"Don't worry I'm always ready!" Akane smugly stated knowing that even she could get surprised. The Promoter/Initiator pair to Akane was a bit different than most. The initiator was more active and even seemed insubordinate. Akane herself tended to occasionally take the lead due to her natural abilities, but usually was too shy to take charge outside of combat. Soon her eyes turned to the promoter who sounded like most adults when talking business. It wasn't anything she could feel worried about considering a monster was nearby.

Seikou took the lead and Akane trailed. When they stacked up on the wall Akane's eyes red just as Seikou's weapon was drawn. "No change yet and it isn't close. Maybe...37 meters ahead, but nothing strong yet." she plainly stated. Her own eagerness was supressed for the moment. The thought it was still probably a human bugged her, but in combat Akane was always more focused on the hunt instead of caring. That was always something that happened afterwards whether she liked it or not.

"Okay I'm ready."

Kiri pulled her phone out when it started to vibrate. It wasn't even really timed right, well atleast in her mind. She was busy seeing off Yuki, who just took off, which was more then fine. She rathered the girl go be with her own promoter before anything else. Then she could invite them all for a nice feast to introduce the gang to one other fully. Though the factor that she needed to make this entire mission more important then it should have needed to be was still pulling at her. She pulled out her phone and with a quick tilt to the right she noticed the people pulling up to her with a Cursed Child from the looks of it. She sighed lightly as she waited for Hido to finish explaining the man who was calling. “Just put him threw i'll have to deal with 2 things at once as it is.” She stated as the man put the line threw as she looked to the officers still on the phone itself. She looked down to the initiator and back up to the men who had been saying about the situation, and why she was brought here. It was sketchy at best. But she didn't see this as an attempt on her life but she was going to make sure.

“Hello~” she said on the phone while waving at the men at the same time. “So you wanted to give me an intiator to find a new promoter huh? You sure it's okay to give it to the witch?” She stated, saying her nickname out loud. She looked to the side to see if Marius had picked out a vehical for them yet. Looking back.

“Sorry about that, i'm merely doing multiple things at once. I hear that you had an application put in. Well, it's your lucky day it seems. You'll be receiving a notification on your phone...well hopefully your phone has on, and transportation will pick you up in a short while to bring you to the current session we are having for new recruits. And Don't worry we will be giving you a temporary Initiator. We just seemed to have caught a new cute one today.” She stated as she looked at the cursed child before her. Her own warm smile on her face as she looked her over. Though she really hoped the fact that the PMC guards had come around her so viciously while she was standing there in the middle of a 2 way conversation didn't give off a bad rep to the young one already.

“We'll take her, just file all the reports accordingly with the office. And make sure IISO knows this is a favor they owe us for now.” She stated in a sort of order. Though no one was in a position to negotiate. The amount of PMC's around here were great and all hired by her seemingly retarded fathers obsession that she will be harmed. But in the long run she couldn't go in war with the company. So for now, it was merely just talks. “Hopefully everything would go well.” She stated.

Mai

"We just seemed to have caught a new cute one today." Mai immediately looked away while folding her arms over each other "Hmpf" as a slight blush appeared on her face. “We'll take her, just file all the reports accordingly with the office. And make sure IISO knows this is a favor they owe us for now.” It was for the most part gibberish to her but she knew that they would take her in. The man holding all the luggage closed the suitcase as they both started to walk inside. Mai looked around and saw the the two man already started to walk in the building past all the guards. She couldn't move one inch after seeing all the guards around her with no one to really protect her for now. She wanted to just run away but where to. She didn't have anything anymore and the two man took her bag inside. Really how could she trust any of this and what where they talking about earlier a witch or something like that. But she didn't even have a witch hat or a broomstick this was all far to suspicious. It was all far to much for a kid of 8 years old. She putted her hands on her head and moved towards the ground moving into a little ball. She closed her eyes like there was nothing to worry about as she tried to calm herself down. The two man returned out of the building and headed towards the car with only their silver suitcase and seem to have left the bag behind. They stepped in the car and drove away into another direction of where they came from. Mai could only get a quick glance at them as they left, leaving her behind on her own. She only tightend the grip around her head and wished that all of them would disappear into the sky.

