"I also need to go and repair my gundam," YingJue said, bidding farewell to Hedy and Kartal. Back in her room, she meticulously cut out and painted the spare replacement parts she had brought with her and assembled the pieces together bringing the Mythos back to its original shape. While she was doing this, she did something few people ever saw her do. When she made Gunpla, she liked be totally comfortable, and that usually meant she was wearing just a t-shirt and shorts, usually sitting cross-legged and barefoot on the floor with newspaper spread out in front of her to catch the paint and the keep the pieces on. As an added bonus, she often held the wire clippers she used between her teeth, and had stacks of empty cup ramen bowls stacked in the corner, the leftovers from her need for quick indulgence. This was a far cry from how people usually perceived her.

She considered whether she wanted to make modifications, though at this point, it might be better just to have another gundam as a backup. It would definitely be something worth considering, depending on how she did in the next round.

The Turkish champion returned to his room after buying a spaghetti vongole and a can of beer at a convenience store. He check his Marmara Hyperion for any damages to repair before tomorrow and didn't have any. He scrolled through the fansites that were crazy about the battles today. There are now predictions on who will win tomorrow with obvious fan favourites on the list.

He turned on the television to find an interview broadcasted. It was Hedy on the screen, answering some questions from Heine and the fans. By the interview it sounded like Heine is a nice person. He remembered Kirara, the image character of the 7th championship and now she's taking a hiatus to be the former Italian champion Fellini. He turned off the television and went to sleep for tomorrow.

***

The next day began quietly. After going through the final check of his Gundam Kartal headed to the stadium. There were a couple of minutes before they were allowed in so he had a look around for YingJue and Hedy to discuss strategy.

The next day had come and it was time to get ready for another day in the battling arena. Hedy found the stadium audience gathering outside when she made her way into the stadium audience. It would be a matter of time before the next battle could begin and she continued to overlook the final adjustments on The TC and other gunplas to prepare for the respective event. She looked around and saw Kartal and YingJue nearby and introduced, "Hey guys! Looking forward to the next match?"

"Nice to see it's ready. I take it you'll be ready to have another front row seat to my great victory?"
The Schwarz Bruder cosplayer carried Brian's gunplay case as they made their way through the halls when he answered following, "You bet I am Dave. I've got all the parts and stuff you said to get for the match. Not sure what some of these are supposed to do though."
Brian waved away the concern, "Concern yourself with my victory only. All of these things are soon to add up to something truly great for my show."
"I'm up for a good show at least."

After putting her finishing touches on the Mythos, YingJue went to bed, though she had a hard time falling asleep because she kept thinking of her loss as well as the lessons she had picked up during her training session.

it seemed like hardly anytime had passed when she awoke. She got ready and headed out, running first into Kartal, and then they were joined by Hedy. Yingjue flipped through the tournament schedule, trying to find out what today's competition was going to be. She had been so engrossed in fixing the Mythos, that she forgot to do research beforehand. Kartal wanted to discuss strategy, was it going to be their first team battle?

The Turkish champion produced the pamphlet he has since yesterday. “This match will be a battle royale as written on the pamphlet.” He showed the information from the pamphlet. “Every contestant will fight in one massive field of different terrain. There will be loose alliances in the battle, usually to defeat the candidates for winning the tournament and pick off those that are alone easier.” He went to the point. “Both Hedy and I will be likely targets in the match obviously. Although YingJue lost the first period it’s still possible to qualify for the finals and yesterday’s training will hopefully help. I suggest to meet up quickly in the field and work together from there.”

Sanada was one of the earliest to enter the waiting room, holding his gunpla case. He just read the description of the battle and smiled. He was ready to take on anyone that wants to challenge him.

Heine and Miguel read on the battle. “Miguel I think I’ll be fine in this round.” Heine said to his brother confidently. “We’ve been training for fights like this.”
His brother gave a nod as passed the case that had the GOUF inside. “Good luck brother.” He replied.

