I'm really horrible at introducing myself, but here I go! To say a few things about myself, I am a young lady from Nebraska swimming up to my ears in corn. I am also a master at horrible puns. My hobbies include writing short stories, drawing, singing, and gaming and I've just been looking for a nice and cuddly role playing community (pretty much) free from those who shame others for a lack of writing ability. I am a very shy individual and I get really anxious when I see those kinds of things, so it's best that I stay away from it.

I just turned 18 and have been looking to get back into the swing of role playing. Every past attempt to find a decent role playing community that has topics of interest to me have failed and I'm really hoping this place will serve to satisfy my role playing needs better. That being said, I'm very picky about what topics I like to participate in. I've always had a huge fascination with vampires and they have primarily dominated my role playing taste. No idea why. I've tried some other types of role play that I really enjoyed, such as island survival, zombie apocalypse, gifteds, and egg hatching, but that craving for vampires never stays down for very long. One role play that I would REALLY be into at the moment is a Skyrim-based role play. Totally obsessed with that game AND I can have a vampire character with it being completely canonical.

Anyway, I'm sorry for the wall of text. I'm a big talker, too.

I hope to start roleplaying soon... but first I have to wait until our printer is hooked up so I can scan some pictures of my characters (I don't want to start before I do so... and I don't really want to make a description thing about it... reference pics are better imo. LOL I'm weird). I'm socially awkward as well. XD Vampires are cool, but tbh Werewolves are more my thing. XP Our things we like are almost the same btw. Oh, and I'm 15. XD Anyways, um, enjoy your stay here and... if ya ever wanna talk then that's awesome! XD

If I may suggest try looking at some Nations RPs. Not everyone's slice of pie but they can be pretty fun. Especially when your doing Sci-Fi or Fantasy NRPs where you can have a lot of freedom to write out every little single fiber of your nation. Oh and in most NRPs it mainly like character roleplaying, except your doing many characters who decisions effect the outcomes of whole nations.

If you do decide to try NRPs im going to be a bit bias here and say look into the New Order. Its as Post WW3 NRP where I'm GM.

Thank you for the kind wishes, Psych, but I haven't found many vampire role plays as of this moment. Only a couple.

I came from the role playing world of Neopets where the vampire role plays were by the 10s every night and replies were rapid-fire, so I'm still getting used to things here.

I checked out the rp and, while interesting, I'm scared of it lol. I feel like I don't know near enough Elder Scrolls lore to be useful and I've never even seen a nations rp before, plus everyone else seems to know what they're doing. I have very low confidence in myself, in case you couldn't already tell!
