who believe Alchemy gives them a right to rule. Once the Gemellie take care of that they along with several other teams are suddenly sent to Vegas on an urgent notice. Namely because a tip has been dropped that the Circus will be coming there.

Out of all the Organizations very few actually stand to pose a threat to A.M.R.O. Circus is one such organization, they have also strangely managed to avoid A.MR.O's tracking for more than 2 years and now out of the blue they are said to make an appearance. A.M.R.O wants to understand their intentions.

Once the teams appear in Vegas, the Gemellie are randomly attacked by a rogue Alchemist who peaks Angel's interest. Once the rogue is easily defeated Angel starts a game. The game serves as an ice breaker and also the loser of that game gets to take on the role of the bait, the most undesired role. The objective of the game is to track down a little orb of energy, hence it is sort of race and the only rule is to maintain discretion in front of the public.

The game eventually kicks in as Angel throws the orb near the outskirts of Vegas and mentally declares the game has started. The Asylums reach the end point and start a friendly battle to see who gets to grab the orb first and as it turns out Maeve gets a hold of it and is suddenly paralyzed/

In the back ground we realize Angel has invaded Kiara's mind and is telling her of his plan to use all the Asylums as bait. He tells her the Kings knew where they were and suspects a traitor within their ranks, he also tells her the leader of the Kings is one of the council of four. The Kings are cowards and wouldn't have appeared if the Asylums were in tip top condition, so he set up this game to wear them down and since he telepathically announced this game to everyone, the Kings knew exactly where to ambush them. If that wasn't worse enough, he also laced the ball of energy with a paralyzing poison so as to tempt the Kings even more. His end game the Kings would abduct the paralyzed Asylum and take her to their base and in doing so lead the Asylums right to them.

Currently the Asylums are facing Gadrael one strong, bad mofo. The joint effort of the Asylum results in Gadrael being wounded and bound to chains and impaled by shadows manifesting as spikes. However before the killing blow can be delivered Gadrael does something that is taboo but more so the knowledge of which was though to be extinct. He used a form of forbidden alchemy known as 'sacrifical alchemy'. By destroy his right hand he gained unimaginable power and quickly dispatched the Asylum, leaving them all in critical condition. Eventually however, the damage took its toll and Gadrael quickly retreated but not before abducting the paralyzed Asylum Maeve.

The Gemellie soon appeared afterwards and cleared the battlefield of the remaining enemies and took the injured to A.M.R.O bunker located underneath the Caesar palace in Las Vegas. There these injured Asylums are recuperating in healing pods.

Once recuperated the Gemellie then discuss the gravity of the situation everyone is. The Asylums have seen something they weren't supposed to and now are wanted by A.M.R.O. The duty to kill these Asylum's fell on the Chrono who refused to do so and as such, Reri will be held accountable. With no way out, the Gemellie offer the Asylums two choices. The first, join the Gemellie on a quest to prove that the Chrono made the right choice in sparing the Asylums by them proving their worth. The second, emptying a clip in their mouths.

IMPORTANT

Now I am sure all of the new players are wondering how exactly will they enter the RP at such a point. The fact is several Asylums randomly appearing in the bunker will be a tad cliche and a tad monotonous. I have a better introduction for the newbies, something I am sure each and everyone one of you will enjoy quite a bit.

Now some where along the story I dropped a hint that someone is invigilating the Asylums from the shadows, as such this person now knows that there are Asylums that know more than they should. Now the span between this secret agent finding out the truth and the Asylums recuperating in the bunker is approximately one day.

In this one day, all the new entrants will have been contacted by this person known as 'The Lizard'. Each of you will have but one instruction head to the bunker in Vegas and kill the Asylums present there. In essence your jobs will be to clean up. Now I think that's as great a start as any, however it gets a little more interesting.

We have had a few drop outs in Chrono Asylums and as such there is a rule, those that leave have their characters killed. The honor of this kill will belong to the new RPers. Your characters will get to control, combat and kill the Asylums I will name. Isn't that exciting for a first post? xD

But this still doesn't include all your characters into the plot line. Now once the specified Asylums are dead and before more carnage can ensue, Reri (the Chrono) will trump the authority of the Lizard and as such bring the Asylums present under the Gemellie. With that done we will move on with the main plot line.

This is the general blue print of what is to happen.
It is splendid at how many have shown interest and I welcome each and everyone of you to share our insanity.

Ryv based on the merit you have shown and continue to show, you are now the Sub-GM of Chrono Asylum. =) Congratulation.

Now onwards to the character analysis. But before we start, everyone should read up on the current roster of Asylums so as not to make character similar to the ones that have already been created.

Reaper: Reaper I really like the general idea of your two characters, and I love the detail and thought you have placed in them. However I do need to guide you a little in the lore. I am sure you will enjoy it, as it makes everything that much challenging.

Now an Asylum can only craft up to 3 sigils at a time and no more. The reason for this is, sigils require a considerable amount of pressure to maintain as they are rather destructive. Hence sigils on all cards is not possible. Also once a sigil is ignited, or casted the sigil fades away, hence a sigil isn't permanent and needed to be re-crafted.

Next a weapon cannot have alchemic properties of its own. So far there is no such thing as an "alchemic weapon". The Alchemists can channel his energy through the weapon, however the alchemic power remains the same in no way does it magnify.

Also my character Reri too has hetrosemmetric eyes, like Jason. I was hoping that characteristic stays exclusively to her, as it is her defining characteristic. However if you are attached to that concept as well and do not wish to part you are welcome to keep it. xD However with that said, you will have to change the part about that person having a sigil in his eye. The fact is sigils fade upon being ignited hence it is impossible.

I really like Fiora's alchemic specialization. Phasing is a very cool power and I liked her history a lot as well. xD I get a samurai vibe from her.

Okay next up is El_Tigre!

Also I really like Aden's character, his no nonsense attitude coupled with his business image and personality go together brilliantly. Should be fun to see them in action.

Awesome, cant wait to see what you come up with Limey. I have seen a few of your posts on other Rps so I am confident your characters should be an entertaining read.

Also I see chrono Asylum has started lagging a little an a few people have gone missing. The next part of the plot will be important, I think we should recruit at least two more before starting. If any member here wishes to bring along a friend to join this RP it will be great, ill also reopen the recruitment thread.

Also a few characters of inactive/abandoned RPers need killing, who here wishes to do the honours? xP