Lindemann stared at the rosters of the fighters. Unsurprisingly as usual everyone will be fighting in this period. There was a name there that was familiar to her from seven years ago during her time studying business in Brussels. She looked at the sunbird-shaped ring she wore and wished to shy away from seeing him.

As Brisker was going to enter the lounge he was stopped by the same aged man from yesterday. “Good morning Josef.” The man greeted. “I was hoping to catch you to introduce you to our research team leader. I hired him all the way from England to win this tournament.”
There was a blonde-haired man wearing a lab coat next to Josef’s sponsor. “I’m Dr. Jarvis, working with your sponsor Mr. Schultz.” He introduced himself “He wants me to support you by customising your Gunpla to take advantage of the Plavsky physics.” The man reached a hand.
Josef hid his uncomfort with how someone has to be hired to modify his Gunpla. “It is nice to meet you too.” He returned. “But further talks for modifications will be have to be after the battle.”
The doctor nodded. “Very well.” He replied. “Then we will make our leave.” The doctor and Schultz made their leave to observe the coming battle in their VIP lounge. Josef continued to make his way to the lounge.

"Awesome! This will be a ton of fun to get ready for!" Hedy expressed at the announcement. She had her TC gunpla prepared when she made her way down, "Be sure to look out for one another when we get to the battle guys!" Hedy's friends and the other champions began to make their way into the view of the audience when they waited for the official announcement of the next battle.

Brian heard the next round of the tournament that would be held and prepared the Vigna Ghina. "Very well. Let's bring in the next battle. I'm prepared for all of you now..." He warned under his iron mask disguise. It was now only a matter of deciding if he should assist anyone when he had the choice of simply acting as the lone wolf of the battlefield. "I shall see who is lucky enough to place themselves alongside me if I have to help anyone. Who says I'll have to be loyal though?" He waved to the audience as the other champions made their way towards the arena.

The Danish Champion observed the gunpla battlers gathering when he remembered the next round. "Time to work in a team then." He took out the Uriel gunpla and waited for the others to prepare their gunplas for the upcoming battle.

When all fighters were gathered at the large battlefield the announcer began the explanation:

“Thank for you waiting. We will now explain the second period of the world tournament. In the second period we will use this huge field for a battle with all 80 fighters. The battle ends with only one-third of the machines are left and every fight who survives will earn four points.”

Kartal was familiar with the explanation of the second period. It was always fresh in his head but it was the first serious loss he experienced seven years ago. In the subsequent years he managed to get over it and his Hyperion was further upgraded.

“PLEASE SET YOUR GP BASE”

The GP Base and Gunpla of all were set for the battle royale. The Plavsky particle dispersal began across the massive GP base with the fields generated with surface terrains from the bottom and the space field above. Kartal got his Marmara Hyperion set up. “Kartal Korkusuz, Marama Hyperion Gundam launching!” He shouted as his Gunpla came to life and entered the battlefield.

The Krav Jega was in it’s tank mode to avoid fire across a rice paddy with what looked like the wreck of the Grey Phantom on a mountain. The water did nothing to slow Josef down and gave his retalian fire in exchange. Although shooting while moving reduces accuracy the beam rifle was able to hit the GN Drive Tau of a blue-coloured Ahead to cause a chain reaction. “Data will be good!” Josef commented. He still didn’t like Jarvis from earlier.

The Marmara Hyperion was engaged in battle with a Nobel Gundam in a red, black and white colour scheme wielding what looked like a half of a scissor at Belfast. The Eagle of Istanbul struggled to gain the upperhand until he was forced to think pragmitically. He kicked the Nobel Gundam to stun it before using his scimitar to force her off the land and into the sea. The female shaped Gundam struggled to get up until a Hygogg’s claw forced it to the abyss. Kartal could only watch as if some sea monster claimed a life. “I better get out of here and find the girls.” He thought to himself to make a hasty retreat to a new field away from the sea.