Flint nearly yelled out as he was scooped up and soon was on the roof.
"Don't do that... it looks weird.." Sure she was strong and could easily lift him but he always felt inferior being carried by her.
Flint took the clip of prototype rounds. "So these are supposed to paralyse?" Flint asked as he slipped the clip into his pocket. He placed his gun case down and soon had assembled his large rifle. He passed Yuki some binoculars from within as Flint looked through the sight. He could see the new recruits walking into the building, he adjusted and continued to view them through a sky window.
"So what do you think of them so far?" Flint asked, his eye still fixed to the scope as he watched the recruits.

Takeshi listened to the phone intently, sweat drops forming on the back of his neck as he made a u-turn away from the park. The chaos that seemed to be happening on the other side was a bit jarring, but Takeshi quickly regained his composure and responded.

"Alright ma'am, I'll prepare myself accordingly. I wasn't expecting such a quick follow-up to be honest, so I apologize for not being completely prepared." he stated as he re-entered his house and quickly tore up the initial note he had left. "Approximately how long will it be until the transportation you called for arrives?" he asked as he hastily re-wrote the note about leaving, this time chalking it up to the 'job interview'. Leaving no time to waste, Takeshi dashed up the stairwell to the second floor of his house and put the phone on speaker and placed it on his desk as he changed out of his casual garb and began changing into his suit. After that was done, he opened up his closet and pulled out an old black case, the looks of which sent shivers down his spine. Opening the dusty leather box, Takeshi sighed as he saw an M16 sitting inside the casing.

"...So inside this is dad's old assault rifle, huh? I never thought I'd have to see it again, but at the same time... I guess this is for the best." he said quietly to himself before closing the case up and slinging it over his back. Moving back to pick up the phone, Takeshi listened intently for his employer's response.

Yuki

"But it's quicker~!!" Yuki told Flint who complained about being carried up. "Yeah they paralyse, they use my poison after all." She took the binoculars, although she didn't need it exactly, but it meant she wouldn't need to release her power. Watching them all gather around the door. "The gastrea is still in human form. I wonder how they will handle it." she explained to Flint.
"I can't read the promoter, Akane seems cute, and fun. I think I'll get along with her, but I don't think she has much experience. Hitoshi, well, considering that he was a promoter before, he should have experience. I don't think too badly of him. So what do you think?" she asked, seeing Seikou kick down the door.
"Looks like they are on the move. Well, let's see what they do." Yuki started to smirk mischievously a little.

Seikou

Looking curiously at the man who finally spoke up named Masanori Hitoshi. All he could do was wonder why he had a tail. But he ignored that, and just nodded at his words. No initiator .... whatever. [i] he shrugged off in his mind. [i]37 meters .... and no change. he recorded in his head. He turned, to the door, looked at Akane and Hitoshi to let them know he was going to open it. Kicking open the door, the inside of the warehouse had crates, stacked pretty high. He would have to maneuver around them. Turning to Akane as he walked inside, he pointed up, indicating to her to get a view from above. Looking at Hitoshi, he pointed to the left side, indicating for Hitoshi to go that way, to cover more area.

Walking through the door, he walked to the right. Nothing there, around the crates, nothing. He continued in a bit further but did not spot anything.

Hitoshi caught the signal, nodded briefly, and left the pair. Turning left, he walked silently up to a stack of crates and leaned against it, closing his eyes. He focused his hearing for any signs of Gastrea's breathing, which were usually loud and telltale, unless it was a special type of course. Hearing nothing, he concluded that either the Gastrea had not festered yet or was simply a stealthy type. He hoped it wasn't the latter, as it would prove much more dangerous for them to split up. They could get assassinated any second.

