So, I was looking up the quarian wiki article and trying to check for any particular inspiration developer's had in mind when they made 'em, and there was a trivia bit about how Matt Rhodes intitially designed Tali/quarians. This was the first one/his personal favorite (gonna put it all in spoilers in case they take too much space):

The eyes are interesting on the first Matt Rhodes II pic. He blogged on it here. Just neat trivia. He apparently liked the idea that players who liked Tali get challenged by her actual appearance (e.g. see if players still wanted to do the romance). I personally always wanted Tali to look extra bizarre in a gag (immersion breaking, uncanny valley, "Were the developers on drugs?" kind of bizarre), just to see everyone's reactions.

Gonna start working on a new post and some SB shiz. The collab I've got with Sunny D isn't done yet, but the next part of the RP's separate from that, so no problem there.

I would have liked to imagine it would have happened like this.



EDIT: Also, I like the first concept the best. The second one looks too goofy for words, the third is too human, and the forth would be my second choice.

In seriousness, I've been distracted with some shiz, but I'll crank out something for the ship. Might be three paragraphs max, but something. We can always do the boarding and pre-boarding at the same time. Might be smart in general. Have all the action and side character events off-job at the same time.

After a long time, I'm feeling as if I should quit this RP.

I guess I'm not up to keeping up with this RP; I can't find inspiration to write about this. Furthermore, I'm beginning to feel increasingly isolated when it comes to collabs, but that's probably mostly my fault, I don't exactly go out and actively search for things, I guess.

If people want me to go and free up a space for someone more active, I'll leave. Otherwise... I don't know what I'll do. *shrugs shoulders*

I get if you've lost inspiration to write, that shit always sucks and makes it hard to stay involved. Don't want to make you stay if you've run out of fuel for the RP. You're always welcome back, if you decide to go elsewhere. :]

I didn't realize the collab thing was an issue, though; I didn't suggest 'em to you since you seemed busy. If you need or want to do a collab, in general, I'm up for writing one up.

As I've said before, I like to move away from the amount of collabs. It's way too easy to get stuck in one and if someone goes MIA in the middle of one, they've fucked the entire RP from progressing.

So, I'm just wondering... Is there a new spot open?

Shouldn't it depend where they want to jump in or for the matter how they could fit themselves into the current mission? Especially since we have some inactives?

Yeah, if new people were to join, this would be the place to do it!
