Biorr stood among the other recruits and legionnaires with no other intention than waiting for the commander. He bore the legion armor like the others but what made him stand out was his sword, one of the large greatswords favored by the Berenike, and his height, towering well above most of the others. He had actually been a bit confused when he was treated as a recruit upon his return...er, arrival apparently, he had remembered having a higher rank before, it took a bit of explaining and a closer examination of his arms and armor for him to realize he had only held that rank with the Berenike, recalling some faint memories of serving with them though he couldn't quite remember why he left, not exactly anyway, besides fighting the abyss seemed a worthwhile cause...wasn't he fighting it before anyway?

Earlier statement of his intention aside, he was still looking around at the others. He noticed the woman hiding up on high watching the rest, another woman covering her face with a hood, and a man who looked...actually a little approachable honestly, relatively speaking. Not by the likes of Biorr though, not right now at least. Not that the man was looking to converse with that others anyway, seeing them all really only prompted a "odd lot, this" from him before his attention turned to fiddling with the gauntlet on his arm again...this armor was so light, he felt as if he could go flipping around with this gear, despite the large sword he wielded, he was used to his heavy armor, and he was missing his shield already too...hopefully he could get those back soon.
Hey guys, I think I'm going to quietly take my leave of this as well. See you around.
I've only ever seen Z used for german in that way...never V

either way I'ma go lie down, my mind is broken...
then what is Thaln?

and why is the stereotypical view of a german accent suppose to be easily placed as coming from a heavily french country

i think i need a lie down...
@VitaVitaAR ah, I though Velt was the french-inspired country, that's about all I knew about this world...

everything I know is a lie right now...
...that would just make it anything that isn't France/french. German is part of that category...

I don't think I understand what you mean there
still, if the language is used more there I might speak more German with Ian. he spent most of his life there after all.
Ithilin's a germanic region? at least it's accent? man why don't I know things beforehand? id've been having Ian speak with that accent

know what, I still might...
"ah, shame" Ian backed up "well I'll be off then, but I may just take you up for some sparing sometime" with that he left, heading back out into the courtyard until he got back to the main area and found a bench, he took a short glance over a Marianne, Tiral, and some knight he didn't know. Instead of going over to them though he just sat him self down on the bench and started flipping through the pages of the book, trying to find where he'd left off since he lost his copy some time before.
I figured as much. But since he's suppose to be Miyu's assistant I was gonna have Zann stay close to her unless the attack was getting real bad, I didn't think she'd be sitting in her office the whole time though.
