Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for someone who wants to build a world with me and add to it. Even though I have a pretty clear idea of this world already everything is still up for discussions, within reason of course. This will be a realistic modern setting, so no dragons or supernatural things or anything like that. Since I want to build a world it is important you enjoy and are capable of playing multiple characters. I'm not talking about NPCs here, but multiple main characters. I would also like someone who can provide enough detail to keep things interesting (this doesn't mean you have to write a novel in each post, sometimes a shorter post works a lot better than a long one), and can move the story forward as well. And lastly, I will only roleplay with persons who are at least 18 years old. Sex and other mature themes will be included, and I do not fade to black.
I think that was it, so let's move forward, shall we?
In a small town in the middle of nowhere...
The location for this roleplay will be a small town in the middle of nowhere. Just what kind of town it will be we will decide together, as I want this to be a world we create together. The town could be located on an island or in a forest (or anywhere else really), and the time period could be the current time or something a bit sooner. These are the things we will figure out together.
In this town I want us to take part in the life of the young people living there. We could focus on a group of friends, or we could go a bit broader than that. If they have a hangout spot near a lazy river we will follow them there. If they are getting ready for a summer of fun we will make sure they have all the fun they can have. Basically a slice-of-life approach with no set goal in mind. The journey being more important than the destination, if we wanna go the cliche route.

I have a soft spot for adventure movies or series like Indiana Jones or Relic Hunter, and I would like to do something along those lines. I would prefer to plot together with a partner instead of coming up with a plot on my own, as that means the story will be a creation by both players instead of just the one.
That being said these are a few things that I'm looking for:
- Multiple characters: I expect both of us to play more than one character. More characters mean more depth and more possible storylines, both of which are a big plus in my book. Personally I write both male and female characters, and even though this is not a must I would prefer you being able to do the same thing.
- Be over 18 years old, as I prefer writing mature storylines. This can include violence, sexual themes, dark themes etc. For this one I want to focus on the adventure of it all, but that doesn't mean the adventure can take a dark turn. Or it might not. But I want the possibility for that to happen.
- Be up for plotting, I love plotting with partners. OOC chatter is also a plus, but not a requirement. My experience is that OOC chatter makes for better communication, and the better the communication the better the roleplay tends to be.
- I'm not looking for romance here. If the story ends up having romance in it that's fine, but this is not something I'm looking for actively.
