Nice to meet you. I've been here since before the guild fall.

I'm not really looking for anybody in particular, but I am looking for somebody who can write very immersive stories, especially in the Medieval Fantasy genre. It doesn't have to be that genre specifically. I just have a slow start in RPs sometimes due to immersion difficulties. I basically like to do 'improv' world building as we go along with our posts. We don't have to have every little detail fleshed out. It makes it harder to get started in my opinion.

Somewhat active at the moment, but I'm in the U.S. Military. So there may be some times where I won't be able to respond other than hiatus reasons. I hope to be around more in the future. I always have my days where I just like to write and think of something to write about. Sadly I don't always have a creative mind, but it's a work in progress.

If there is something else I should add, let me know!

After wandering through the library for a little bit Theodemar walked into the room. Jovian walked to meet him, โ€œThank you for seeing me.โ€ He said bowing his head slightly. โ€œOf course.โ€ Theodemar said giving him a slight nod in return. Jovian walked with Theodemar to the table and stood beside it. โ€œMy father wanted to let you know about the weapons and armor heโ€™s been forging for the past few years.โ€ He took a breath, โ€œHeโ€™s got more than enough for Vinebal and wants to know if youโ€™re ready to receive shipments.โ€
Theodemar nodded as Jovian had told him about the information. He looked up at him, โ€œYouโ€™ve aged into quite the young man.โ€ He stated, โ€œYes, Iโ€™m ready to receive shipments.โ€

Jovian smiled, โ€œThank you sir.โ€ He said responding to him. It was rare for Jovianโ€™s father to give compliments out, but Theodemar had possessed a much gentler heart, maybe it was his daughter that had softened him up or it was just the man he became.

โ€œMy father had said there were reports of humans mobilizing their armies in Coreno, preparing for some kind of attack. He suspects they might be attacking Onorine.โ€ He paused for a moment and added, โ€œHe said Sassanthe shouldnโ€™t be harmed, since there were so many mixed cultures there.โ€ Jovian leaned his hip on the table, โ€œMy father wanted to know what your response would be.โ€

Theodemar put his hand on his chin as he thought, โ€œThis is grave news.โ€ He said continuing to think about what they should do. โ€œLet me think about this while youโ€™re here. Iโ€™ll give you an answer by the time you head back home.โ€ He finally answered.

โ€œCome. Walk beside me while we go join my family in the living room to enjoy a nice warm fire.โ€
He said motioning for Jovian to walk beside him.

They both left the library and walked towards the living room where the girls were.
Studwick nodded his head yes when she had asked him if she was up to par. He wasnโ€™t looking at her for a level attractiveness but more for personality. Over the years of his life he found that a lot of the time, you could judge someoneโ€™s personality over their appearance and body behavior.

He watched her lift her hands up and rub her temples. He figured sheโ€™d be fine with whatever she was feeling.

His eyes focused when she had mentioned his parents. โ€œThank you. I donโ€™t you to be sorry for me.โ€ He said. It had slightly aggravated him that a housemaid had mentioned his dead family. He had his own friends to help support him, let alone a servant.

He had unlaced his hand and waved off her statement.

โ€œSo tell me why you want to work here.โ€ He stated returning his gaze back at her. โ€œWhy should I choose you instead of countless others?โ€ He paused for a moment looking at Ralf, then back at her. โ€œCan I trust you with my belongings?โ€

Studwick didnโ€™t really know what to think of the new housemaid, and hadnโ€™t come to a decision for her. He didnโ€™t like the fact that she had brought up his parents, but perhaps she was just trying to be nice. It wasnโ€™t an appropriate time to say that though.
After another couple minutes Ralf had returned knocking on his door letting the new housemaid in. Ralf had walked over to the side of the room, putting his hands behind his back, back straight and still.

Mr. Studwick had been in the military retiring after 4 years. He had seen some combat, and learned what it means to be a leader. It had been a year since his retirement from the military. The discipline that Ralf had shown reminded him of his time in the service, thatโ€™s why he had made Ralf butler of the house.