"Oh boy 80 people. At least only about 77 of them will be targets." Hedy assured herself of this much when she set her TC upon its GP base. At the signal for launch she announced, "Hedy McVey doing it twice!" The TC launched itself into one of the largest battlefields it had ever been on. A map for 80 people made this a requirement after all.
She looked over the field down below and found the several dozen gunplas dueling one another without what seemed to be any sense of order. Hedy breathed when she tried to think clearly, "Okay how hard can it be to find two gunplas I've already seen?" Before she could wonder any further she saw her radar give warning to a gunplay from behind her. A freedom model with a beam javelin ready for its attempt at a surprise attack. "Yeah, I probably should have guessed." Hedy drew out two of her beam sabers to meet in time with its attack. The match had just begun and Hedy was finding herself in a corner.

"Time to put my memorization skills to the test then." Brian told himself. The Vigna Ghina appeared on the battlefield of 80 and in the next moment searched for its first target. He managed to find the Mexican champion's Deathscythe Hell in duel with a gray Acguy. Just a bit of an adjustment then..." The Vigna Ghina had its beam rifle prepared and Brian took his "interview" of the champion into account. By the time he reached the blind area of the Deathscythe Hell's backside he fired towards the two opponents. "A physical encounter is the best you can manage isn't it?" The beam rifle fired and caught both opponents in its firing range. "Hehe. Only 51 to go." Brian congratulated himself.

The TC and Freedom managed to be caught in a heated battle while Hedy did her best to continue staying in close range so the opponent wouldn't have a shot at long range. "If I keep this up at least I won't find out what YingJue went through." Hedy said reminding herself of yesterday's battle. She managed to place her skill in both beam sabers when she tried to find a way out. "Hope he doesn't see this coming. Four arms!" At this command the TC drew its other two arms and began to make a series of slices at the Freedom's midriff. The Freedom managed to catch this though and backed away in an attempt to raise its beam javelin again. The TC flew forward and managed to get the right moment of using one arm to slice at the javelin down the middle of the weapon itself while using two bottom arms to attack the cockpit area. The three attacks managed to be enough as the Freedom went down and the TC backed away.
After the explosion Hedy backed further up the mountain deciding, "Nice start. Now to just find the others." The decision was cut short as she saw a missile blast at her feet forcing her to back away again. Her scanners looked to the distance to find a yellow Zanneck taking aim with its missiles. "I'm going to be so behind by the time Kartal and YingJue find each other." She concluded. For now she withdrew two of her arms and prepared to use her beam rifle in an attempt to shoot down any missiles.

YingJue found her Mythos inside an underground Mobile suit base, similar in style to the Jaburo base. A Gundam 00 Seven Swords also appeared in the base and immediately began firing with the rifle mode of its GN Sword II Long. YingJue Ducked behind some scaffolding to avoid the beams. Though one would think that specializing in long range, the Mythos would have the advantage, the truth of the matter was that her 12 small DRAGOONs were not capable of flight under earths gravity, only her four large DRAGOONs. She sent out the two large DRAGOONs to harass the 00. However, it kept its GN Buster sword mounted on its shoulder in shield mode, projecting a protective GN field over itself. In moment of distraction, the Mythos popped out from behind cover and turned all 12 small DRAGOONs, still mounted on the backpack and shoulders, to point towards the 00 and fired a searing volley. The 00 turned so that the buster sword could shield the brunt of the damage, but that left it open for the two Large DRAGOON pods to activate their beam spikes, which were capable of penetrating anti-beam fields. The 00 concentrated on deflecting these two with its swords, but they flew away to prevent from getting destroyed, while the other two large DRAGOONs that YingJue had not sent out until later and had kept hidden in the background suddenly flew towards the 00. The four DRAGOOns then plunged in mercilessly, taking the 00 out in a surprise hit.

