Sarin, naturally and you can say Imast lost a couple of silver coins so Anita will be glaring angry at him for several moments during the trip. The silver coins are of course in Dranica's currency but they are silver so i guess they could be re-forged into the coins of Lacria.

Perhaps this small spot here? I just noticed that it's an island. The red dot is where my capital is at

@Orangebox: I see what you want. Well I never thought i'd say this but isn't that a very small? I mean, your CS says that you have a population of 500.000 people. I'll compare it to my own Nation: Dracanica whom's island size is actually a little more than that. It houses 25.000. The population will probably over-populate at a good 100.000 concidering space for farming and mining and other production. So i really urge you to take a larger chunk. Even if you meant 50.000 i would still think that it would be too little because i won't allow growth. But if you are truly hellbend on getting that chunk i suggest you take your population down to a 100.000 at least and you'll need to import food and other supplies.

I will tone down the population. I made it 500,000 because I was sort of expecting a no to have a smaller sized land haha

It is a trade port, and as mentioned in my CS, the lands are too barren to encourage farming. They survive solely with sea produce.

Hmmm, a dangerous yet very intresting approach. I like it for now. Do know that this makes them rather dependant on other countries. But it seems you chose a good enough location for your tradeports. I'll take another look at your nation when you changed the population numbers and such.

I do want to note that Valhall will certaintly have an eye out for your nation. You said that your nation gathered a lot of knowledge and was a bit ahead on most countries when it comes to technology. Combine that will the proximity to Valhall, you'll certaintly have a lot of interaction with it. So you will need something to 'defend' yourself with. That means sensitive knowledge of goods that can only be produced by your people (or services) or war is inevitable. Just wanted to point that out because Valhall is still on a course to more or less conquer the world, meaning that you either declare war on them, get absobed by them or are allowed to survive as an ally because there is something special about your nation that Valhall can't copy.

Yes, I am aware. I have written that they will always be easy targets and always try to overcome nations in a conquest run with mostly subterfuge and manipulation (hopefully). They will hardly fight their own wars, but will mostly have someone else fight it for them.

Yup, we are still accepting. However the map isn't really up to date and a few countries have joined already so some spots might have been taken already. But i will let you know if it is or not.

I'm planning on taking the golden half of the big island to the left of the map, which splits into islands on it's left side if that's still available.

I don't mind at all. I'm currently Co-GM but Corin is very busy lately so i'm sort of doing it here alone. He told me i could take it over but i'm going to wait with that after my own examens are finished.

I see, I was just a bit concerned when I found that the post times jumps from one day to 4 days. I thought I was attempting to join a dying RP.

We're not really dying as far as i know. Uruk and I are the most active members. I can post at least once a day and play both my own Nation (Dracanica) and the main big, bad empire of Valhall.

And it looks like Orangebox is a newcomer too which is good. Is there a summary of what has happened so far? reading the main it seems valhall is the big bad scary nation that wants to invade everyone.

P.S - Mind if I post my WIP nation sheet up?

Well...that's pretty much the case. Valhall recently had a civil war (War of Princes) and was completely united. The Emperor desires a certain World Domination. So either he wants a nation to become his ally (so he can slowely but surely take it over through installing a few of his own guys) or declare war on you. Also, it sort of depends on who you are. For example, if you have a huge nation, he won't be willing to attack you immediatly. Valhall would try to become allies and the turn the nation. On the other hand, if you're too small, they won't really care and just invade you. Unless of course, your people have some unique ability (like Dracanica's dragons). Of course, at first everyone just receives a letter in which states that they can either surrender, become an ally or declare war on Valhall.

As for what has happened so far. Several hundred envoys have been send around the world with the letters, giving it to rulers everywhere. Dracanica has already declared it's allegance but Lacria refused. Dracanica's envoy is now on it's way towards Lacria because of it's mysterious passed with the Dragons. But does this under cover of diplomatic negotiations.

And yes, you can put your nation sheet up.