Adjusting his grip on his sword, Hitoshi spun out from the corner, ready for any ambush. It seemed like overkill, to approach every corner so cautiously, but Hitoshi had learned that caution was his greatest ally. Overconfidence was lethal, even to the strongest of warriors. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted Akane making her way up to get a bird's eye view. 'That's good, that's our blind spot covered... Now all that's left is to...'

He made his way down the passage, wall on his left and crates on his right. Still no definitive proof of the existence of said Gastrea. '37 meters would be right about there...' Hitoshi thought as he backed up against a crate. If he turned right, that passage would lead straight to where Akane had predicted the Gastrea to be. He decided to wait a little bit longer for any actions from the other two.

Marius stood quiet for the longest time while Kiri took her calls. He decided to go with the black vechile. Though considering the choice of cars, any of them would have stood out. Though the black one was more common to him than the others for the business types..

Checking around and inside, he was lucky to find the keys in the glove compartment. He then checked his equipment over.

"...were ready", Marius called to Kiri as he stood at attention like some of the other guards. Full time or merc, he respected the protocol around here when it came down to business.

He then noted the "witch" comment from someone then he saw the IISO members who were just leaving and a little girl who appeared to be a cursed child at Kiri's feet curled up and all with a furry-looking tail.

Walking away from the car and back to Miss Kiri, his hand on the hilt of his Varaium Katana, he then asks, "...any trouble here?"

Akane nodded and jumped a dozen meters into the air and grabbed the railing for the walk way above. She flipped over and landed softly making as little noise as she could. Her stance currently was almost crouched as if stalking an animal. To her there was something akin to a trail in front of her. Seikou and Hitoshi were there covering their zones which gave her some confidence especially seeing them both move liked the professionals they were. With a small grin on her face Akane kept going forward getting closer to the target.

From her vantage point the entire room was big with plenty of areas there target could be hiding. As she went ahead the other two seemed to be closing in. Although faint she could hear their footsteps while hers tapped against the metal. She kept low and dashed ahead smelling something rather strong. Not necessarily a Gastrea. Akane was now at a perfect position that somewhat covered Hitoshi. He was close and it didn't seem like the target moved, but it was no where on the ground floor. Looking around her nothing particularly monstrous was in view, but the smell was still there.

"Where is..." she stopped as a large green mucus like substance dropped on the crates near Hitoshi. There wasn't a large splash, but on impact the crates melted. Akane looked straight at the ceiling where it came from. There were no lights in that area giving it an almost perfect place to hide. Its body was completely black, long and worm like, but with dozens of little legs. Its mouth dripped with the acid and seemed to have been preparing for an ambushed. The second it detached itself from the ceiling Akane immediately reacted.

"Target spotted!" she yelled jumping from her walkway and kicking the creature as it fell down. The Gastrea impacted into the wall near Hitoshi nearly going completely through, but it was still intact. Akane landed on top of some crates near hitoshi. "Crap it must've just transformed!"

Kiri heard the boy talk on the phone and just laughed lightly. “Well it would be good for you to remember that when on duty, at any moment a gastrea can attack, or any moment you can be called. It's best to always be prepared.” She stated as she watched the men finally leave and looked to Marius with a nod. “it seems the Witch has another Cursed Child to look after~” She says with a cute like tone as she bent over to the girl seeming to be on the ground. “Marius, can you bring the car over in a moment? We will need to meet the location soon.” She sighed for a moment as she thought about the time.

“Well one should be there shortly, I can't give you the exact time as my Vice President is the one who sent them off. But i'm sure you'll be picked up in probably 5 minutes or less...well maybe 5 minutes from when you were transferred to my cell...sooo probably sometime between now to 1 minute from that time.” She stated calmly “don't worry, it looks just like a normal civilian vehicle. We'll be meeting up at the meet point all together. Though you may have to deal with some temperary things before you are fully set up with a partner. Though I don't mind it myself.” She stated as if she even possibly was worried about something so little. “i'll be hanging up. Hope to see you soon...oh and hopefully you make it threw this test and not die.” She says at the end hanging up. She looks to the young cursed child and moves in to pet her.