Making sure no other suits were in the underground base, Mythos made its way out the hangar and to the surface, noticing an explosion the distance. The Mythos plunged into the jungle as YingJue realized that cover gave her an advantage. As long as her four large DRAGOONs still had the power to fly on their own, she would keep them flying nearby, out of sight to surprise and flank opponents.

In the same jungle as YingJue’s in, the Tsukuyomi Gundam fought the opponents that approached him. One by one they were down with the shining fists of the Mobile Fighters. There was one challenger that approached him with red wings of light and Sanada recognized the Mobile Suit and smiled. “Thai champion Luang Dallara… I accept your challenge!” he shouted.

Miguel was at the announcer’s seat with Torres and Saegusa to comment on the battle and the footage shown was of Heine’s GOUF defeating a Gundam Airmaster effortlessly. “Heine has just taken down O’Neill!” Torres announced with the obligatory excitement.
The next battle commented on was a high-speed battle on the Moon involving Lindemann’s Sandesgeist and Hambrabi of Gordon Gable from Australia, coincidentally looking like Yazan. “I say this battle reminds me of the Zeta Gundam: A New Translation.” Saegusa commented on it. “You have to look at Gable’s movement. It’s like the real Gable!”
Gordon was prepared to give a massive leap at the German champion’s Gundam, transforming back into MS mode. “I’m gonna violate you!” He roared as he was about to dice the opponent.
The Sandesgeist overpowered the Hambrabi and sliced it into pieces however. “Sorry, I’m engaged.” She remarked before leaving to find a new opponent.
“And he did face a defeat like Yazan there…” Torres could only reply at the fight that took place.

When Kartal thought that he was away from most of the battles to regroup. He was in Shinjuku as ruined by the Devil Gundam. Suddenly the ground began shaking. “This has an earthquake?!” The Turkish champion reacted.
Something emerged from the ground. As it’s size became clearer, it was the Patulia Mobile Armour from Gundam X. It’s wired beam-cannons appeared from the opening ready to aim at it. “This is the fourth time we met, Eagle of Istanbul.” The pilot said from the speaker.
Kartal lookesa the Mobile Armour that appeared from under the ground. “You’re… Who were you again?” Kartal asked.
“I’M HECTOR OF CUBA DAMN IT!” The opposing Gunpla Builder shouted in anger. “I WANT REVENGE FOR ELIMINATING MY CHANGE OF WINNING FOR THREE YEARS AND LAST YEAR WAS THE LAST STRAW!” The beam-cannons began firing at the Hyperion.
The Hyperion activated it’s light-wave shield. Avoid the first beam cannons. “How much do you hate me for this?!” He asked.
Hector had enough of the Turkish champion. “ENOUGH TALK! I’LL END YOU NOW!”

The yellow Zanneck had lost its advantage when the TC made its way in and began to slice away at its blind areas. Hedy did feel concern earlier from the missile blasts but the power of her beam sabers in hand were enough to slice away such fears. She managed to slice away at both of her opponent's arms when she proclaimed, "Wohoo! Now take some of this!" The beam sabers sliced across the middle and took out the Zanneck opponent. With two kills on her record so far Hedy was proud enough to smile, "First steps are easy enough."
As the TC wandered around the mountainside it had gained a few scratches and dents from previous battles but still managed to function properly. Hedy looked down to the city ruins of Shinjuku when she tried to find the other opponents wondering, "Man five of them already and I'm not anywhere nearly close enough." She felt the earthquake that was suppose to be happening when she wondered, "What the who now?" She looked around to notice the Patulia mobile armor making its way out of the ground from the ruined city. "Wha! Those things are allowed here?!" Even if it wasn't at its full size a mobile armor was enough to get concerned about. She turned to find several mobile suits making their way towards the site. The one in the Uriel mobile suit was probably the most prepared to face it being in the lead. She contacted the pilot, "Um, hi mister. I don't know if you're up for this but I don't think either of us is going to handle taking it down singlehandedly."
The Danish Champion appeared on her screen when he answered, "Any support is voluntary. We'll just have to make sure that it's enough."
The Egyptian Champion gave the next comment answering, "Don't worry. She knows what she's doing."
Genevieve gave a word of support, "She may not sound like it but she's certainly quite an expert."
Hedy sighed relief when she asked, "Thanks guys. We're not planning to use this as a trap for each other though are we?"
The Egyptian Champion didn't show any malice when he promised, "We have a goal of taking out that mobile armor. Let's just agree to that for now."
Genevieve smiled when she promised, "Yeah you can at least trust me Hedy."
Hedy thanked, "Thanks Genevieve."
The Danish Champion prepared the Uriel to move out when he turned prompting, "Good to see that bonds can build quick out here. Let's move out and prepare for the attack."

