Current And maybe most people don't like getting a single line back in response to a few paragraphs? Like whatever floats your boat, but there's a reason Free exists.

@LHG100Biography added, caveat for Starfall added as well.
@LHG100Yeah, having one of those in the works is fine with me.

Also, you're perfectly reasonable in thinking 38 is old. That's past people's prime.
Still have to work on my biography, but I figure I would post this up just to see how much he needs to be toned down.

Name: Ramone Truvo
Nicknames: Shooter Afar
Race: Vanilla Human
Age: 22

Appearance: Of average height, Ramone has a build that suits his combat style, namely that of an acrobat. Plenty of lean muscle and a wiry physique overall. Rather long dirty blonde hair, light green eyes, and sharp facial features. Fair skin with almost no blemishes or marring aside from calloused hands make sense when considering his fighting style.

His attire is an enchanted set of the Hunter outfit that doesn’t look any different from the regular issue. It’s been enchanted through Exicus magic to remain warm and clean regardless of what sort of environment Ramone finds himself in through his travels, a true blessing of convenience and comfort he has learned to appreciate while his peers suffer.

He also has a set of glasses that are also enchanted to help regulate his eyesight when not in combat, reducing unnecessary strain on his eyes.

Biography: Born to one of the many clans that made up the Nu, Ramone grew up well suited for the nomadic lifestyle. Energetic when his parents needed to devote their full attention to something other than minding him, but always obedient and ready to listen. He was a handful as all children are, but a relatively small one, quite easy to grasp.

Like most other members of the Clan, Ramone learned how to use a bow from a young age and proved to be rather talented. He picked up technique quickly and honed his skill methodically under the guidance of his trainers, enthusiastic and taken with the sensation of the on-target shot.

Thus it was only natural that as he grew older he became one of the hunters for the Clan. He learned how to track his prey, read the signs his surroundings presented, and much more. It was also during this time that he made his first contact with the spirits that inhabited this world, eking out the foundation for his current spell.

While he had never dealt with the Plague personally, Ramone felt a compulsion to join the actual Hunters Guild when they came into contact with the Clan for the purpose of seeking volunteers. He offered himself up to the task, passed the tests, endured the training, and is now on the verge of claiming the title of Hunter for himself.

Personality: Generally the quiet and gentle one in any group of Hunters. Ramone doesn’t take any pleasure in killing the Sickened as some of his compatriots might, but understands it is a necessary task and one that frees victims of its suffering. The only reason he fights is because he can and thus he has a responsibility to. His clear head and calm disposition make him well suited for his position and fighting style even if others label him as somewhat cold. It does take a certain type of person to watch their comrades fight for their lives and continue to wait for that perfect moment after all.

Strengths: One of the Guild’s better marksman for his relative inexperience and newness to the job. Well… some would debate that claim and just call him a good combination of archer and Vitae magic user, not remarkably in either field alone.

He’s pretty good at living on the road. From hunting to cooking and setting shelters, he’s done such things enough that they could be called routine. He’s also nice enough to do such things for his companions without giving them any trouble for it.

Weaknesses: Quite obvious, but Ramone needs to keep his enemies at a distance. His weapons, his magic, his skills are all oriented around mid to long range combat. If forced into a melee, he isn’t helpless, but is at an noticeable disadvantage.

Doesn’t tend to last very long if he decides to use Revantin’s bow form. While in better shape than the vast majority of the populace thanks to his task as a Hunter, the drain of utilizing Vitae magic is still quite noticeable. While it’s generally no trouble against a couple of Sickened, against a sizable group he must manage and choose his targets carefully lest he run out of steam halfway through the fight.

Weapons
Revantin: A paired set of whip swords that can extend up to 10 ft. in length and allow for the user unparalleled control of this zone around them. Though not capable of devastating blows, Revantin is certainly a pair of weapons that can be used to strip away the life of Ramone’s foes in a flurry of blows that come from every direction.

Drawbacks would include the space that is required to gain full usage of the weapon; limitation in terms of height, length, or width of a space aren’t too crippling. Two of the three can render the weapons unusable though. As one might expect, they also require immense dexterity and coordination to properly use.

The two swords can be joined at the hilt to form the back of a rather powerful longbow if it were to be stringed. Ramone doesn’t bother with such things, and prefers to simply rely on the Exicus enchantment that imbues the weapon. It makes Vitae spells easier to cast and more reliable to not fail at inopportune moments.

Carries a short sword on the belt if he’s ever forced to defend himself and disarmed in a melee. The numerous gaps in Revantin, even at their shortest length, make them fairly easy to catch and rip away when compressed.

Vitae Spells
Lunar Ray: A spear of soft white light forms in Ramone’s hand and is thrown at an enemy. Possesses enough power to fatally injure an ordinary human if a direct hit to center mass is landed. When launched from Revantin in its bow form, the projectile crackles and sparks as if the power is barely contained. At this point, it will quite literally obliterate flesh that it touches and can be quite gory to witness.

Starfall: For the tougher Sickened like infected Giants that won’t quite die even after several Lunar Rays there is Starfall. After a hit from Lunar Ray, targets are marked and Ramone is capable of blasting them with a pillar of energy from the heavens. Although powerful, the spell is also incredibly draining and a single use is often enough to put Ramone out of the fight.