“Hello, my name is Kiri, I guess i'll be your sort of mother for abit.” She stated as she smiled at her kindly, she waited patiently for the car to pull up. She was going to have to ask this young one into the car itself before she even bothered with anything else. Then she'd call in her mansion and explain a possibly room for her. She was never really sure if they would stay or not, but it was still good to have rooms prepared.

Mai

She looked up in curiosity as she saw the woman nod to one of the men that was just standing with her “Marius, can you bring the car over in a moment? We will need to meet the location soon.” 'O his name is Marius and the woman is called Witch, Wait... they are going to leave me here' She looked around at the guards and looked up again seeing that the woman looked at her. She moved into the same position as before again as the woman only started to talk a lot more over the phone. She jumped up a bit from the pet on her head but still stayed in the same position. A warm fuzzy feeling rised up into her chest as she moved her tail a bit under her dress making it looked rather weird. Her promoter didn't pet her much since she would get mad by being so happy about it. It would only make her feel more like an animal then a normal human but she still liked the feeling of it.

“Hello, my name is Kiri, I guess i'll be your sort of mother for a bit.” She looked up at her and sayed with her normal high voice "Do you mean you're gonna abandon me after this" She clinged onto her hand "Please don't leave me alone I don't want to be alone again" her tail moved out of her dress by accident as she almost was abbout to cry 'They are still all the same' It wouldn't be a surprise to her if she would get heavily abducted again.

"Ah, I'll keep that in mind for the future, ma'am." Takeshi said as Kiri hung up. Glancing at the clock on his phone, he got up and left his home, and almost as if seemingly on-cue, a car pulled up in front of his house. As he locked the door behind him, one of the car's window's rolled down and a man sitting inside began to speak to him.

"Ah... Mr. Yukimura, is it? Ms. Kiri's waiting for you over on the other side of town. Please, get in. We haven't got time to waste." he said. Takeshi nodded and entered the car, closing the door as he entered the back. The driver nodded and made a u-turn and began heading towards the complex. Nervously tapping his hands, Takeshi decided to take out the M16 in his case and began to clean it out. He had recalled something about doing this to make sure the gun doesn't screw up on him, but that memory was foggy and, to him, probably better left that way.

Yuki

"Looks like they are splitting up, one taking the right, the other the left, and the Akane is going up. Nice choice." Yuki quickly commented.

"Oh, it looks like the person changed. But I can't tell what type it is from here." she mentioned to Flint. It seems like they were getting busy inside the warehouse. Yuki grabbed one of her retractable javelins, extending it. Her eyes flared red, she then spat on the end, and poised herself. "Just taking a few precautions, in case they get into trouble, you know?" she told Flint. She stayed in a position, poised to throw it, keeping an eye on the situation.

Seikou

Turning a corner, cautiously, Seikou was sensing something. It was from above. Just as he did, Akane had confirmed the Gastrea was above, by shouting. Drawing his attention up to see the Gastrea was falling, she kicked it towards the other side, into a wall. The side Hitoshi was taking. Having his Varanium Gunblade out, he continued along the path of the crates to the side where the Gastrea was kicked. He saw Akane was on top of some crates, saying that it probably transformed. It probably wasn't dead yet.

Extending his arm, Seikou looked down the barrel of his Gunblade, pointing to the wall, where the Gastrea was kicked. He shot it twice. And then waited. Waiting to see if it was still alive. In the case it charged towards him, he would change the Gunblade from Gun mode to Blade mode, and be ready to cut it in half.

Flint looked up from his scope and towards Yuki.
"You can only intervene if they are going to die, let them get knocked around a bit if possible." Flint replied his eye going back to the scope. The fight had commenced and Flint followed the gastrea with the scope, he could shoot it right now but he was here to watch not intervene. He looked to the recruits, one of them had some sort of transforming gunblade. Flint was happy with just having his guns, he never saw the need to attack Gastrea at close range, especially when Yuki was better at it.

"Above?!" Hitoshi mumbled as he caught sight of a shadow dropping quickly from above. He dived sideways, barely moments before a green glob fell onto a crate, melting it into a sizzling pile of goo. Hitoshi shuddered to think what would happen if he was the one caught in the acid.

