Roxy lands awkwardly on the ground. "Brilliant way to start the day Roxy. Sprain your Nacked and you won't be able to work to work tonight."

"Nacked? Weird thing to call your leg." Donny stood just a few feet in front of Roxy, not there previously. The size difference between the two was a little absurd; Roxy barely reached to Donny's shoulder and was at least three times as wide, and somehow he managed to conceal himself. Had too really, otherwise the cops would have found him a while ago.

"Well I'm a strange person." Roxy admitted turning her attention to the man behind her. She studied him thoughtfully. "You have some skills."

Donny shrugged his shoulders. "You don't make it as far as I do without them. You mentioned something about work a little while ago... Don't suppose my skills could land me a job with you?

Donny shrugged his shoulders.

"How would you feel about being a bodyguard? I can't pay much but I'll give you half of whatever I make. You can stay at my hotel." Roxy offered.

Minerva walked to donny, she was sorry for ignoring him

"Bodyguard huh? Hmm..." Donny never worked as a bodyguard before. He supposed he did have the bulk for it, but lacked all the equipment. But a job was a job, so he'll take it. "Sounds good to me. We can work out the contract later, where-" That's when that girl from before arrived, apologizing for not paying attention to him. "Uh, it's cool. Hope you're okay. So anyways, the name's Donny. To whom do I owe the honor of calling Boss?"

"My brother Niklaus Mikaelson anyway its good to meet you." Minerva went to shake donnys hand "I am Minerva Mikaelson and im human, my brother is not though."

She smiled, and put the money back in her bag. "Thanks." As she put the money away she spotted the two debit cards she had swiped. When she looked up she watched him reading the numbers on his phone, and nodded when he asked if she wanted to test her skills. "I'd love to. How will we split the take?" She asked smiling. She held out the two debit cards to him "How would you like to test your skills too? I lifted these earlier today. I don't think they'll be missed anytime soon. If you'll access the accounts for these we can split the take 50/50."

He chuckled
"Never swipe a card honey, they get traced so fast it's sickening. And as for the target, I'll take 40%, you can take 60."
He chuckles, taking the cards and tossing them
"Guys like me only deal in cash."

Lea nodded. "Sounds good to me, and thanks for the tip about the card tracking. From now on I'm only going to take cash and gift cards."she was always careful about which ATM she used when she took debit cards and only used machines with broken cameras, but apparently she was lucky she hadn't gotten caught.

He says, wrapping his arm around her shoulders in a way that didn't come off as awkward

Donny quietly began to ignore Minerva Mikaelson. "Must be one of those crazy types..." Donny than reached out to shake Roxy's hand/ "Eh, I handle myself pretty well with fisticuffs, but you know, when I need to protect myself I have these." Donny rubbed his forearm a little bit before snapping his arms down, revealing and extending two batons, at least three feet long each. "They never expect someone like me to have them up my sleeve. Good too, better for the element of surprise." And of course, Donny had one more weapon tucked away, but that one really was a secret. Didn't want anyone too freaked out if he showed it. "Never handled a gun before though, sorry. I'd feel more comfortable with one if I'm expected to protect you though."

Roxy grinned as he relieved two batons he had hidden away. She reached into her boot and with draw one of her knives. "I prefer knives myself. Unfortunately I have to be unarmed if I want to get paid. So it would be nice to have someone watching my back. I can get you a gun. I have a couple at the hotel I told you about. If your willing to protect me while I work I'll give you a room in the hotel. It isn't much but it's clean and dry."

Home, a job, and some heat? Donny was sold. As long as he doesn't have to go up against the army or something; a few gangbangers he can handle, maybe a cop or two, but he knows when to cut his loses. Taking the knife, Donny tucked it into his sleeves. "Awesome. So uh, we going to that hotel now, or is this a sort of "trial by fire" thing where you go to work and i just sort of follow behind you?"

(Also, what kind of knife is it? Pocket knife, fixed blade, what?)

(You name it and Roxy collects it. She is sort of obsessed with them. She carries several knives on her. In her hand would be a hunting knife.)

Roxy chuckled. "I'll show you the hotel. You can pick out a room and see if any of the weapons I have interest you. I won't get many taker until after dark. I need to change into something more work appropriate anyway." Roxy heads to the rougher side of town. She passes many abandoned buildings. It takes about 10 minutes for her to Donny to the hotel she had found.

Donny followed Roxy back to her hotel. It was a dump, but better than most places Donny's been sleeping at. At least this place seemed structurally sound. "Alright, I guess I'll take a look around than." Donny, for the moment, left Roxy to her own devices as he picked out a room. He chose a room that seemed to be some sort of Security Office. There were a bunch of monitors to what was presumably security cameras, but there wasn't any power flowing through them. Fine by him though, it was centered and would allow him to get to parts of the hotel quickly. He dropped off most of his things, just traveling gear such as bedding and what not, and only took what he figured he'd need for "Body-Guarding". Weapons and tools. Roxy gave him a nice little fixed blade, a large bowie knife of sorts. Despite being a little bit bigger than his forearm, Donny was able to hide that on his person well enough. Indeed, his clothes seemed much to tight fitting to hide anything, but that would make the surprise all the more astonishing. He remembered that Roxy mentioned about weapons, so once he was done he looked for her. "Hey boss, I dropped off my stuff. I don't suppose I can get a look at those weapons you mentioned before?"

Roxy had been sitting in her room going through her few belongings trying to decide what she wanted to wear tonight. Not that she had many choices, but the outfit often made a difference. The wrong look would scare clinents way or attract more attention then she wanted. Unfortunately most of her clothing was skin tight leather. She looked up from her mini skirts to see Donny had returned. Roxy had chosen the managers suite for herself. It was near the front allowing her to come and go with ease. "there isn't a lot to choose from but I have managed to gather a few things over the last 6 months." Roxy lead him to on of the supply rooms. She had use all the cleaning supplies. Now the shelves held weapons. There were hunting knifes, pocket knives, military knives, and throwing knives" she also had two rifles, three pistols, and two handguns.

Donny whistled at the wide selection. "Nice stuff you got here. Don't worry, I won't ask where you got it from. Sometimes you just pick this stuff up, y'know? Let's see... I guess I'll trade this... Get one of these... That should be it." Donny traded the knife Roxy gave him for a trench knife; nice little slasher with a pair of knuckledusters attached to the hilt. Just for an added punch. He also took himself a solid handgun; some sort of revolver. He didn't know much about using guns, so he might as well take the one that would pack the most punch. Hiding these weapons on him, he was a bit curious as to what Roxy needed him to protect her from. "So... What's this job you're heading towards anyways? I mean, must be dangerous if you want me to protect you..."