Brian was now at the foot of the mountain for the moment picking away at the close range mobile suits that came near him. He turned around to notice the mobile armor rising from the earth from far away when he commented, "Well would you look at that out there. Didn't even expect something like this." He managed to keep his cool when he thought out, "I could just sit here and camp for incoming opponents. Then again I'd be missing an opportunity." When he took out his beam rifle he found several opponents nearby in an open battle who might hopefully be distracted easily enough. "Perhaps if I can clear a path towards it however..." He fired towards the gathering of opponents and saw several making their way towards the location of the Vigna Ghina. Recognizing the New Zealand Champion was probably at least one factor to them hoping to take him out. The Vigna Ghina made its way towards the city ruins when Brian grimaced, "Perfect example of a beam rifle. This is bound to catch their attention sooner or later."

The emergence of the Patulia seemed to attract many fighters towards it, leaving the rest of the map somewhat sparse. YingJue sent the Mythos Gundam in the general direction of the commotion. As it exited the forest, the Mythos ran across a beach. Missiles flew out of the water at it, but the Mythos turned the beam shields on its massive shoulder pack on, blocking the missiles. When the smoke cleared, the broken body of a Nobel Gundam got tossed ashore in a threatening gesture as a Hygogg pulled itself out of the water menacingly.

YingJue turned the Mythos to the right and fired her beam rifle in that direction. At the same time, multiple beams came firing back. The Hygogg turned towards the same direction, thinking that he and the Mythos were being ambushed by another group of fighters. But when he turned all he saw were four large DRAGOONs pointed at him, DRAGOONs which belonged to the Mythos. It was a trick. Before the Hygogg could turn back Yingjue had hit him square on with numerous beams.

She proceeded to head towards the Patulia when a Zansbine appeared from the jungle. The Mythos and Zansbine took aim at each other but didn't fire.

"Hey, you're the Chinese champion, right?" asked Luang, the pilot of the Zansbine.

"Yes," YingJue replied to the Thailand champion.

"There seems to be something going on over there, I think it's a mobile armor. I think everyone's teaming up to take it down. You in?"

The Mythos lowered it's beam rifle.

"Alright, let's go then," Luang said, taking this gesture as an agreement.

As they headed over, YingJue followed closely behind.

"I think we'll see something as soon as we get over this ridge--" Luang's sentence was cut short when the Mythos unleashed a steady salvo of beams into the Zansbine's back. Luang's fans who had their eyes on the Zansbine roared with disapproval at this unsportsman-like display from YingJue. She was a little taken aback herself, unsure why she had done it. Her breathing became a little erratic as she gripped the controls tightly. She didn't trust anybody. Looking over the ridge, she could see the battle against the Patulia. She saw The TC and the Marmara Hyperion. These two she promised herself she would never betray, and dashed into the fray.

The uproar from Luang's fans got the attention of the announcers. "It looks like Luang is out!" Saegusa announced, astonished like everyone else.
The camera was zoomed to the Mythos, the Gundam that backstabbed the favourite champion. "There are no rules for backstabbing in battle royal." Torres commented. "Looks like Chilvalry has died in Gunpla battles... Once again." It tended to happen every year with obvious backlash.