*BAM* went the Gastrea as it was kicked with explosive force right in the direction of Hitoshi. "Nice volley!" Hitoshi shouted, grinning. Now that it was airborne, it posed a much lower threat. As the flying Gastrea neared him, he readied his blade. He needed to time this properly. Sliding under the Gastrea, Hitoshi cut a wide swath above him. He felt the metal connect, but couldn't determine how much damage was dealt. At the end of the slide, he dived behind cover again, in case the Gastrea tried to retaliate with acid or something.

As the Gastrea crashed into the warehouse wall, he said to himself, "And that's a goal: 1-0, humanity."

He heard a couple shots fired from Seikou, and thus assumed that the Gastrea was still alive. "It's probably half-dead. Ready to finish this?" Hitoshi called out to his allies.

Marius nodded to Kiri and quickly rushed to the black car, keys in hand as he opened the drivers side door.

He also wondered the IISO's deal with just dropping off a cursed child like that right in front of Miss Kiri. Sure, from what he gathered, the IISO did sometimes pull some weird decisions and such but this...

All the same, he kept his mind on the job and started the car up. Seeing that the gas tank was full and nothing else seemed wrong with the car, he then pulled out in reverse slowly then made the turn towards Miss Kiri to save trouble from doing a U-turn when they had to leave.

As he pulled up alongside Kiri, Marius lowered the window and said, "What's the word Ma'am? She also coming with us? And what did I miss with those IISO members there exactly?"

Kiri giggled, though there conversation went pretty well, it was interesting for her to get so many new comers almost in a flow. She smiled at the young Cursed Child. “I wont ever abandon you.” She stated as she felt the young girls hands on hers. She couldn't help but wonder on this poor ones life. But she didn't mind, She enjoyed the cursed children, and was known for picking them up for no reason other then to make them live with her. She looked to Marius who had by this time came with the car. It was a nice sized one at least, Though she wondered if they would have to hope that Hizumi brought a limo. Merely because of how many people in total there seemed to be adding up. Though she knew that they could easily fit 5 people into the one Marius took. She kept her gaze on the young cursed child.

“Well Marius, she is indeed going to come with us. We'll be keeping her at my mansion most likely. It's not too hard for her rooms and such to be situated and fixed up. It's not like I have a lack of space. I'm going to assume you are either using one of the apartments my father owns or staying at my place aswell?” She stated calmly as she moved to stand up. She didn't care too much about the tail. It was interesting, she'd probably have some scientists look into it, but it wasn't something she was particularly concerned of. “We are meeting a detective possibly at the location too. I should warn about that one. So try to make sure the others don't get too out of line. I'm not concerned to much about Flint, but new people to the police scenes may not be aware of some of the rules.” She stated as she walked to the passenger front side of the car. Though not before opening the back seat door for the Cursed Child to go in if she wanted.

“You don't have to come, but I recommend it. Though my guards wont do anything, they aren't very entertaining either.” She finished with a laugh as she sat in the car. "i'll explain about the IISO....later." She stated in a more serious tone to Marius.

Mai

She looked up at Kiri “I wont ever abandon you.” She still sobbed a bit from before but she could feel somewhat happy about what the woman said "Can I stay with you for now miss Kiriri." She said to the woman as she could get a small smile on her face releasing the hand of the woman. She stood up and followed the woman towards the quiet large looking car. The other man that was just with Kiri was already sitting in the car and was probably gonna ride it for them. “You don't have to come, but I recommend it. Though my guards wont do anything, they aren't very entertaining either.”Her face became a bit scared as she turned around to see most of the guards looking at them She didn't hesitate as she carefully stepped into the car while she holded her tail so the same thing wouldn't happen twice in one day. She started to talk to Kiri as she stepped in the passenger seat ready to leave it seemed "Kiriri where did those guys leave my backpack" Mai questioned as she layed down her tail next to her on the seat, putting her arms between her legs as she kept staring at the front of the car waiting for a reply from the witch.

