She sighed some as he mentioned the creatures name. How could he possibly know that when they didnt seem to communicate like normal humans. She looked at him as if she was trying to picture the exact moment when Luka had learned of the creatures name. She gave up and just nodded. "Cade, brought you to the wall as I was going back over to find you. I think he knew that you needed medical help that he couldnt give." She stated once again and then glanced around the room. Sighing some she sat down on the edge of the bed as he began to talk once again.
"I was actually coming to say thank you to you as well. Because had you not called off Cade, my friend Sam would be dead. I am not sure how bad off he is just yet, they wont even let me see him. But I do know without you stopping Cade he wouldnt even have a fighting chance, and Sam wanted you to know that he was thankful for that." She stated and then stared at him as he mentioned his name and where he was. She smiled a bit and then extended her hand as if to shake his if he took it. "I am Jayna. Nice to meet you Luka. This is my village, my home, where I live. We all pretty much know everyone else and its a pretty small town. The doctor has already been to check on you and I need to change and keep the wound clean. Also the antibiotics so it fights the infection from the inside as wel." She stated once again and then glanced away from him as thoughts ran through her mind.
She sighed some and looked back at him. "I am not sure how long it will take before the infection is gone but I told Cade I would bring updates and meet him at the wall the same time as he had brought you here. I dont know if he understood, but its the least I could offer since he was trusting me to help you. Just cause I know how it can be waiting for news of knowing something and never getting it." She said softly her hands now lying her lap as she fidgeted with her fingers on sure of where this was going to go now. Would he stay? Would he go back? What would happen? It was left all to remain unknown right now.
