Sub abilities: Enhanced Speed- Is able to move (running or hitting) faster than any other human alive, usually fast enough to disable any oponent quickly. (Like Captain America/Winter Soldier Fast)
Enhanced Strength- Stronger than any other human alivr (Once again avout as strong as captain america. Nowhere near Halo SPARTAN II level)
Enhanced Reflexes: Can temproaily (60 seconds at a time) enhance his reflex time so it seems like time slows down to him, while he moves at a normal rate and is able to do things like dodge a sniper's bullet. (In reality he is just reacting inhumanly quickly. Huge advantage especially when trying to snipe or in hand to hand)
Growth: One day will have an unbreakable skeletal system (as his is somewhat stronger than avereage, not by much. Just enough to support the enhanced strength and stuff), and be have accelerated healing
Weakness (es): His xrippiling fear of heights, Getting Shot in the face, and Nukes (quite mean)
Weapon(s): A bolt action M-109 Sniper Rifle with Tri-Pod and silencer. .45 Calibur M1911 Pistol, and a combat knife.

Other: His right arm is robotic as it got cut off during his capture. It is exactly like a human arm except more durable (as its metal) and looks metal. No fake flesh. Just pure unpainted and non-corrosive metal.(Yes its water-proof. But not shock proof).

Lexi opened every pod on the ship and then Allen grabbed everybody and put them on a boat. You could just be some of those people who weren't active in the initial breakout. Then they could've just followed them to Jacks house.

I completely changed my CS (yes I know its like The Winter Soldier). I just wanted to use that character with my own personality and the enhanced reflexes soooooo bad. Hoepfully he's still accepted?

I'm about to get reaaaaaaally busy, but I know what you mean about posting and then having the RP slow down.

I guess I'll post. I'm just afraid of too much 'me' concentrated in one part of text. It's why I don't instantly and immediately reply to a reply.