A warband headed to the Vigna Ghina was under the leadership of a grey-coloured Bawoo. "There's that Carozzo cosplayer! Kill him first and we'll think of what to do later!" They were unwittingly frought to the ruins where the Patulia was making it's rampage. They stopped when they were in front of the Mobile Armour. "We'll get this ugly bugger down first! That Carozzo cosplayer can wait!"
The beam attacks that came from the warband were nullified by the I-field built inside the Patulia. Kartal gave a bitter laugh at the situation. "It sounds like you unintentionally gained some attention with your Mobile Armour."
Hector returned a smile. "Well I can end this period quickly then!" The Patulia concentrated fire on the enemies, making short work of them but left a distraction for the Danish champion's group to exploit.
Kartal took the chance to distance from the Mobile Armour. There he noticed the Mythos Gundam, YingJue's Mobile Suit. "YingJue! Glad you made it!" He welcomed her oblivious to her pragmatic kill of the Zansbine. The Turkish champion noticed Hedy with the Danish Champion's group. "Hedy, it's Kartal! The Mobile Armour here is immune to beam attacks! Either kinetic projectiles or close-combat will have to be used beat this thing!" He had a flash of idea that makes use of his allies' abilities. "YingJue, I need your DRAGOONs to distract the Patulia. I will make a charge with my close-combat weapon with the distraction."

The TC and its group of gunplas found their way towards the foot of the mountain when Hedy spotted the Marmara Hyperion among the ruins on her radar. “Hey down there! That’s Kartal!”
The Egyptian Champion contacted her, “Someone you know I take it?”
“Yeah, me and another friend were hoping to regroup but it looks like he’s got himself in a tight spot.”
The Danish Champion confirmed their current mission, “The mobile armor is our current concern. We’ll have to hope that all of us can take it down.”
Hedy looked for the ground across when she announced, “He should be able to handle himself. I better move in and make sure.”
The Danish Champion asked, “Can you cover her Genevieve?”
Genevieve accepted the responsibility, “Sure thing. I might find a weak underside if I’m lucky.”
The Danish Champion brought his next question to the Egyptian one, “Can the Kyrios take a great deal of punishment?”
“Against those lasers I might be able to sweep in for a few seconds of distraction at close range.”
“If I can make it I should be able to land the first blow at least. I’ll make sure to keep you covered.”
“And I’m supposed to go off your word on this plan?”
“I have the Uriel. It’s got the weapon necessary for it. Besides we’ve come this far haven’t we?”
The Egyptian Champion paused for a moment before he decided, “I guess you’re definitely not one of the backstabbers. You break your word and I’m going to make sure you pay for it though.”
“Gladly.” The Uriel prepared its buster sword and found the warband lead by the Bawoo down below. The Patulia fired its weapons when the Danish Champion announced, “It’s focused on the band headed in, now’s our chance!”
Hedy had the TC prepare two beam sabers when she asked, “Let’s move in Gen!”
Not minding her nickname Genevieve agreed, “Right behind you!”

The Kyrios had transformed into its fighter mode sweeping towards its target. The Kyrios variation swept in and made its attacks with the Wing Zero beam rifle. “You see this coming?” The Kyrios pilot cursed his luck when he observed, “Aw crap. That shield’s still stuck strong. And this is supposed to be way more powerful than standard.” “Aw come on!” At the last moment a shield flew across the sky and into the lasers. The shield managed to bounce the lasers away from the Kyrios and back to the gunpla that handled it. The Uriel made its jump from one of the buildings and changed the shield back into its buster sword mode. Making a final strike towards the Patulia it brought a long scratch against the mobile armor’s left side destroying many of the lasers on its side. Before it could manage to hit the torso of the mobile armor it went into an attack mode. The Uriel made another jump and hit the top of the nearest building.
The Kyrios made its way across the skies from its fortunate situation. “Woah… Did not see that coming.” The Egyptian Champion observed.
The Danish Champion thanked the cooperation, “Good work. We should be able to break in further.”
The Kyrios made its way back to the mobile armor’s location when he added, “If you can do anything about that I-field I’ll be able to reduce that thing to nothing.”
The Uriel made its jumps from one building to the next when the pilot promised, “I’ll see if I can hit anything.”