The Gastrea let out a loud shriek after the gunshots rang out. Like a wounded animal it cried out and rammed itself into anything near it forcing anyone close back. Acid was sprayed everywhere melting the crates and Akane leap around evading the deadly substance. The acid landed a little too close several times making the next strike crucial.

"It's probably half-dead. Ready to finish this?" Just as Hitoshi said the words Akane smiled showing her teeth as if she was ready to rip the target apart. This was the moment when both her and Seikou were ready to end a fight. For her she just needed to start off with the opening strike. The creature was grounded leaking fluids from its belly but still somewhat mobile so she needed to be quick. Akane jumped back into the fray keeping mobile dashing in a zig zag avoiding any acid being shot her way.

For a moment a steady stream was being fired at her. She immediately shifted directions and headed towards the wall she kicked it into and jumped towards it. Akane positioned herself so her feet would impact it and in less than a second she kicked off it with enough force to leave an impression. She launched herself towards the Gastrea hands clenched. The creature could barely figure out what to do as her fist impacted into the Gastrea sending it flying through dozens of crates. Pieces of its exoskeleton and flesh were destroyed on impact. Now it was weak and was often for the other two the finish it off.

Yuki

"I know I know" Yuki replied to Flint.
She continued to watch the fight with the binoculars. Wait, since it was a human .... the source .... Yuki activated her powers, and her eyes went red. Sensing the vibrations around, she could feel there was a Gastrea crawling up behind Flint and Yuki.
"Tsk..." Throwing her poison coated Javelin up, angling it just right behind herself. The angle was precise, the wind calculations were precise, as it arched over and started plummeting down, it pierced through the source Gastrea, taking it down and into the ground. It was pinned but not quite dead. The poison pulsing through it, it stopped moving, but was still alive.

"I'm going to take care of what I believe is the source. It just tried to sneak up on us." Yuki told Flint, taking out her spear, she jumped down from the roof they were on, and pierced the Gastrea through. It was dead this time. She made sure she stayed on the spear. It was a Gastrea that could spit out poison/acid. It was more not a scorpion like she was, but it was an arachnid, most likely a spider. With it dead, Yuki took off part of the spear. Her spear was segmented and connected via chains. She held onto the end, while standing onto the rest of her spear. Jumping up from the spear, and with the momentum, pulling the spear with her, she landed back on the roof.
"I'm back." she said.
"Are they done yet?"

Seikou

The Gastrea didn't charge at him, it rammed into anything that was near it. Hearing Hitoshi say "It's probably half-dead. Ready to finish this?" Seikou could see Akane smiling, baring her teeth. She should stop licking her lips before her prey was what he thought, but knew it helped as a signal for himself. Calculating from what Akane's most likely point of action was, while she zig zagged, he believe she would jump to the wall she kicked the Gastrea into before and then launch herself to attack the Gastrea, and send it flying through the crates.

Walking around to the direction, where the Gastrea would most likely end up after Akane's attack, Seikou switched to Blade mode. He poised himself, and waited for the right moment. Hearing the impact, the Gastrea was being sent flying. He could hear it crashing through the crates, exoskeleton and flesh being ripped off it. 4, 3, 2, 1 he slashed, pulling the trigger, vibrating the blade at a super sonic frequency. It may have hurt Akane's ears a bit, if they did he would have to treat her to something again. The Gastrea, cleanly was cut into two pieces, splattered in two halves against the wall behind him. The acid did not affect him or his weapon. It did not touch him, but the weapon was resistant to it, at least for a moment. He flicked his varanium gunblade, making the acid fly off of it. The walls were started to melt from some of the splattered acid from inside the Gastrea.

Sensing for whether it was still alive, he could confirm it was dead. I guess Hitoshi didn't get to do anything this time, I wonder what happens to him. Seikou thought. Through the path of destroyed crates and pieces of flesh and exoskeleton, Seikou walked up to Akane and patted her. Turning to Hitoshi, "Good work." were the words he spoke as he turned to the door and started to walk out.