Currently still in the middle of being mastered. It takes a bit of time to fully charge up, and even then the pillar forms slowly at first and is followed up by a powerful burst. That means unless his target is immobilized, they will generally escape the area as the first few painful beams form prior to the full power that comes with the pillar.

Exicus Runes
Turn Familiar (Life Drake): A miniature-sized Drake that can comfortable drape itself over Ramone's shoulders with scales the hue of blood. Not too common, these creatures are prized for their calming presence and ability to bolster the health of those that spend time around these mysterious creatures. They are very calm and gentle creatures that love to be showered with affection and will approach other creatures on their own accord. How they sustain themselves is a question nobody's quite sure the answer to, and it is questionable if these beings even die natural deaths.
With the Land: By offering a continuous flow of blood, Ramone is able to appease the spirits of the land he is in and have them accept him as their own. This renders him essentially undetectable as he blends in with his surroundings seamlessly. The only remainder of his trace is the heavy scent of blood, far more powerful than usual.

Additional Notes: Has consumed a minor alchemic potion that improves his eyesight and granted him the ability to see in conditions with even almost no light.
Spaghetti is alright he supposes.
He raised an eyebrow, but ultimately bowed and carried Cran further into the temple. It didn’t take long to reach the God’s chamber, and it took even less for Vishnu to mend the older man’s injuries. He had barely sipped on the offered tea, which was quite pleasant by the way, when Cran was already back up and about. He had hoped that Vishnu would be able to educate the man, he seemed like a mellow enough God to do so, but evidently Cran did not wish to stay around.

He ran a hand through his hair as he made his way down from the temple, Cran beside him. It was more disappointing than anything at how awed the man seemed to be over what should have been common knowledge in this city. “Deities such as Ares, my own, Thoth, the one we met before this, or Vishnu, the one who just patched you up, can offer blessings to those who join their Guild. This results in increased capabilities and other such boosts. In return you offer your service to them, for whatever reasons they may want.” He turned to the Central district for now rather than head back towards the Coliseum.

“There’s an inn over there if you need a place to stay for the night,” he gestured to a building just down the street, two floors in height. “Learn more about the other Deities that exist before you make a choice, and my advice would be to avoid the Coliseum for at least a day or two. Give her a chance to calm down.” With that he would turn from Cran and head back North.
Cool. Just wondering if twin whip swords which combine by the hilt to form a bow powered by magical enchantments would be fine as a weapon?
Welp, whatever. Next time I'll just tag/mention you earlier.
Sure I'll throw my hat into this.

He didn't mind the small conversation that the two of them had as he simply continued to focus on keeping his breathing even and under control. Eventually the pain receded until it was bearable and with a grimace Valair forced himself to sit upright and opened his eyes slowly. A quiet hiss of discomfort at the light that seemed to bright aside, he wiped at his face again and sighed slowly when he felt the bleeding had stopped. A glance at his shirt revealed more than enough bloodstains to normally consider it ruined, but it wasn't like he could just go home and grab another from the closet. No... even if it made him look like a criminal, he would have to live with his current attire. At least he seemed to be recovering if his thoughts could wander like that.

"This ain't Kansas far," he muttered quietly as he finally looked up at the new girl who had apparently been dropped in with their group. Looked to be around the age where she would still be in school, though high school or university/college was questionable. Any further considerations were put off until a later moment when an ethereal figure behind the girl suddenly appeared to him.

It wasn't like the indistinct figure swirled into existence or anything, he simply noticed the being behind her in between a blink of the eye. His heart rate spiked, and a grimace marred his expression as the hint of panic set his headache straight back into migraine status. Yet Valair refused to drop his eyes away from this odd being that had appeared. A few moments passed as it toyed with Shannon's phone, and he could feel his heart rate begin to settle and the pain dull once again. It was certainly odd, even with its humanoid form, but he did not, almost couldn't, feel threatened by it. Its mannerisms certainly had something to do with it, but it had more to do with the fact that it seemed incomplete? Not whole? It was hard to describe and his current state of mind and body didn't make it any easier.

He flinched when the creature landed before him with nary a sound, and watched warily at first and then curiously as it manifested glass, than water, and handed it to him. He accepted it with a bit of hesitation, and drank slowly as he watched the odd being bow towards the three of them. It was a welcome relief for his sore throat, though he forced himself to move the glass away from his lips when the glass was half full. Coughing to clear his throat, even if it was a bit painful, Valair tipped his head forward in a polite bow to the creature and tried to say, as clearly as he could, "Thank you."
Well, Cran at least didn’t struggle and allowed himself to be led out of the lab without any trouble. He could only imagine that Thoth might have had a heart attack or something if he had been forced to actually drag the older man outside. Their pace was a bit slower than he would have liked, but with an injured party it was basically unavoidable. Still… one district faded to another as he walked without pause, and eventually the sole God’s temple came into sight.

“Yeah, she was a Goddess. Doesn’t take nonsense well as you’ve probably realized,” he said as he began to climb the flight of steps that led up to the temple, pausing occasionally to make sure Cran kept up.

Once at the top he glanced around for a moment before he approached the gates in the wall that surrounded the gate. Mustering a bit of his strength given the size of them, he knocked sharply before standing back and waiting for an answer. Regardless of who answered he would simply gesture towards Cran and explain that the man had some cracked ribs in need of a healing touch.