The TC and the Rose Gundam sliced their way through the opponents who made their way in. “They’re really gathering up around here!”
Genevieve agreed when she found out, “When the field offers an unusual event it drives everyone near it seems.”
Hedy observed the mobile suits nearby and pointed out, “There he is. And YingJue made it!”
Genevieve observed the damage from above and promised, “It looks like those two have got the mobile armor’s attention. Let’s hope they can put in some further damage. I’ll help clear a way.”
Hedy moved in and avoided every shot the opponents down below were given. “Perfect. We’ve got this good.” The TC made its way towards the two friendly units when Hedy introduced, “Kartal. YingJue. It looks like you’ve both managed to make it. And here I was worried about being the late one.”

Brian looked through the destruction and saw the Patulia destroy much of its opposition. “Perfect. Now that they’ve got their attention on this thing… I think I’ll offer some covering fire.” The Vigna Ghina began to fire at the nearest opponents when they made their way in. “Good to see that even the close range battlers were headed here.”

YingJue was still a little shaken from what she had done, and though Hedy and Kartal would trust her for this match ,she wondered if they still would after they found out. But she would have to think about that later.

"Understood, Kartal," YingJue replied. She sent her four large DRAGOONs, the only ones which could actually fly under gravity, to harass the Patulia, while firing beams at it from her beam rifle and the small DRAGOONs mounted on the Mythos. Of course, her beams were unable to penetrate the Patulia's I-field, but she sent her large DRAGOONs to fly between the field and the Patulia since solid matter could penetrate, allowing them to fire uninhibited. Of course, the Patulia was also well armored, and the beams from her DRAGOONs were probably like pea shooters to it. Kartal was prepared to move into close range and Hedy's arrival with the TC made YingJue think she was planning on doing the same thing. YingJue realized that close range combat was probably another weakness of hers that she might have to try to compensate for. "I...I just got here..." YingJue said to Hedy, not in the mood to speak much of what she had just done to the Thai champion.

The DRAGOONs of the Mythos and the Danish Champion's alliance were enough to distract Hector for the killing blow. The Marmara Hyperion dashed out of cover and made it's charge. To be able to jump to the Mobile Armour's level he used the remains of the grey Bawoo as a springboard. Once the Turkish champion's Gundam landed on the Patulia from the side that lost it's psycommu cannons he lunged his heavy close-combat weapon to the cockpit. "That that!" He roared. With the cockpit torn apart the Mobile Armour began it's descent to the ground and Kartal had his Gundam escape from the subsequent explosion. A few seconds after the Mobile Armour's destruction the dispersal of the Plavsky Particles ended.

"BATTLE ENDED"

The spectators cheered as the intense battle that the Patulia dominated ended. The survivors of the battle were listed and four points were granted to them. Kartal gave a sigh of relief as there was support to defeat some nightmare of a Mobile Armour. As the fighters left the arena for the lounge he decided to wait for Hedy and YingJue to arrive.

Rumours immediate flew about how YingJue defeated Luang. That fighter got the attention of Gordon, who was first frustrated with his defeated by the German champion. The Australian champion found the Chinese champion. "So I heard that you defeated Luang? Congratulations." He introduced. "Gordon Gable."

Lindemann wiped her sweat as the battle ended. She heard about how one massive Mobile Armour was in the battle but she was fighting in space. She saw how some fighters attempting to join from space but they were shot down by others when they became easy targets. She read the names of the survivors and hers was included. She found the Danish champion's survival unsurprising as she knew him well. She followed the crowd back to the lounge before leaving for her room.

