Soon, the "Cursed Children", children born with the Gastrea virus who are able to control it, which gives them superhuman abilities, are discovered. Due to the Gastrea virus' intervention, the Cursed Children could only be female. Civil Securities are formed to specialize fighting against Gastrea, operating with the pair of an Initiator, who are cursed children, and a Promoter, serving to lead the cursed children. Ten years after the epidemic, Rentarō Satomi, a high school student who is also a Promoter in his childhood friend Kisara Tendō's Tendō Civil Security, along with his Initiator Enju Aihara, receives a secret mission to prevent the Tokyo Area's destruction.” (Original Plot)
Our Story Begins in the Tokyo Area, the Capital of Japan and one of Five cities that hold massive Monoliths (1.6 km high by 1 km wide) in Japan. The City is extensive, holding Cursed children and Humans in it’s zone. Though the occasional Gastrea has been known to appear. This is the Reason the for Civil Securities that are prominent here, like in all the other cities on earth. Their goal? To protect the people of Tokyo (And the world) from the Gastrea threat that brought mankind to it’s knees.
However, even in this barely held together peace. Mankind still harbors threats to itself more then anything else. A group of Activists has arose from societies fear of the Cursed Children. Preying on their lack of knowledge, they help feed the chaos in the city. Leading small gangs and other groups to conduct bombings on the factories that produce a needed Vaccination that must be taken daily by the Initiators and Cursed Children.
Yet with all this still going on, the Seitenshi still works to try to bring to light the situation of the Cursed Children. Hoping to ease their minds about their nearby neighbors, and help better their over all view on the innocent children, who are the 2nd part of the Civil Security groupings. All the while keeping the intruding Gastrea at bay.
RP Rules:
1) Promoters and Initiators are not to have “intimate” relationships. This isn’t to be, some pedofile toss off here. Of course a brother sister relationship is totally okay. Just nothing inappropriate here.
2) Promoters min age is 18. They don’t have a max age, but I will say around 50 would be max. Only cause there is a lot more needed to make an older character (the older they get, the more history they would have seen. More events they would have lived threw during the “Fall of mankind”. This Rule is Open for lowering to 16, if people wish it to be.)
3) Initiators and Cursed Children are only girls. And they are 10. There is no “leniency” on this as they literally only began to appear 10 years ago (rp time. You are also allowed Younger, though try to use logic.) Initiators, and Cursed Children also need a daily dose of a syrum to allow them not to turn over into a Gastrea (Eventually).
4) Promoters can be Human, or Machine Soldier. However, for a Mechanical Soldier (which is still human). You must explain why and how you got the Varanium.
5) Try to see if you can make one profile. So that you may post with another person.
6) No God Modding or Metagaming. Your character isn’t the greatest thing to come to the planet. They will get hurt in combat, remember that when playing them out. Think about how your character reacts to the situation. Also, keep in mind that because you know, doesn’t necessarily means they know. Your character can’t know a character without having met them already. (Within means of course.)
Information:
You are allowed to make Civilians, The jobs included with them, Cursed Children, Promoters, Initiators. These are what you are currently limited to for the sake of the RP. There will be main enemies, which will be controlled as NPC Characters by the “Staff”. This doesn’t mean you can’t propose later plots or other ideas.

Nomura Security Corporation:
The NSC was founded a few years ago by a young woman by the name of Kiri Nomura. It is sponsored and generally supported by the Extra Corporation. A massive super corp that has been bring out a lot more means for the general public, and business world.
This Civil Security Corporation hasn't done anything to outstanding, but it's expected to be quite the power once it fully gets settled. The Corp benefits by being a branch of Extra because of it's own means to pay it's people whether or not they complete a job. Of course this is a base pay that is merely boosted up only when jobs are completed. This isn't so much a pay raise as much as it is a commission. The company also allows for people who can't manage to have their own homes to live in the residence, so long as they abide the rules.
This is basically the Civil Security Corporation that new characters will most likely be part of. It resides in a building in the business area of Tokyo, while it has a massive mansion that is one of many owned by the Nomura family, though it currently belongs to the President of this company. She generally is open to most people (promoters who work for her and have no place to stay) to stay there so long as they don't try anything stupid. Both buildings are protected by the Extra Corporation, who has trained body guards and more lined about on the buildings.
