Characters/Insects can't just teleport all over Konoha all the time. You should at least make it seem plausible and have the character's arrive in a post after or two posts after your initial post.

Also! About character death, again you shouldn't be able to kill anyones character wtihout their permission, under any circumstances. It should be their choice, as the controller of that Rp, when and how their character will die. They should be the allowing factor. Especially in an Rp in which almost none of the characters are even really able to defend themselves. It would be different if most, if not all, the characters were the same level. But they aren't.

Also, Corrupt should totally get the Kage summit started and done with! Everyone has pretty much agreed to say that all the Kage are there and listening.

the ANBU? they are really fast as they are supposed to be, plus Shadow told me to do so. So that i can't really do anything about, but i did edit the bugs.
Also if a character wants to kill Oda and they are A rank and below they will most likely not survive, and if they try to dodge every one of my hits to prevent as such then i will autohit, but will only autohit if they want to sit there and dodge every move Oda makes. Just saying. Like i said earlier though if you plan before just straight up fighting, i will spare your character.

I disagree with your principles thoroughly, Durn. If you give the people the ability to exempt themselves from death, there will be issues with people who refuse to die. Not only that, but there is an inherent risk/reward factor involved with practically everything in the Ninja world - for example, the (absolutely awful) mission that has sent Jinchuuriki into Konohagakure. The rewards are nothing compared to the immense risk, so it should never have been attempted - and the risk is so high because death /must/ be a factor. They are invading an enemy village, and if they're caught and executed, they should have no say in it because it is out of their control. You, as a person, have a limited amount of power in terms of your character - you cannot stop actions from occurring in character just because you don't want them to, because that infringes on other people's rights as well.

The ability to kill freely in character is a must - and those who abuse that right by, for example, randomly killing Genin, should be punished both IC and OOC. If the punishment is appropriate, the ability to kill freely is perfectly acceptable.

And frankly, I don't care about any reason's. Touzoku would *NOT* be pleased that they sent their Jinchuuriki out on such a mission. It comes across as moronic in terms of leadership.

Exactly Tuu, what he said was utter bs, that can be abused in so many ways. If you do something stupid such as walk into an enemy village, scream I have come to kill your kage and expect not to be killed because you don't want your character to die... utter crap. Death is a risk in a Naruto rp to everyone if they don't understand the situations they put themselves in. Even me, if I as Raikage invaded Konoha that has put me in risk of death, not only would i fight the Hokage but he has other S-class ninja, just because my character is a Kage and or important to me doesn't mean shit if I put myself in a position for death I should die never mind my thoughts on it. Maybe escape is an option but still.

(Unless they are A-S class or above not in the mode for an drawn out battle where I could potentially lose xD)

I'd be patient, mostly because I hardly post as it is (And I'm always lost as shit) O.o which reminds me I do need to post soon <.<

wouldn't that cause more people to become OP with their characters just to feel like they weren't being treated as inferior and make us more equal and avoid getting killed? because in that scenario it seems like more people would powerplay.

That is an issue of ability moderation, not an issue with player death.

alright. Let me shorten my view. Don't put yourself in a situation where death is obvious, then we won't kill of your character. If you do put yourself in a situation where death is imminent then character will be killed off.

Does having my sword at your neck count as "a situation where death is imminent"? :D

if my character doesn't have the power/speed to grab that sword and move it out of harms way then yes death is imminent.