The Kyrios made its way to the ground when it transformed and fired towards any nearby opponents when he heard the Danish Champion comment, “I’ll just have to make another pass now.”
The Egyptian Champion continued to fire when he answered, “You’re on your own just so you know. I’ve got some ground issues to take care of down here.”
The Uriel made a leap from one of the nearby tops of a building when the champion agreed, “No problem.” The Uriel made its jump behind the Patulia and changed its buster sword back to shield mode. The champion made his aim for the mobile armor’s torso when he announced, “Right there!” In that moment the Uriel threw its shield towards the center of the torso and flew back to the gunpla’s arm. As the mobile armor began to fall down the gunplas were still exploding as the Uriel made its way towards the nearest building. “Looks like this match will end pretty soon.”

Hedy recognized the mobile armor going down when she warned, “It’s going down! We should move!”
Genevieve was nearby when she agreed, “Don’t have to tell me twice!” It was a few moments after those comments the mobile armor began to erupt on the ground. In that moment the plavsky particles ended the battlefield and the victors had been chosen.

The Vigna Ghina managed to make its way behind one of the nearby building when Brian saw the Patulia descending to the ground. “Oh boy. Looks like that thing’s going down now.” His gunpla made its way from the potential blast radius when he parted, “Sorry pal, you’re on your own.” The Vigna Ghina made its way back while firing at any nearby opponents that arrived in his range.

When the battle ended Brian lifted his gunpla commenting, “Easy enough. They should still believe my abilities by now.”
The Scwarz Bruder cosplayer cheered him, “Awesome work Dave! Would have been cool if you took on the Patulia yourself but you showed the other guys what you’re made of.”
Brian nodded when he thanked, “Hehe. Yeah I thought so. I’m already up for the next match after this.”

The Egyptian Champion shook his head when he recovered from the rush of the recent battle commenting, “Man. He’s quite the guy.” The Uriel’s attacks were something almost reminiscent of a professional battler few others were able to match.
The Danish Champion picked up his gunpla commenting, “Another great match. Hope it continues this well.”

Hedy rolled her neck when she relieved herself from the recent victory. She now had seven points in the tournament making for a pretty good standing at this point. She made her way to the lounge when she greeted Kartal and YingJue saying, “Nice work guys. We didn’t stick together as much as we thought but we didn’t do too bad right?”

YingJue was a bit apprehensive when Gordon approached her, "Y-yes, I did. I'm Fang Yingjue..." The guilt was startign to get to her, and she was afraid this Gordon was now going to either reprimand her or keep an eye out for her in future battles.

When Hedy approached, YingJue felt caught between a rock and a hard place, wondering if Hedy and Kartal knew already, and what their thoughts were.

Gordon laughed at YingJue's anxiety. "I approve." He returned. "You gave a blow to a fan favourite so it gives me a better chance after I lost to that Lindemann lady! I'll look forward to your other battles soon!" He laughed away, content with verifying the madness and now off to get lunch and allowing her to return to her allies.

The Turkish champion responded to Hedy's question on their battle. "Although we gathered late, we did work well." Kartal gave his insight. "It will be mostly individual matches from now on so teaming like that won't happen for a while. We can root for each other during our matches however if that will help." He showed no awareness of YingJue's actions but it will be a matter of time as news spread fast. "I'm not sure what the next match is so we will be left on our own."

Josef got out of the lounge to find Schultz and Jarvis again. Schultz was giving a slow applause. "You did well again Josef." He congratulated. "You used the Krav Jega well."
The Israeli champion did find the Mobile Suit suiting for him. "It did serve it's purpose of being utilitarian sir." He replied.
Jarvis gave a nod. "I found your tactic of fidning cover to stay inactive as possible concerning for data-collection." He added.
Josef got his answer. "In this survival round it is better to have the more hot-blooded enemeis to destroy themselves first." The man justified. "I think like a soldier in this."
Jarvis saw the truth in the tactic. "We still have time for the tests." He replied. "Good luck Josef." He gave a handshake before he left.
