An autistic child can be taught just like a regular kid. It just takes the right approach. So while some things (like vocabulary and social interactions) can be taught, others cannot.

I don't know what you are talking about. Autistic children are prone to violent outbursts moreso than non-Autistic kids. They also do not share well and have problems interacting with nearly everyone. It is up to parents and specially trained teachers to correct these problems. I should know, my mother works with special needs kids in schools (hands on) and specializes in working with Autism. I've had heavy input from her to make sure I represented autism well in this sort of context. She is high functioning and well adjusted, but she is still autistic and still has her problems.

She doesn't control the bijuu, but the tailed beast does not control her. He still looks out for himself, therefore he looks out for her. To break most Genjutsu, you just need to have an influx of foreign chakra, which a Tailed Beast supplies easily.

Shino mentions that genjutsu targets a specific part of the brain. Mammals have this part, but insects do not, hence why his insects were not affected by genjutsu.

Seriously, this is a discussion that should be carried out between one person and a GM. You are neither the "Offender" or a GM, so you have no business trying to tell someone how they should make their character. This argument is starting to piss me off, and these days very few things manage to piss me off. Calm your tits and let someone in charge handle this.

Are you proposing that your character is not irrationally OP? Are you serious?

Take it easy, we're handling it. Believe me, I'll be the first to remove someone for unreasonable bullshit.

I think that Sketcher does have some points and he should be allowed to voice his opinion, sometimes things get missed and then causes problems later on. When someone isn't challenged for possibly having over powered characters then that player sometimes starts to get an ego and then ruins rps for other people and starts fights. And Sketcher at least didn't resort to insults like Beta, so I say let the man speak his mind, and you guys need to take criticisms without getting pissed off

This is over.

Starting to get aggravated. Conversation was done with two hours ago. I don't want to hear 'OH BUT WE CAN EXPRESS OUR OPINIONS THERE'S NO RULE AGAINST THAT!'.

It's. Over.

New subject.

@Sole I made the appropriate changes.

Just a thought, you guys should better describe the state of each village, if you didn't want mercenaries in Konoha you could have mentioned it.

Difference between average chakra and 'above average' but whatever man.

Pierce had also caught something I missed:

"He allows its power to speak for itself, for it is a blade that can cut any material, including chakra-based defenses, and creates wounds that will not heal. Even objects cut by this sword cannot be repaired."

Yeah,no. I'm going to give you the opportunity to make an appropriate change yourself when the only drawback is a drain on stamina and chakra, which you put both as 'above average' and 'outstanding'.

I thought of an interesting stipulation to the blade's potential. Hope this pleases you.

I wish I could wake up and think that sword is balanced, alas this is not a world where I can do that.

So you are trading blood, KEEP IN MIND YOU OFFERED NO SPECIFIC AMOUNT, and in exchange for some blood you have the ability to completely shit on defenses formed via chakra, create wounds that will NEVER heal, and anything that you slice through is permanently damaged. Now I want you to take the next few seconds to think REAL hard about this, and really ask yourself if a little blood, sometimes maybe not even your blood, is a balanced exchange for all of this.

Go ahead, I'll wait.

...

...

...

For the power of that blade and what it allows its wielder to do, you should be dead in thirty seconds. No shield too thick. No material too durable. No flesh too resilient. You have almost outdone some of these guys in initial template overpoweredness, and I am in awe that you are convinced that this sword can be balanced with the requirements you've created. You didn't remove a single thing, and I told myself I should've told you to, but I trusted you to look back at your sword and see how unreasonable it was for the lack of danger it presented for the wielder. You didn't. So, I'm going to propose some changes for you.

You're going to lose everything and rework it to one unique ability. Why not make a laceration caused by the blade be unable to clot as quickly, causing deeper wounds to pose greater risk of the afflicted bleeding out if not taken care of in time? Think its called Hemophilia. You want power, but unfortunately balance comes first, and I'm not letting you shit on everyone else's efforts without considerable life-threatening cost.

Okay I toned down the abilities but I wanted to keep its base concept, I added specifics for the blood sacrifice and increased the time between necessary sacrifices from every five minutes to every minute now. We cool?

"He allows its power to speak for itself, for it is a blade that can cut any material with enough speed and force, including chakra-based defenses. While most objects can be cleaved through like warm butter, metals and harder substances of the like will require multiple strikes in order to sever, though this sword's cutting potential is well beyond average."

Uneasy. You're trying though. Keep in mind that no matter how you word something, it's got to be backed up, so cutting through chakra should take chakra of equal or greater amount to perform, not just using the blades natural form as an excuse. That's my biggest worry.

I'm tentative on the issue and I'll need to speak to Pierce closely, but know that if you're accepted we're keeping an eye on what goes on in these fights and how hard people work to undermine each other. Not just you, but everyone. Again, any concerns and questions can be brought to the PM's if there's anything you'd like to discuss with us.

You hear that Pierce? Wait. -_-

One thing I don't miss about group roleplays is the bickering among players. :'( I really think you guys(non-GM) should give each other's characters a chance and stop nit-picking.
