Name: Sketch

Age: 19

Desired Occupation: Artist

Where will they live?: Mitemi Inn

Personality: Sketch is named so for two reasons: his artistic ability to sketch drawings and because he's a bit "sketchy" in the head. His mood jumps about and he's never quite all there with reality. He can say things that don't make sense to most and this causes some issues with getting to know people. He's withdrawn but out there and those that can put up with the confusion tend to find him interesting enough to keep around.

Appearance:



Sketch is tall and slim, with messy black hair and a vaguely eastern european look about him. His general attire matches the picture mostly; a bit messy but almost formal in a way. His left eye is covered by an eyepatch due to a scarring that has caused him to lose sight from it. The blindness caused it to be a paler version of his normal violet eye colour. (I really don't want to get frustrated trying to edit the picture to make the eye violet to imagine please peoples ,_,).

Other: Sketch hails from the eastern regions of Europe and this can be fairly easily recognised by the slight accent that he's managed to keep along his travels. He is a little bit mental in a way and has always managed to be a bit disassociated from reality; seeing the world in his own way and tends to converse in non conventional ways which has proven difficult as far as people skills go in the past. His artistic skills translate the slight kink in the works of his head as he sketches the world around him with the alterations he sees in his mind, the sales of these sketches gets him by well enough to keep his travels and keep him fed.

Extra Edit: Not that it ever became an actual profession, but during his travels he acquired some acrobatic skills which he seemed to have natural talent with considering his light frame. While this comes down to nothing extreme, it's helped him get away from trouble in the past and generally amuse himself. You'd be amazed what a bit of balance, coronation and flexibility can do to save your skin or brighten a day.

Ok... When I get home from work ill start working on my app for a socially awkward veterinarian who can hold full conversations with her dog and cat which have free reign around the office...

Great posts guys! I really like the way things are going. I love your character, Arkaotic - he's a traveler just like my character. Perhaps they'll cross paths sometime in the near future.

Oh, and by the way, Emuxe, thanks for getting that song stuck in my head, haha. >_<

On a side note, yesterday I was playing Harvest Moon all day, and in the game, it was the beginning of summer and I planted onions and tomatoes. Today in real life, I was working at an actual farm, and we just planted onions and tomatoes, which I thought it was a funny coincidence, haha.

Basically, to summarize:

-Ryder broke into the Inn and became friends with Skye
-Tristan farmed for Jack a little and then met Daryl
-Candy went to work, sketched some flowers, and went to bed
-Jassy gave the Witch Princess a present
-Agitha talked to Zack about the New Year's party, then went to catch fish for the Mineral Town Inn
-Clara performed "Trashin' The Camp" at the Blue Bar
-and Sketch traveled to the Valley, just in time to see Clara's performance.

That's pretty much it. I'm gonna be finishing Spring 2nd in the next post or two.

I didn't think you guys would be interested in them, so I cut down to just a few per season. But sure! If you guys want more, we can definitely add more. I'll add a few more to the calendar when I get home from work tomorrow. :)

New Harvest Moon coming to the U.S. (Harvest Moon: Connect to a new world) is going to be called Story of Seasons without the Harvest Moon name in the U.S.A due to copyright issues not that Natsume no longer publishes the English version, rather the studio making it has is own branch in the U.S. now for translations.

I don't think I'll be purchasing that game. I'm not too fond of the character designs or the marriage candidates, and that's really a huge portion of the game. I love the ability to customize your characters, but the game just doesn't seem all that appealing to me.

I have my next post typed out, I just need someone else to post first so I can finally finish off my Spring 2nd, haha.

Pssst, don't finish Spring 2nd until Ark posts again. Otherwise the end of my post will have no meaning and my efforts will have been wasted. :P