Mr. Studwick looked over at Ralf for a second then looked at Lisa Thorne introduce herself. He stood up from his chair, nodding his head, โ€œLikewise.โ€ He said and sat back down again. โ€œCome closer to my desk.โ€ He said motioning right in front of his desk. He wanted a closer look at her. She was going to be maintaining his estate and wanted to judge her to see if sheโ€™d fit his little critique he had in store for her.

He put his elbows on the table, crossing his fingers together. He looked at Ralf, โ€œClose the door please.โ€ Ralf nodded his head, walking over to the door and closing it, then returned to his spot. He looked back at Lisa.

โ€œIโ€™m Mr. Studwick, or Sir Studwick.โ€ He said and paused. โ€œWhichever ever you prefer Ms. Thorne..โ€

What?? I can't kill him? That ruins everything. ;)

Haha kidding.

Sounds good to me. :)
A few minutes had passed since the butler had answered the door. Studwick had begun to work on another project before hearing some footsteps come up the stairs. Once the sound had finally reached the top Ralf had appeared in front of his door, knocking on it twice. Studwick looked up and used his fingers to allow him to come in.

โ€œSir. The new housemaid was sent to her room and has been cleaned up.โ€ He paused a moment, โ€œShall I fetch her and bring her to you?โ€

Studwick nodded his head, โ€œThat sounds perfect Ralf.โ€ Studwick picked up some papers reading them right after having said that.

โ€œSir.โ€ He bowed slightly moving out of the room hastily. Ralf was made a butler for his hard work and dedication to serving Mr. Studwick.

After a few minutes Ralf had found and approached Agnes. โ€œCan you fetch the new housemaid for me? Mr. Studwick would like to see her.โ€ He said fixing the white gloves he had on and making sure his suit was prim and proper.

Agnes nodded, โ€œOf course, right away.โ€ She said turning on her heel, heading over towards Lisaโ€™s room. She had approached the door knocking on it, โ€œMr. Studwick wishes to see you right away madam.โ€ She said talking through the door. โ€œMeet with Ralf so he can escort you to him. Heโ€™s right outside.โ€ She said walking off, the sound of her heels knocking on the hardwood floor.
Okay! I figured you weren't done using him, I was waiting for him to dismiss everyone from the table. :P

Jovian had finished his dinner shortly after Sylvar had. He stood up and bowed slightly to Theodemar, โ€œIโ€™ll be in the library.โ€ He said and looked over at the rest of the family, โ€œThanks for dinner, it was excellent.โ€ He smiled. โ€œIโ€™ll find you soon Rimeth.โ€ He gave a small smile as he headed out of the room, into the library.

He began to walk around the library looking at the several books they had collected. There were subjects about all kinds of the races that were present in their world. Lore about vampires, werewolves, witches and other creatures he had never heard of before.

He walked over to one of the books, opening and reading a bit of it, to pass time, waiting for Theodemar to finish up with his meal.

Studwick had been working on some papers that the prime minister had needed. Studwick was in charge of the fiances of the lower part of England. He had recently set up some trade dealing with the United States to make both of the countries prosper as much as they could. England had been the trading hub of the world for years, until the United States had declared their Independence 50 some years ago.

Studwick was always fascinated with the United States. They had always boasted about their freedoms and a free way to practice their religion. It was quite ironic to Studwick that slavery had been abolished just a couple years ago in 1833, while the United States still had a high number of slaves. Where was their freedom?

He shrugged off some of his thoughts as he stopped writing, taking a look at the paper of finances he had been working on. It seemed have to been complete. He folded it up, sticking it into a envelope and sealing it.

A distant thud came from downstairs and the shoes of his servants could be heard against the hardwood floor. Studwick stood up and walked to the door, peeking through the doorway, waiting for the servant to open the door.

He turned the knob opening it, letting in a gust of wind, and droplets of rain. A drenched woman stood before the servant. She wore the clothes of a low class. Studwick shook his head, returning to his office chair, figuring it was the new servant that was to be here today.

