So here's my question: I have watched most of the episodes but I'm still not extremely familiar with everything Fairy Tail. But would it still be okay if I joined? I might need some help with it all.

yeah, I finished Janus off, added one more 'form' as it were to give a bit more depth, this one isn't so stompy and is more build round prolonged combat. also added a history and extended his personality a bit.

I have a quick question about jobs, is there going to be a bulletin that we get jobs from? Sorta like a list of missions that each team can choose from.

also we have to meany people for just one team. unless we take on some BIG missions.
and yeah, Janus tends to like to deal with things his own way.

hmmm i'll answer this one. Its pretty much free for you guys to choose. But quite often I'll dictate the missions because of plot etc.

White Fury - Eira holds her hand out in front of her with fingers spread and a sort of snowstorm will come from her hand.
White Blizzard - Drops the temperature in an area by making it snow. She's still working on this one as it won't always happen in the place that she wants it.
White Fang - A snowstorm, much like White Fury, but it will wrap around the person it is directed at.
White Out - She can create a snowstorm that will blind her opponents and cover them in snow. Only problem is that she will sometimes get swept up in her own storm and end up in the same position as her opponent.
Personality: When people see Eira they tend to think that she is a sweet and innocent girl, but she can be far from her own appearance. She can be hard headed and rude at times, although normally she is rather nice. The uninterested look she gives to people is to keep them from trying to talk to her like she is six rather then nineteen. Eira likes working with people, but she doesn't always enjoy taking orders from others and she will quickly tell anyone what she thinks of their plan.
History: Eira was young when she came to Fairy Tail, but not as young as some of the others. She showed up when she was 10 because her family hadn't truly practiced magic. She had wanted to practice magic and become one of the greatest, but her parents had thought that would be a waste of her time and instead that she should spend her time on working to take over the family business. Her family owns a small shop in another town in Fiore and she was going to join a different guild, but when she heard about Fairy Tail she knew she had to be there. It took a long time before she was even considered to be able to do a job on the request board.
