Wait it's guilt based? I don't think a Gillian could comprehend a complex emotion like guilt.

No It turns all the hate and malice into raw power, and then MAKES THEM feel it... It would be like forcing a dragong to understand Mortality
It is like a Hit then a curse after, and it imbunes it to the very soul... if they don't have one or is a Soul, the it eats away like a acid or aging from the cut mark... till the body can no longer fight it off... and if you do have a soul your soul will depart and the body turns to ash... it is the Ultimate Middle finger to the person who thinks they can't be killed.... though there is one thing, If you never killed anyone directly or not, then the attack is useless.... the more deaths you have to your name, the more powerful it is.

All non-standard hollow (Menos and arrancar) are large compounds of souls. Just a big pile of devoured souls.
Gillian are like a mindless swarm of hollow stuck together, when they become large enough a single hollow will take over and devour all the others, becoming Adjuchas.

So what happens to hollow, hit by that ability?