The servant that had opened the door was one of the Studwickโ€™s senior servants. He cleared his throat, โ€œWell arenโ€™t you soaked. You must be the new house maid.โ€ He paused a moment, looking her up and down. โ€œIโ€™m the butler of this estate, Ralf Rickard. Welcome.โ€ He said giving a slight bow, โ€œLetโ€™s get you cleaned up right away so you can meet Mr. Studwick. Heโ€™s a little busy at the moment.โ€
Lucio laughed when she had stroked her invisible beard. He had watched her sit down, as he smiled from her joke. When their eyes had locked for a moment he had wondered what she was thinking about. He even had considered making a move to kiss her. Was it too early? Did she want one? Possibly, but Lucio didnโ€™t mind letting things play out. Shit, he had eternity. When she had asked about vampires their gaze broke away. He looked over at the soothing creek and waterfall as they sat there, continuing to listen to her.

Lucio felt sorry for her. When she had tears coming out of her eyes he wanted to go over and embrace her, but she had collected herself quickly. She seemed to be a strong willed woman, even though she said she wouldnโ€™t know what to do if her sister had died. He figured sheโ€™d manage, but itโ€™d leave hole in her for a while. Once she had calmed down and looked into her eyes, he leaned back against the tree, looking upwards at the sky and tree leaves. He reflected on what she had said for a few seconds. She did have a few questions.

After a moment he looked back at her, โ€œIโ€™ll try my best to make sure your sister is safe.โ€ He meant it. He didnโ€™t really understand why she had seemed so worried about her death, but if he could stop it from happening he would. She had asked again about wanting to know more about his side of the world that she hadnโ€™t known about. He looked at the ground beside him, pulling out some grass blades. Heโ€™d bring them up to his face, peeling it apart and then throw them away as he thought. โ€œWellโ€ฆโ€ He said looking up at Anna for a second, โ€œIt was a few years ago when I had learned about it.โ€ He said. He begun to realize that this story would be hard to lie about. A few years ago? A few thousand years ago maybe. He took another grass blade repeating what he had done, thinking some more. He was an Original. He didnโ€™t turn, the magic had turned him into one. It took him a year to learn that he could sire his own brethren. He took a minute to collect his thoughts to think of something believable. He finally thought of a story he could tell her that would fit her questions.

He looked over at her, โ€œAlright.โ€ He said looking at her seriously. This story had truth to it, but it wasnโ€™t completely true. โ€œA vampire had killed one of my best friends right in front of me.โ€ He said, breaking eye contact with her, picking up more grass. โ€œI was too drunk to do anything.โ€ He said staring off into the grass as he explained his story, clearly reliving the memories of that night. After a moment, he came back to his normal self and he chuckled lightly, โ€œI was totally hammered, so was he. We were having a good time.โ€ He paused a moment fidgeting around. โ€œHe had just lost his virginity and wanted to celebrate.โ€ Lucio laughed. โ€œIt was a big deal for him. He loved women but couldnโ€™t ever get a date. He wasnโ€™t the most attractive but he wasnโ€™t half bad. He just tried too hard.โ€ He paused a moment letting go of the grass blades, losing interest in his little fidgeting toy. โ€œHe wanted to marry her. He talked about it all night.โ€ He smirked looking down at the ground and back up at her, โ€œWe were young and silly I guess.โ€ He said shrugging, โ€œHe was more definitely more lively than me.โ€ He thought back to those memories once more, smirking. He was young and full of energy, so was Lucio back then. They both fully hadnโ€™t matured yet, still growing to learn new things. His life was cut short. Lucioโ€™s smile faded after a moment.

Lucio had felt the mood in the atmosphere around them had changed, and he didnโ€™t particularly like it. If he were to hang around Anna, he wouldnโ€™t want her to be sulking.

โ€œBut that was the past.โ€ He said trying to brush off the negative mood.

โ€œSo how do you kill one? You asked.โ€ He said moving onto another subject, โ€œBasically they die the same way, decapitation, fire, taking out the heart, sunlight kills a vampire, and you can break a werewolves neck, or hurt him enough.โ€ He shrugged, โ€œI learned from a few hunters on my travels around the world.โ€

He paused a moment taking a look at Anna to see where she was at. Analyzing her didnโ€™t seem to help him, so he figured heโ€™d wait for a response.
